    I hear Greg Doucettes cookbook is complicated. Let’s all appreciate Remington while we can! He deserves more attention from the public, giving us healthy high protein meals, let’s help him reach 1 Million Subs already! He deserves it more than another else, I absolutely love his work ethic & way of being

    To all my chubby friends who are just like me. The goal is to not lose 75lbs in 2 weeks. I told my self 1 lb a week don’t sacrifice everything. Don’t be unrealistic and we can do this!!!! Hopefully I can lose enough weight before July 4th.

      If you want to cut for summertime, start now, or you will miss out so if your like a normal American you can lose 2 or sometimes 3 pounds a week simply by changing your lifestyle and even if you over eat this is anabolic so you can't over eat so you don't eat too much protein in one go and meal preparation is the best saving advice as it is like tv dinner and is something you can grab and eat and you save yourself time later if you want a better life whether it is for personal health or for Aesthetic purposes which will make you happy and content for yourself and don't hate yourself if your not there but if you take little at a time it will make it harder to over eat

    been doing recipes from your cook book for 3 weeks and im down almost 10lbs - im a double amputee so keeping weight off was a challenge till i started cooking the foods youve shown thankyou

    Hey brother. I'm getting ready to start with fitness journey. I'm currently around 330lb. The goal is to slim down to 200 lbs. So far I've tried one of your Mac & cheese recipe, your crispy chicken tenders. Never have I been so satisfied eating such a healthy dish. Wish me luck, and keep up the great work!     I really enjoy the full day of eating videos.. I have been following you for a few years now, and have some weight I need to drop... I have been following the anabolic diet with recipes from your cookbook, and I am down 20 lbs in the last 6 weeks... Losing this weight is great, but I tell ya what is even better is that my blood pressure has dropped a considerable amount as well and is close to being in normal range without medication, all from eating delicious foods from your cookbook... God Bless you Rem, you are the man!

    If your making Waffles,pancakes or even baking. Toss those frozen blueberries in the flour mixture first in a separate bowl and it will help them stop bleeding all over.

    Once I realized my local 5 star nutrition carried anabars my snack cravings have gone away. Pick one of those up daily on my lunch break. You aren’t wrong about the only regret is not buying more!

    A little tip if you want to make smash burgers without a burger press.
    Take some parchment paper and a small plate and put your burger ball in the pan. Place the paper on the burger ball, then place the plate on top of that. Press down hard, and remove the plate and paper when you have it pressed to your desired thickness.

    I always thought it was impossible to eat good food and lose weight/build muscle until I found your channel. Now it’s ridiculously simple and your recipes are delicious. My husbands favorite is STILL the anabolic baconator and it’s been a YEAR lol - he still requests it frequently. Thanks Rem! I can’t wait to try the new anabar, I had been waiting for an all chocolate one! (The monster cookie crunch is my favorite atm-so good!!)

    While the triple chocolate wasted is a new favorite, nothing beats the classic frosted strawberry cupcake Anabar. Honestly, they're all so good-hands down the best protein bars I've ever had!

    Hi- I’m a new subscriber. I like your approach to healthier eating. I’ve tried meal prep that includes cauliflower rice, broccoli & protein then eating it 5 days in a row. I end up falling off and go back to bad habits. Gonna save up money to get your book. I can’t wait!!! Ty

    Just got my box of the new flavor, triple chocolate wasted, yesterday, had one immediately and brought one to my friend. We love it and the sprinkles are such a fun inclusion. Got a huge stock of em to eat at work. They're proving a great snack that satisfies while getting closer to our daily protien goal

    Those breakfast bars are so good, I’ve also found that a sugar-free honey substitute works great in them! Thanks for all the recipes again Rem! down 46 pounds since last August using your recipes
    Edit: also add 2TBS of chopped peanuts!

    Got my Triple Chocolate Wasted the other day, and you're exactly right that they're like a combination of a milky way and a fudge brownie. You also get a little of the Anabar peanut flavor we all know and love, but the overall flavor is CHOCOLATE! Great job Rem and Ank!

    Rem, after the first spin, add a little more milk to it and spin again. Then add your mix in and do the mix in spin. So much more creamy. You’re welcome.

    nice watch dude, and just finally tried the anabars. they are good lol. my local supplement store that i go to, only carries the smores and pb flavor. wanting to try all the other flavors tho especially cookies n creme one. they are waaaaay better than other bars on the market.

    These recipes make me want more than one serving - for maintenance these are perfect but for weight loss when you are petite and short - stick to plain lean proteins with some low calorie sauce and save any left over calories for all your cravings during the day

    Pro tip: you can skip the mayo on the burger if you use that fat free thousand island he showed, thousand island already has mayo in it, you can also make your own with the the fat free mayo and sugar free ketchup. Low fat sour cream etc…Thousand Island Ingredients: It's mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, red onion vinegar, sugar, garlic, and salt and pepper

    Peanut butter shouldn't be considered a healthy fat in your diet. Why? Because it's not. Has no essential omega 3s and you should be finding some Omega 7s too which peanut butter isn't gonna get you there.
