  • Today we are doing a 20-minute sweaty postpartum HIIT workout! It's Tabata style so the workout will fly by before you know it! The workout is low impact, but I offer advanced options if high impact is safe for you or if you are doing the workout with a friend or partner. We end with an AB finisher! I also provide modification for diastasis recti and after c-section for the ab section.

    Ive been doing the postpartum workout schedule since the beginning of February and this is the first time I could do all advanced options. I see such changes in my body, strenght, resilience and mood in just one month and one week. Thank you so much for devoting your time and energy to all tired mommas ❤

    I love the new visuals (completion bar, count down, having the name of each move, having modification all through the exercise and not just in the beginning). I also liked the workout. Got a good sweat out of me!

    After this workout i can say that tabata is amazing. Done it couple of time already as a daily routine.     Love the tabata style, definitely makes for a quick impactful workout for us mumma. Have been following you a couple of months now. First time back to proper exercise since my 2 youngest. Currently 4months pp and 15kg down, back to pre baby weight and possibly more toning than before both bubs. You are fantastic! Thank you for what you do for your pregnancy postpartum community!

    Another *hit* workout, Jessica (pun intended:)). Thank you for the high quality, flexible intensity routines that make us stronger and so beautifully pay attention to the parts of the body in most need of attention (e.g., core muscle groups supporting the lower back, pelvic floor).     Hey Jessica! Really liked this work out but the Tabata intervals were just a little too short. I was just getting into the groove of each new movement before the bell went! Maybe 45-60 sec intervals?

      What I do is review all the exercises before hand and that way when the time comes, I’m already familiar with how to do it and I can keep up better

    hi Jessica! i have about 1 finger width DR and also about an or more (atleast a knuckle) depth. I am wondering if there is someting that can be done about the depth. is there a way to heal that? Thank you!!
