    40 years of eating bad has caught up. Seeing results already going into week 4 of following your recipes and 16lbs down 447lbs to 430lbs. Foods so good even my kids are starting to eat healthier. Keep up the recipes and plans man you are helping more people than you know.

      Keep up the good work, both of you! Both doing a great job. I just started, down from 335.5 to 323 in 5 weeks. Got a long way to go but creators like Remington and Stealth Health make it so easy.

    I love watching your videos, I have been watching since you started out in Ohio. I used to weigh 349lbs!! When I found your channel a few years back it was a BIG game changer! I now weigh 205lbs! I especially love the deep dish pizza, I eat it probley 2 times a week. Thanks rem for all the hard work you do!!

    I appreciate for everything you’ve done in your channel. I have never thought that I will be better in my shape in my 40s than when I was in my 20s and thanks to your recipes and your encourage words I was able to lose more than 20 pounds and was able to see my abs at my age and when I was in my late 20s, thanks for your channel.     Love it. Rem I started my weight loss/fitness journey in 2017 after an Achilles tendon surgery at around 400 lbs. I knew once this was done I'd finally have to address the weight issue. I lost 160 lbs in a little over 18 months (then 48 years old) and have used a ton of your recipes in the process and still do today. The meal prep ideas you provided were integral to my success of losing and keeping it off. Thanks!

    My man Rem, your recipes and meal plans have been a life saver! I'm down 40lbs from 210 and these are by far the best results I've ever gotten in the most sustainable way. Not gonna lie though it does still take some will power to not eat an entire box of anabars in one sitting 🤣
