I think there is a lot of opportunity to up his knife game. Better add a knife training day on Thursdays when you take your gym day off. LoL

There's actually a couple of things you may want to look into that could help you...first two were already mentioned: - sleep...studies suggest that if you sleep as little as 30 minutes less than you need, your hunger and especially the desire for sweets goes up significantly - hydration...getting enough water is just something basic, may want to experiment around with how much and if it's better to drink a big glass before or during meals - eat slowly...that's a big one, most people eat very fast and because the satiation response from the body isn't as fast many won't feel full until later - take a breather before eating...a few deep breaths, realizing and letting go of tension in the body and maybe some thanks to everybody involved in getting this meal on your table can turn down your sympathetic nervous system, activating the parasympathetic which is basically the "rest and digest" mode - downing on sauces etc...especially sugary ones can up your appetite quite a bit, and as we all may know...sauces and alike help a lot to eat more, it also makes food more palatable - upping meal volume...like picking less kcal dense foods and adding fiber, adding a salad with some raw high fiber veggies (may want to watch how this effects "stomach size") - playing around with macros...some people just do better with high protein, others do better with high fat or high carb - can also change during the day (circadian rythm, stress levels, amount of physical and mental exertion,...) - playing around with meal sizes and timing...instead of 6 meals, maybe 5 bigger ones feels better, or 2 shakes with some fiber powder and a salad instead of a "bigger" snack so you can add more to the other meals

Awesome video, just a note, don't scrape with the blade side of the knife, it can dull the knife edge. Use the back of the blade to scrape the food off of the cutting board. Thanks for your great content.
Another great food prep by Chef Fouad...I tried it with out the pepper, peppers give me heart burn, added chopped zucchini ( cooked in oil till crisp ) instead, fantastic.

One thing I do alot for myself and some client is rice with my scrambled eggs or omelette. I got some precooked jasmine rice, fry it in a pan with some oil, and then one or two whole eggs, egg whites and like vegetables/whatever on top for extra flavour. Salt and pepper of course. Easy to make, good stuff. 💪🏻

1 can of Chicken of the Sea White Albacore Tuna and 4 egg whites do the trick. Low carbs too. I make a Protein Egg Bowl with both these items and frozen veggies.
Ahh yes. As a small 150lbs guy who has never had to "push food" or struggled to get calories down in any capacity, this is the video for me. In all seriousness, its always valuable to just listen to Fouad's insight on nutrition and motivational to see his dedication.
I use the Silk high protein "milk" 1pint has 40g and I add one scoop of protein powder 20g and some peanut butter for an about 75g drink thats easy to get down and fast to make, but this super omelete looks delightful
Went and made a chicken breast/egg (with yolk..) omelet with cheese right after this. It was definitely easier to get down some chicken breast enveloped in cheese/egg. Thanks!

I know it's just chicken and egg whites, but it actually changes the complexion of the meal. It's great advice. I do onions and jalapenos with my chicken and egg whites and it makes it bearable for sure.
Well I did get a vacuum food saver. As everyone knows, Training is the fun part. Prepping/Diet and just plain eating is hard as hell. Firehouse meals are brutal as any fireman can tell you. You eat what is cooked or the guys at the kitchen table will destroy you mentally. Thank god I got the sleeve surgery and can eat very little and skate away from the fat and carb laden meals........So I do follow some of your ideas which are great. I have to cut it into 1/3's and eat a boatload more times throughout a day/shift. So anyways, sometimes you just need a poke to wake up and see what is needed. Thanks Fouad

What i like to do is boil sweet potatoes then mash them up real good put in cinninon take a cup per meal great for pre workout meal
