Hi! You had a pretty good amount of shrimps 250 grams. Were those previously frozen and how did you weight them? I haven't understood the logic counting macros for frozen fish, because water loss is huge when melted. I found so wide calorie range for shrimps from different sources (54 kcal - 85 kcal and all for raw shrimp). Dont't know what to trust lol. What do you think?
    Aside from that, great content!

Bear in mind kids if you eat 4700+ calories natural you will gain some muscle but will gain lots of fat. The body's ability to utilise those calories and protein and turn them into muscle is capped naturally by genetics, otherwise we'd all have 22" arms.
When I was younger an article in IronMag I can't remember the bodybuilder, but the title was 'What I eat to get massive', my friends and I were full into our quality newbie teen gains which were really coming along well, when we tried the diet we just got fat. Guy in the gym explained, "Boys, boys, that's because you need gear for that much food to work for you, otherwise you'll just store the excess as fat", so just passing on the warning.

Hey brother, from a person who is not a doctor. and someone who has them as well, the number of moles on your face since you've started in 2016 is actually quite surprising. I'm not saying this as an insult, you're a genetically superior dude, and you are way better looking than I am, but I just wanted to let you know that the number of moles that are noticeable is at least 700%. So make sure it doesn't turn into a cancer.
