Thank you for being the cook my mother and lack of father never were. I've learned so much from just watching your pizza videos already. I cannot thank you enough. I've always struggled having love handles and being cut. I can squat and deadlift pretty good weight but I've never been able to have the cut physique I see others have. Never knew when to stop eating either so now that I'm eating healthier I'm fuller quicker ("not leaving the table until you finish your plate" was a thing growing up). Meal prep is such an important factor to keep yourself on a diet if you can't resist all the junk foods around you. The recipes from the cookbook definitely made me enjoy my diet a lot, keep it up RJ!
Salute to RJ for all the incredible knowledge you provide us with, I been into bodybuilding/ health/ fitness for years and have used everything from supplements, pro hormones, sarms, gear, GH, insulin, peptides, SEO’s, etc. and I can tell you and anybody reading this that adopting your knowledge and the anabolic diet has given me more drastic results than any of the “chemical enhancements” I’ve used. I tried every type of dieting and carb cycling fat cycling low carb high carb no carb and I always ended up with the same layer of skinny fat on me even at 8-10% body fat. So just wanted to actually say thank you for all the work you put in to provide us with this life changing knowledge much love and respect brother 🤜🏼🤛🏼

I eat 3 pounds of 96/4 lean ground beef over about 48 hours along with rice broccoli egg whites protein shakes oikos pro yogurts and a lot of water. Is the ground beef to much? 3 pounds every 2 days?
Just order the cinnamon swirl crunch today and I made the body builder beefy pasta today. I also made the French toast and the cereal bar and luv it! I’m pretty lean don’t want to lost weight, but I want to gain like 10 more pounds! Keep doing your thing luv everything I tried so far. 🤜🏽💥🤛🏻
Great recipe! Don’t forget about venison. It’s better for you than beef- it’s not fed soy products totally organic if wild caught. Don’t hunt? Have a buddy that does? Barter with him for your Annabar bars or recipe subscription. Venison in sauce taste better than beef too and you’d never know it was venison. I make Shepard’s pie a lot with it. Delicious! On a side note I make little individual chicken pot pies with Costco rotisserie chicken and make broth then gravy with a roux out of all the delicious juice in the bottom and the bones after picking off the succulent juicy meat. Freeze the extra off (if you have any) in those 1 qt or pint sized Chinese soup containers. I add frozen mixed vegetables to the gravy then bake them in oiled square Corning Ware white baking dishes. Makes a nice individual pie. I make pastry in my cuisinart with lard cut it into a square with a 1/2” border to go up the inside of the dish and brush with egg to brown it up in the oven.
Rem, do you have a video on how to bounce back after you sabotage yourself? I was down below 275 for a while and then holidays happened, my birthday happened in January and then cheesecake happened. So, when I weighed in at the end of January and I was back up to 283 I junked my calorie dense foods and for my cheesecake itch I made my own low cal frozen cheesecake inspired by your strawberry cheesecake recipe. I am down just a little bit. Last weigh in I was at 281. Two pounds lost feels good.

I'm not gonna lie, I was skeptical about this one. But, this is like Asian hamburger helper and it is gonna be yet another staple in my meal prep. It's pretty damn good.
Meal prepping sucks. Just cook your proteins of choice plain, store it in a big container, and then weigh out a serving and reheat it in different ways depending on your preference or cravings in that moment (asian, Mexican, Italian, etc etc). Having a weeks worth of identical meals is the reason why most people have trouble sticking to routines/deficits, they get tired of eating the same meal every day. This works for body builders prepping for a show because it's consistent in every macro and micro nutrient, but for the average person looking to lose weight or build muscle or just track macros, it's not sustainable or realistic. Great recipe though

Is it me or somehow the math just doesn’t end up, it looks like he split all the food into 5 servings, if my fitnesspal is correct it ends up being 669 calories and 52g of protein in each
