To all my chubby friends who are just like me. The goal is to not lose 75lbs in 2 weeks. I told my self 1 lb a week don’t sacrifice everything. Don’t be unrealistic and we can do this!!!! Hopefully I can lose enough weight before July 4th.
If you want to cut for summertime, start now, or you will miss out so if your like a normal American you can lose 2 or sometimes 3 pounds a week simply by changing your lifestyle and even if you over eat this is anabolic so you can't over eat so you don't eat too much protein in one go and meal preparation is the best saving advice as it is like tv dinner and is something you can grab and eat and you save yourself time later if you want a better life whether it is for personal health or for Aesthetic purposes which will make you happy and content for yourself and don't hate yourself if your not there but if you take little at a time it will make it harder to over eat

I have been following the anabolic diet with recipes from your cookbook, and I am down 20 lbs in the last 6 weeks... Losing this weight is great, but I tell ya what is even better is that my blood pressure has dropped a considerable amount as well and is close to being in normal range without medication, all from eating delicious foods from your cookbook... A little tip if you want to make smash burgers without a burger press. Take some parchment paper and a small plate and put your burger ball in the pan. Place the paper on the burger ball, then place the plate on top of that. Press down hard, and remove the plate and paper when you have it pressed to your desired thickness. nice watch dude, and just finally tried the anabars. they are good lol. my local supplement store that i go to, only carries the smores and pb flavor. wanting to try all the other flavors tho especially cookies n creme one. they are waaaaay better than other bars on the market.
These recipes make me want more than one serving - for maintenance these are perfect but for weight loss when you are petite and short - stick to plain lean proteins with some low calorie sauce and save any left over calories for all your cravings during the day

Pro tip: you can skip the mayo on the burger if you use that fat free thousand island he showed, thousand island already has mayo in it, you can also make your own with the the fat free mayo and sugar free ketchup. Low fat sour cream etc…Thousand Island Ingredients: It's mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, red onion vinegar, sugar, garlic, and salt and pepper
Any suggestions for big meals? Only wanna eat twice per day to get 2093 calories in (weight loss cutting). Came from a 9 month carnivore diet, but trying to switch back to carbs

Peanut butter shouldn't be considered a healthy fat in your diet. Why? Because it's not. Has no essential omega 3s and you should be finding some Omega 7s too which peanut butter isn't gonna get you there.
