I agree on the greasy foods but spicy and flavor-full foods haven't been a problem. Large portions were also problematic. I started ginger shots or 1 oz of ginger juice in a glass of water and that tamed the nausea.
My wife takes ozempic, she hasent changed her diet just eats a lot less and she has lost 25 lbs
how many months?
Thats Not way it supposed to be Used you Need More Protein and After discountiung the Use you dont Wanna Hain the Wright back
You say it like you’re proud-She should learn to make the healthy changes so she won’t be over weight
@@YaminaMe 4
she will gain back and more. useless to take without making an effort to change. I would be ashamed of this, congratulations - your wife have 0% willpower
I think you should also make sure your Fluid intake (Water) is sufficient every day.
Why is chicken and broccoli bland? Season them and they are delicious
and your stomach will have a churn of a life time
You just contradicted yourself
Then they wouldn't be bland lol
@@georgexander7170churn away
I feel like the suggestion to eat. Chicken and broccoli would make people lose weight without the ozambique
Nope. Been eating that way for years. Even with ozempic I’m losing very slowly. But at least I’m finally losing though. But I haven’t really changed much. I’m now more consistent with eating ( I have to eat or I’ll get really sick ). So I actually eat a little more not by much. Ozwmpic hopfully will correct my insulin resistance.
@@michelleb6363try mounjaro
I wish.. thats my main diet more or less. Love chicken and broccoli. Yet still i gain weight.
Isnt it wonderful how almost everyone is different?
I had fun exploring new and healthy foods. This medication really helped a lot with changing my lifestyle. I'm too grown to be fighting against something and someone that is trying to help save MY life.
So far… no side effects and I’ve been able to eat whatever I want. But I did a lot of work prior of my gut lining and I use the sauna 4 times a week and poop daily.
People with all these issues really need to make sure their detox pathways are open.
You poop daily? Are people bi daily pooping?
@@truffleshufflthis can cause constipation
I tried this medication and I could never use the toilet without a lot of pain and discomfort as well I required laxative all the time. I no longer take it
I haven’t had any side effects and I disagreed chicken and broccoli is delicious. Just cover it with garlic and you’re good to go lol.
I can eat what ever with no side effects
Your side effects will be early aging of your face and muscle loss.
@@RealEstateInsider247maybe. Everything does not have that issue
@@RealEstateInsider247not with weight training
@@RealEstateInsider247 I use ozempic and I look much younger now at age of 41. Peopl say I look 30 now
Thank God I watched this video cause yesterday was my first short. I now know what I should and shouldn’t be eating
@siosworld4064 I'm glad that you enjoyed watching this video and find interesting. Feel free to share this content with more people.
Hows ur journey going? I started today.
@@MarielisTrochebelieve me I force myself to eat. This morning I had one bagel and cheese with coffee black. My stomach is a bit messed up however I am only thirsty not hungry. I’ll have some watermelon and pawpaw later.
I have no control over food choices literally my ozempic brain picks what it wants and I can have a few bites and not to repeat again any time soon
This was the only time i got sick with semaglutide, when i ate something fried. Definitely had bad nausea and stomach pain.
You can season your food, it doesn’t have to be bland. You can hook-it-up without it being spicy.
Absolutely, @michelleb6363! Seasoning can definitely add flavor without making food spicy. Thanks for your input!
I took my first shot today but I'm wondering if these issues are from people taking it without diabetes?
My side effect has been a food like sensation in my chest that kinda stays. It’s like indigestion where you feel your food come back up and sits in your chest. I’ve been to the ENT twice, speech pathologist, and had a barium swallow and no issues were found. All of that for a speech pathologist to tell me to swallow harder. She cost over $300 for that non- working solution of swallowing harder.
Not sure if this is what you mean, but is it like a feeling of not able to swallow food? Like it just won’t go down? This has happened lately to me.
Sounds like Acid reflux
Could it be gastroperisis?
I’m having this side effect. I started one pic two weeks ago and have not been able to eat any solids since starting it. I had two doses.
