I lost 160 lbs in a little over 18 months (then 48 years old) and have used a ton of your recipes in the process and still do today. I've never thought to make a breakfast burrito that way before. it seems so obvious now that I've seen it. the tortilla, the omelet; same size and shape - why not?
The food looks great, despite being mainly ultra processed, but the macros seem off to me. The first two meals seem like way less protein than you stated.
I crave most if not all these meals. I’d love to see an anabolic chili verde burrito. I would eat that about as much as I do the animal burger or the spicy miracle noodle dish.

Always amazes me how much the protein adds up in your meals but you're still able to end at 2000 calories with those meals looking amazing.
