Hello Adam, I am about to take my National Lifeguard course in Canada. I am very nervous because it has been a long time since I did my last lifeguard course. I am scared that I am going to forget how to do something in the middle of a situation, any tips?
In the course they’ll walk u thru everything so it’ll be fresh in your mind. One tip to remember the skills and how to do everything when Lifeguarding is to review ur notes and refresh course materials every once in a while so that u don’t get too rusty

My question is: These questions are pretty similar to the online course. Are these questions on the online part before or are these actually some repeats on the written test? Thanks for the help!
depends on the course. if its an online cpr aed portion before the in classroom exam, then yes you will see some of these questions. But if its an all at once final exam, it will be included in the written test. Prepare as if they are in both, bec they can sprinkle these questons in wherever