@@Lotsofpretzels287definitely sounds like the start of it
The sound effect is annoying
I know. Not sure why people post with unnecessary music and sound effects
I have completely lost ALL my appetite. I'm even vomiting up clear broth. I am exhausted, this this week 2.
I think this sounds dangerous, not worth the risk. Do the research on Ozempic, you will lose muscle mass not fat long term.
I quit and am still vomiting -- worst med ever!@@tamifromvirginia4046
Oh God ! I eat raspberries and mulberries, vomited that up .
I quit! The med is poisonous; there are easier/safer ways to lose weight!
I can't keep anything in my stomach. Just bananas
Didn't know this! So far I've been okay. But I've never put the two together. Between my EPA, DHA, MAGNESIUM, MET, OZMPC, I have frequent diarrhea. Never thought it was OZ
Its definitely from the OZ...my husband had horrible diarrhea from it so he had to go off it for a few weeks to see if it would go away and it did so he didn't go back on it because his diarrhea was so bad he couldn't leave the house because he thought he would poop himself.
Side effects are early aging of your face and muscle loss.
Im taking it for pre diabetes but everything I eat, the salt and sugar are magnified. Everything is unpleasant, but Im constantly searching for something satisfying.
I haven't had any such side effects thus far...
Yesterday was my 3rd week and the hunger was severely painful 😢
So far I've only heard bad things. It seems like a very bad idea. Don't use it again.
Heard? SO you are not speaking from experience?@@stldweller
Give it time and you will have side effects, like early aging of your face as well as hard to replace muscle loss. You can accomplish better results with proper food and exercise.
@@RealEstateInsider247 not taking it anymore. Eventually had no appetite at all. As for the "proper exercise" comment, everything I do is physical therapy as a stroke survivor. But not having any appetite greatly limited my energy to do anything, thus, I quit the Ozempic. My appetite came back as did my energy.
Omg I eat chilli everyday and spicy at that , no problems here 😊
But are you losing weight?
Did you continue how is been working for you?
@@luzcruz4087I’ve continued eating spice and I’m still losing weight. The only thing it does is trigger some side effects but I’ve had little to none while taking Semaglutide.
I've been using it for four weeks without altering my diet. I don't usually eat very spicy (as in Hot) foods but haven't encountered any problems. Occasionally, eating a small bite of food can briefly trigger mild nausea, but aside from that and a slight decrease in appetite for food portions, I've experienced no side effects.
I’m always the exception. I get all the side effects. I just restarted ozempic and so far it’s nausea and vomiting oh and an awful headache but it’s just the first 3 days after I do the shot. Kinda feels like a bad hangover so I try drinking plenty of water. I’m hoping this passes. Haven’t lost any weight yet but it’s only been a few weeks. I almost want to give up but I have young kids that look up to me so I have to keep trying to lose weight and lower my A1C. I’m at 12.😢
How's it going?
Don't give up. Trying drinking a 64b oz of water. I feel better when I drink lots of water and herbal teas. You can drink ginger tea
??
Taking the shot in the thigh greatly reduces side effects
I tried that it hurts
I'm so thankful I'm able to lose weight naturally by controlling specific foods I eat. I'm thankful I don't have to use Ozempic as I would fear side effects later down the road.

Well that was un informative and dark.
Anyone able to drink alcohol after the shot? Left me incredibly sick last weekend after taking my first .5 shot on the Thursday. Vomitting like a teenager at their first disco.
I had some broccoli 🥦 and it made me SO SICK!!! It was the super greens from Panda Express and all I ate were 3 large broccoli pieces, nothing else and I threw up for 24hrs straight. No more broccoli for me. I can eat asparagus, spinach and romaine lettuce and that’s it for the veggies.
You can eat almost anything you want you'll just be full a lot faster. The greasy food thing is kind of true. Gives you more trips to the bathroom but spicy foods are fine.
So many foods make me sick 1-3 days after the shot. I eat once a day a pray not to be nauseous during that time. Shot the perimeter always!!!
