In this Short Episode we welcome Pieter.
Pieter noticed that he was going bald in school. His friends would make some light hearted jokes and when dating girls would ask..."What's up with the hair, are you going bald?"
He was able to shrug it off but those early years were painful.
Pieter talks on how he really felt like thinly one going through it and how he would have to have a strategy with hats and weather reports in order to feel more comfortable about the hair situation.
Eventually enough was enough and at 21 Pieter decided to shave off the fading hair that was causing him pain. This is Pieter Story of how he dealt with Male Pattern Baldness. I hope you enjoy and/or find it helpful for dealing with your own journey.

Aww... i know hair is also important to men as much as it is to women. But can we normalize bald head (also not just in women). he looks amazing!❤️ My husband is having the same problem, but hes been holding on to his thin hair for so long ..he is 31 now and he doesnt want to shave his head or be bald. It runs in their family, although i always tell him that he is always going to look dashing and handsome no matter what. I do understand that he is afraid , so last three months ago we both shaved our heads. Now mine is a pixie cut, but he said hes gonna keep the clean shave forever. He said he has never felt more confident in his life. And me i also learned a lot by shaving my head for the first time. So to all men suffering from hair loss, I want to tell you that you are amazing.👏👏👏

Definitely relate to looking at the weather to see how careful I needed to be. If the wind was over 5 mph I'd freak out inside. I'd carry a comb around with me. Buzzed it super short when I was 19 (24 now) and while it was rough at first I've come to not mind the way I look at all. I can cut my own hair and don't have to worry about the wind again.

@@maciejpieczula631 no I'm 19 and not balding, but soon will start low dose topical finasteride, and then the standard oral finasteride in a couple of years

Shaved mine last Sunday! I'm still getting use to it and everyday I gain more and more confidence. At first it was hard to look people in the eye but I'm starting to embrace it.

Not me, I started at 15. With the swirly thing at the back of my head turning into a bald spot. Then at 16, my hairline started receding. Now I'm 17 turning 18 next month worrying about my natural enemy, the wind, revealing my receding hairline.
EDIT: I'm bald now. I shaved my head the day after graduation. It's been 1 month since. Looks like I'm going 2 college bald.

I think people havent fully understand androgenic receptors ,and how they respond to hormones,once you fully understand that using body signs,you could at least aliviate the results of hormones results.

Along with the head shave, changing to a goatee instead of a full beard was a huge improvement.
When you said that thing( this is new me) gave me courage and confidence for making bald, otherwise i was so shy to bald I'm in class 12,but this sentence made feel free now I've started shaving since a month and I've decided to bald this whole year until I pass out 12,then in college I'll see thus bald really help or not. Currently in the process of my family genes catching up with me and losing my hair too. I’ve had long hair since I was a freshmen in high school and started balding from the crown when I was 21. 23 now and I’ve shortened my hair and I’m just about to the point of wanting to just shave my head like this cause I’m tired of stressin over my bald spot showin. My man here did it, looks good, and seems happy with it too. Might be the move.

Ihave alot of dead skin in my hair. And it stank alot. So the idea of growing hair was abnormal for me, i decided to shave it all off when i was 11.

I’m 17 and I definitely am in the early stages of balding. Been telling myself lies and essentially don’t want to admit it even if I know and it is physically telling. Its tough, might cry at times but gotta face life.
I live through the same thing. I started baldig at the age of 17 and it escalated super quickly in the pandemic because of unhealthy eating and stress(i guess). I'm pretty bald at the age of 20. But looking at you and your story gives me strenght to cope with my problems

Hermano yo desde que estaba en la escuela a los 10 o 11años me empecé a dar cuenta que no tenia el pelo igual recuerdo mí primer viaje a Disney tendria como 13 o 14 y mire las fotos del viaje y ahí empezaron mis frustraciones empecé a tratar de peinarme de distintas formas mis papas me llevaron a distintos doctores y nada simplemente mi cabello era super delgado! empece a usar gorra en 8ctavo de la escuela intermedia para ocultar mi pelo lo más increible es que nunca se me callo era simplemente era muy delgado mi cabello, ahora a los 43 años me recorto con la 0 y trato de seguir la vida pero si dejé de vivir muchas cosas por la frustración y el no querer que las personas me miraran así de adulto es doloroso imagina de adolecente tener que aguantar la burla y miradas de los demás niños las preguntas que si yo tenia alguna emfermedad eso me destrozo de niño me ponia una gorra y no me la quitaba ni en mi casa fue sumamente frustrante.

Daily meditate and lower your stress level as much as you can

Ive never seen a bald man whos looked bad cause hes bald. Yet i think most men feel super self conscious about it happening.
I experienced COVID that lasted a good 10 days. I thought I was fine but I began to notice a loss of more hair than normal. Following some research, I am realizing it’s from the stress my body had during that time and also the shampoo I had been using. So I started doing yoga and meditation daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextrraa coooconion anti hair fall kit. And now i dont face any hair fall.
