In my opinion, the title is wrong. It doesn't sound like you've sacrificed anything in your 20s, nor should you have had to. I'd say you optimised your early 20s and are now reaping the rewards. Many of the things you've 'missed out on' such as excessive gaming, drinking, and junk food would have been detrimental to your life and actually a waste of your 20s! Hamza, You had the Uni experience; you've partied, slept around, educated yourself, and others. You've experienced deep, loving relationships, brotherhood, and foreign cultures on your many travels. You've amassed wealth and status and are in peak physical health. You've already experienced more in your short time on this earth than most will ever dream of in a lifetime, and im sure there will be more great life experiences to come. Hopefully, all the people who follow you can do the same.
But you are forgetting that he also went out of his way to do the hard boring stuff like reading, meditation, working and exercising, instead of the easy "fun" activities like drinking and partying. So in that respect he did sacrifice.
@onewill8905 I agree with you he made some sacrifices in the regard, I just meant he didn't sacrifice his twenties as a whole. Besides, if you learn to love those kinds of things like meditating and reading, it no longer becomes a chore :)
Hamza hasn’t sacrificed anything in life n he pussied out on being a father. He isn’t a real man he’s jus a child running round fucking girls n telling idiots to live by values he don’t live by
I got into self improvement when I was 20, I watched Hamza before he blew up. I was on a steady upward trajectory, and suddenly at age 24 out of nowhere I get a chronic illness, incurable. I can barely eat or lift anymore, had to drop out of college, it's over for me. God bless you all bros, keep improving!
I'm 39 and did the whole regular life he often talks about. It's not like I didn't try things, I did try UA-cam, Ebay, Etsy, dropshipping etc over the years and made some money but I never really concentrated myself into one thing. Over my 20s, I did a lot of drinking and other quick dopamine fixes like games, movies etc. Now I am at this age, I literally CAN'T go hard anymore. Constantly tired, depressed, don't care for my job and I have 3 kids and a wife I have to come home to so basically exhausted to do anything at night. If you're a teen or in your 20s watching this, just please live with your parents, grind for 5 years and you will be rich. Don't get into the trap of working and paying someone elses rent. It's a huge trap. Also, as much as I love my family and kids, DO NOT HAVE KIDS UNTIL YOU ARE RICH AS F$#K and working for yourself.
Thank you and hope things get easier for you. Hope you can just dedicate 1 hour each night to breaking free from that job. Maybe even at the job, find the time, educate through audio when driving. And optimize your energy levels naturally with vitamins supplements etc. even testosterone is worth looking into. 💪
100 years ago her table wasn't stained by all local Chads cumshots. This video is pretty brutal in its involuntary black piling. Forces himself to wake up at night, improoves 24/7, becomes millionaire still gets dumped by Becky. Meanwhile Chad : spends his 20s smoking, drinking and goes to bed when Hamza awakes, no jobs, no future : Stacies threaten to kill themselves if he doesn't answer to her messages.
I really respect you bro. I admire the hardworking attitude that you so persevered to attain through battling what the rest of the public would show on social media. It really wouldn't have been easy for you to see this (people showing their milstones at a similar age etc) and still keep your head down to work, you truly saw with tunnel vision focus, and now its paying in dividends.
Bro we need more of this! Also, put up a content on what steps you followed to gain this muscle and build this solid physique over the years. Would love to know

This is genuenly a helpful video for people who struggle with trusting the process and fully commiting (I was one of them) Im grateful for the lessons we took from this video (Lessons): 1. Sacrifice anything holding you back (relationships, habits, ect). 2. Have a big change (for Hamza this was moving back home and shaving your hair, creating a timetable to follow filled with tasks of prouductivity) as a marking point for the start of your journey. 3. Youll never regret discipline and your hard work always pays off even in the moment, you will feel way more fufilled, proud and purposefull when working hard 4. To become extreamly sucessful you have to be extreme, balance aint the key 5. Your baseline hapiness increases when you quit bad habits and do the good habits (it will be hard at first but youll be even happier than before) Youll feel proud when on the grind. Sorry hamza for kind of destroying your viewer avarage engagment rates on this video through this comment. But I hope you wouldnt mind because youve got other business to take care off. Wish you best of luck!
Hamza, when my friend told me about you, I was skeptical. But as I gave it a shot, you are the most authentic and honest person I came across. You inspired me to get off my ass and become a healthier, better, more authentic person then I have ever been. So, thank you for all the work you have done for many of people like me and keep going. All the best to you.

Few understand what it is truly like to live through that grind stage you've explained and even fewer make it through enough of it to tell the tale. Anyone reading this should understand that it is still unlikely to happen for you in a years time, it's more like three to ten years of head down and grind.
He said that he takes his girl out to different countries on first date. Did he broke up with his Gf or is he in open relationship? I'm pretty confused, as earlier he used to preach about long term relationships and their importance but now he says that he has girls on his room whenever he goes out to different country
You're the prime example of the quote "hang long enough around the barbershop and sooner or later you're gonna get a haircut" thanks for everything Hamza!
"In the last few years of me sacrificing and grinding, i still believe i had more fun than everyone else" May God protect and guide you and your message 🤝
From 18 to 24 I sacrificed 6 years to get my accounting degree, then moved out of my parents. I didn’t even have my own bedroom until I was 24. For the past 2 years I’ve been working a full time job. It’s easier than the last 6 years, and I can now focus on my mental health and fitness, but it still sucks. I have to be honest, I’m a bit envious. I’ve worked since I was 14 for little money and now I’m 26. I’m not a millionaire and feel like I’m behind on all the “life stuff”. Just wanted to vent that out. I know I should be grateful, but I’m not. I’m angry. Although, I’m grateful for Hamza for showing us what’s possible.
Don't despair. Your 20s aren't over, and even if you spilled over into your early 30s, you still have plenty of years left to live. Just come up with a game plan for how you can structure your life for personal meaning and impact. Even though you've spent multiple years on your degree, that isn't the end of your grinding phase. It's just the end of grinding for college (which means grinding for others). Now you can focus on working hard for YOURSELF.
I prefer the thumbnails were it’s just hamza talking to the camera, no text, no fancy picture of him with some text next to him. Just him. I feel more genuinely connected to those types of videos. How did you know what to do when you were at that point four years ago? Those schedules that you setup, where did you develop the mindset to know that those were the right things to do in the first place? I remember when I started, I had no idea about instant gratification, I thought doing things fast was the right way and this mindset which was not entirely right slowed me a lot and I eventually had to learn about dopamine and instant gratification.
