I failed the practice brick dive test 2 times do you have any more useful tips for that? I most struggled with getting all the way to the bottom of the pool without running out of breath. Btw love your content

Hi recommend going a little slower on the approach, which will prevent shortness of breath when submerging. Also blowing air out of ur nose will help u sink faster. U have to relax and focus on grabbing the brick. The easy part is the second half, where u can light push off the bottom and swim back
