I think that time changing is the right thing, because at winter the morning (sunrise) would be a lot lately then it should be... And at summer with winter time, sunrise would be unnaturally early

Despite it being a rather old medium, it is very well put together. You get a high quality of advices which can be a little too much for UA-cam (specific subjects, things that could be considered controversial and/or how to balance the health part of health & fitness) You don't get spammed. Up to this point it has been a daily mail and It's about the size of a single take on one subject. I can definetly recommend it. (Unfortunately I wasn't paid to say this :P)

When I initially read it I was undertaking several different books on training strategies. The hypertrophy for more single joint & strength for multi joint exercises is clear now, I’ll probably read it again this next week because to zero in on any missed pointers. My other material had me training to failure for strength with low reps on bench. Tonight’s pump spoke for itself, & I hope to avoid the overtraining fatigue that’s held me back. I like jars of kosher pickles because I’m lazy on the meal prep. I bbq 😆. I’m curious the benefits of pumpkin but I won’t ask since I rarely check my comments. I got tired of responding to dipsticks. I drink a lot of liquids 😳. I read a book suggesting hydration demands for athletes so I regretfully do it. Sometimes I get extremely thirsty, but I’m up all night pissing. It sux. I get the bergamot & green tea there in a small quantity due to the crazy teas with Apple cider vinegar Tom convinced me of 😆🤷🏼. My system are good & effective, but I’ve accumulated it alone & it is without a beneficial critique. I kinda have to guard my methods even though they’re crude because others advice is sh@t. I still gotta get that email link, but I can hardly see straight at the moment. Stretch, shower, bed. Oh I like GABA. I like Tryptophan too 👍🏻. I might buy some of both of those soon.? I rely more on Mag Glycinate. It’s been a while since I got some DLPA, which I just did, but it’s not for bed. It’s just interesting if you’re into this stuff. It’s more pain & focus related. Bro, try and look out for white sweet potatoes, if you cannot find any--take a trip to an african store and ask for yams. You will be addicted! Boil the sweet potato or yams until the fork can just pass through, this way, they will be really dense and they are freaking filling
My problem is I don't like vegetables. I'm trying to add them. I haven't been in the gym since the 3rd week of August because of illness. Now I have unexplained weight loss which I'm worried about. I'm not trying to lose weight. I eat out alot trying to gain the weight back. It's not working. I can't just go buy anything to buy as far as foods. I'm highly allergic to some foods. So even if I eat out I have to be careful of what I buy. I like watching your videos I learn what to buy to eat. I'm trying to learn how to cook again. Good luck in the Olympia.
How many meal times do you have per day? Try intermittent fasting and skip ALL processed foods for a while to give rest to your digestive system. The absorption of nutrients gets better that's probably the reason of your weight loss. Good luck and good health bro👊🏼

I stopped using peanut butter and now its only almond butter for me. Yeah peanut butter tastes a little better but saturated fat is bad for your lipids and almond butter has half the saturated fat, same amount of protein, same texture.
