I panicked during my certification test last but the instructor was very patient but of cause my stupid blood suger got crazy low I passed out for real lucky my instructor knew how to use my emergency injection but while im swimming at the pool this summer can the lifeguards use it in case that happens because of inplayed concent

I just passed my first submerge test /cpr the practice drills were so hard I was having issues learning them the. Lady was getting upset lol but at the end I passed my first drill/cpr we needed to place the victim in the bed get out put glove on and perform cpr question is that the only test we have besides the writing

I got a question so am about to become a lifeguard when school finished but I am a football player am a 5’11 248 lineman and am just worried about cardio and because I have lack of swimming experience so I really don’t know on how to pass it even do I don’t know how to swim correctly

Do you also need first aid for like wound care and do you train with bandages?
Or just cpr and aed?

U learn first aid in the course, u are tested on that in the written exam. How to use PPE, personal protective equipment and how to handle different types of medical situations

Yes for both, they give u another version of the written exam

Trust me, a lot of people get nervous for the 12 laps. Trust your swimming ability and pace yourself. You'll be fine! Lmk how it goes