Get Dramamine
That's why I keep getting diarrhea
That’s good thing, clean it out
Spicy everything triggers everything 😅
The greasy foods did a number on me! Haven't taken Ozempic going on 3 weeks! Resetting and trying again next week.
I take Ozempic my ac1 went from 7.2 to 5.2 I still eat as much no side effects spicy food don't bother me only lost 5 pounds in 5 months.
no wonder I started choking when I ate a spicy taco. fast food doesn't taste the same anyways small portions is key.
How about scramble eggs & cucumber?

Nothing has changed. Yes you can eat everything.. not everyone is the same
Doesn't that mean the foods are making the impact not ozempic?
You're right, Daniel! Food has a direct impact on blood sugar, but Ozempic also plays a role by enhancing the body's natural response to meals. Stay tuned for more!
Love broccoli

Good to know. I can do chicken and broccoli rice three times a day. No problem. As long as I’m full until the next meal.
Spicy is no problem at all for me on wegovy. But I am less tolerant to animal fats. I seem ok with avocados
I take it in the morning with Berberine and Spermidine to help with fasting and Autophagy. A cup of coffee gets me throuhg to a small late lunch that's less than 400 calories then eat dinner later.
So true for me
It looks like I can't even eat healthy on Ozempic either. It appears it has completely messed with my stomach.
I use ozempic and I had diarrhea for three days already my good it’s soups and stems and still I got bad side affects
IF/2mad or OMAD and MCT Oil.
Why do spices cause issues. 😢
Chicken...broccoli...bland foods??????
I beg to differ... YUM 😋 😋
Very bad constipation, had to quit
It might be not taking enough fluids daily,
Same thing happened to me and I consume tons of water every day have for years
I don't know. I'm on an oral doese in India. And yeah, I never gave up spice. Ever.
I got no symptoms eating all this
I eat spices just fine.
Yep, no deep fried, fast food, processed foods, sugar.
i had chicken and broccoli for dinner, it wasn't torture
I stopped taking ozempic because I always felt like I had s football sitting in my.stomach.
@kellymulligan2157 Sorry to hear that. Maybe discuss GLP-1 receptor agonist alternatives with your doctor or natural alternatives. Every body reacts differently to medication. Let's fight diabetes together!
Funny, well are exempt I’ve been staying away from greasy foods naturally
You don't want to eat on ozempic- make the food you eat count nutritionally - fiber, vitamins
Or you could lose weight naturally
went on a defcit and weight lifting lost 130 lbs eating my fave foods in moderation
I'm vomiting all day. The only thing I can keep in my stomach is ice cold water & bananas
Side effects are really bad.....
Sorry to hear about your experience, @annadame6774. Please consult with your healthcare provider to discuss treatment alternatives.
GLP-1 FACE is real. Look at these celebrities! Oof
Thanks for your comment @slamfreepoetry1845. It seems that you have interesting observations.
obviously you’re still going to have to eat healthy, it can be used as an aid it’s not a solution
I like bland food anyways so I'm good
Maybe try healthy food and exercise without the injection?
@tpot91, I get your point 😊 It's all about finding the right balance of what works for you. Visit sugarmds.com for our free diabetes and diet e-books and audiobooks.
Maybe people already tried that before turning to an injection for assistance? Or maybe they have hormone conditions that cause weight gain where dieting and exercising barely make the scales move? 🤔
Chicken and brocoli 😂😂😂😂
No GI side effects for me but I do feel lethargic. :-/
Wow, so this is a forever weight loss drug. Take it, get sick, repeat. Talk about just another yo-yo diet.
@jamibeckham4544 I understand your concerns. Please note that everyone's experience with a medication can vary. This video aims to provide information on potential side effects, not predict individual outcomes.
Eat bland you mean eat like if I was a white person a.k.a. no flavor no taste buds
No comment on that.
Umm, may as well just eat right to begin with and avoid drugs and side effects
Agree 100%. Type 2 diabetes and weight loss can be successfully dealt with, with proper food and exercise.
Papaya salad, yummmm
