thank you, that was great! Can just about find time for 15 minutes each day - so feels good to have done some cardio and then a good stretch. If you could do more 15 minute yoga/core/pilates etc. that would be great please!

It really gave me the confidence to start working out again, and next time I am postpartum I think I will start working out even sooner (I'm 3 months postpartum right now). Thank you for making it easy and doable for being at home and with a new baby. 15-20 minutes is great!!
I completed the 7-day workout! Having this short workout as my daily goal really helps me get it started. I am 7.5 months postpartum now. With the stress of caring for baby, return to work, changing job, constantly getting sick and lack of energy, I just started to feel that I can start to work out and return to my old self. Thank you! I will keep following your videos!

I started this challenge 7 days postpartum and the pace and activity level were perfect! I enjoyed this challenge and 15 minute timeframe worked beautifully with my hectic schedule. I'd love a video for postpartum sciatica, if you don't already have one. Thank you!!
Thank you so much for creating this challenge! I challenged myself to complete the challenge 4 times because I wanted something to hold me accountable and help me make exercise part of my daily routine. I didn’t do any exercise until 5 months postpartum and remember feeling defeated the first day because I felt so weak. But I paced myself and didn’t quit. I just completed day 28 and I’m amazed by how much stronger I’ve gotten. These workouts were the perfect length and the right amount of challenging. Leg Day and full-body HIIT were my absolute favorites!

6 months postpartum and I've been struggling to find my way back to regular workouts. This challenge was perfect for helping to create a habit again! Just what I needed! Finished the challenge and I already feel so much stronger and leaner! I think I'll do it again the second time now ☺️ Thank you so much!
Thankyou!!! Completed!! I rested at the weekend, took 9 days. I’m fitting them in early morning before the children wake, perfect length of time and finally feeling a bit more realigned. 6 months pp (c section)

🖐️ Did them all. They definitely targeted areas I apparently don't normally work on. I enjoy yoga, pilates, and Barre more, but I decided to give this challenge a go. Fifteen minutes each was definitely enough for this oldish lady.

So I really liked giving birth :) And it's due to you who teaches to relax, to push & use different tools. So I looked forward to get clearance to start postpartum workouts. My postpartum fitness journey has been frustrating due to a lack of guidance with my diastasis recti, but since finding your channel, I have felt really good pushing myself while knowing that your workouts are designed with postpartum bodies in mind. Thank you so much for helping me to get back into the active lifestyle I enjoy. In the future, I'd love to see some guidance on using resistance bands or mini-loops. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and positivity with us!

Loved this challenge! It was hard enough to feel a workout and easy enough to finish it and feel successful at a start to post partum fitness! I loved the fact that they are just 15 mins and I can find the time to do it. Would love more of these 15 min videos!

Such a great workout challenge! Love the length and variety - it's not too hard to make time in the day to fit these in. Would love to see more 7-day series with different types of workouts, and more workouts to do with baby.

High five!! I did the challenge. Thank you for these videos and challenge. It was so great. I started with your prenatal videos, spring 2020, pregnant with my youngest son, who is 18 months now. I have been trying to get back to working out again but haven’t made much time until now.
The 15 min work out time is perfect, also I like that you post above ‘Warm-up’, ‘Cool Down’ etc. and the timer is really great too! Love your quotes as well. You really make some of the best videos.

This felt great! I finished the challenge! And I think I am going to do it again. It feels like just what I needed at this stage. I have been doing your core healing video every day for the last 3 months, and this was a great next step. The only complaint I have with this challenge is that the core video didn't feel tough enough. But I figure that next time around I will substitute another one of your videos for it. Thank you! I wish I had discovered you for my earlier pregnancies!

Thanks so much for the challenge, I’m so proud of myself for actually sticking with it, it was the exact amount challenge I needed postpartum without being to difficult and I liked that it wasn’t too long so I could squeeze it in while my baby napped. My 4 yr old enjoyed doing it with me too! Hope to see more videos like this in the future!

It was technically an 8 day challenge for me, since I went on a steep hike on day 5. But immediately picked up where I left off. It was perfect for getting back in the workout game! After a rest day, I'm gonna start the 14 day challenge next. ❤️
Woohoo!! I did it!! Jessica, that was really fabulous, thank you!! It gave me the boost I needed to get back exercising and these short manageable videos are perfect! I did sometimes add in one of your yoga flows or dance cardio videos just to up the time a little. I really liked the variety of exercises and activities, and I liked that you had differentiated them. I will redo this challange this week as well just to continue to get into the exercise frame of mind before I move onto some of your other postpartum videos. 👍 started on my 5th week pp and it just felt so good to move my body again. It wasn't strenuous, but just enough to relieve some pp aches. And, the short workouts are so easy to fit into my schedule but still feels like I got a good workout in. ❤
