As someone who watched this video multiple times whilst editing it I urge EVERYONE to listen to this UNTIL THE END. Hamza is saying things in here that every body needs to hear at least once in their lives. Don't deny yourself those words, they could be the remedy.

Hamza has biggers purpose. If you start watching him you'll deduce by yourself: Help young men to improve their life, everyday chasing their dreams and becoming the best version of theirselves.
He changed my life. The editors do a sick job as well, awesome content.
I really hope that one day you could appreciate his work. 👋

thank you for this video, ive been in a huge rut during my self improvement journey and this is exactly what i needed to hear. today is my birthday and i just turned 20, and i feel like a huge disappointment. But after watching this video it's helped more then you can imagine. thank you
Hey man, lift your head up and keep going. It’s a journey, you’re going to face ups and downs. Keep moving forward, you got this.
Hamza’s videos are great tho haha
Videos ain't gonna change shit. You have to. Years go by quick boy.
My brother, to be 20 years old and talk about yourself as beeing a disappointment is just not right, you have a whole life ahead, be strict with yourself but dont put time limits on your goals. If you already found this path of self development and have the right mindset, you are exactly where you need to be. Keep grindin and the good things will come! Better slowly and surely than fast and incertain.
Happy birthday bro
I lost my wealth around 23 and felt so depressed. Now I'm 27 feeling motivated to restart what I've started.
Man, I have been feeling behind as fuck. I am 20, just started community college in August, a little over a year after graduating high school. I am going to be transferring to a university next fall, with the goal of majoring in biology, as a pre-med. Your videos have helped me a lot since I found you, and I really do know what I want to do now, but I still felt really behind until I watched this. Thank you.
Make sure your doing it for you
Think about that

I'm 16 and I feel behind in life 😂
Last weeks i watched a lot of 1stman's videos and that joke with him make me laugh so hard.
My weed story is identical. Every 'trivial' background worry would all surface at the same time and give me a crippling panic session. But the message was always so real, like a coach screaming at me with that LONG ass list of all my shortcomings.
Thanks Hamza, glad i found you. Your wallpaper sucks though.
Love. xx
Salam Hamza bro I can relate to this sooooooo much. I recently just graduated from uni and turned 22 last Saturday and I feel everything you said in this vid. I never found myself "academically gifted" and felt like I was so behind when my classmates where getting jobs in Pepsi, Apple, Google, etc. I felt so depressed seeing everyone posting their success on linkedin but this video just reminded me that that's not my path. I'm passionate about helping men with their fitness goals and I know I might not be making loads of money rn but I'm finally doing something I actually LOVE and I'm getting paid to do it. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS VID AKHI! Keep doing what you're doing 💪💪💪
Thank you so much 😢😫
I felt the epiphany at 27, the feeling of finally being myself.
Bro iam 15 yo and you’ve already helped me so much
I’m -5 years old so I’m glad I’m starting early
Im 17 started lifting 2 years ago and this really helped me
Oh, boy! I'm 42 and I think and feel that I'm just starting out at the 2 years old point.
Thank you. Seriously thank you Hamza. I’m 3 months old, I’m only getting started. I feel pumped for that. So excited.
I really needed this, thank you much bro. Thank you Hamza!
I claim this energy, by next year this date, I will have a full running monthly 6 figure business.
Thank you Sir, I needed that
Hamza is there any way you could make a video addressing OCD and it’s effects on self improvement, and or how to stop it?
You can’t stop something like that
As someone who has and still is struggling with pure OCD throughout my self improvement journey my advice is too take your time and not be afraid to go at your own pace. Personally I recommend meditation and stress relieving activities like sports, and yoga. Also detox from electronics and social media. If you struggle with intrusive thoughts but continue to feed yourself BS your thoughts and mental state will be a reflection of that.
prob want to ask someone successful who suffers from it or a psychologist/psychiatrist cuz they can give you some more specific advice. Hamza will not be able to relate to your OCD (he will prob still give some good advice tho but maybe a bit generic)
u get me through my day man i love you so much
It makes me feel dumb that I want to chase a personal trainers career while being an electrician,
I would make more money than my friends just by not changing careers but I just don't want to settle for the "a tad bit more wealthy than the average person"
future just seems so scary man not taking the basic route ...
You have to enjoy what you do and find purpose doing it. I’m 27 now and have just quit my job to start my own business. By societies standards I had the model career. I became a chartered accountant 2 years ago and have spent the last 10 years trying to build my career. I have realised that it has never actually made me feel fulfilled regardless of my earning potential. I truly believe if you have passion for something then the sky is the limit. That’s why I have taken the risk that I have. I get how it can make you scared not taking the standard route. I’m shit scared not going to lie but I know it’s 100% the correct decision for me!
This video was exactly what I needed to hear, thanks bro
1st man has changed my life in about a month
For me as a girl i started being productive and finding my life reason to life, like now im busy but i am being sucessfull and happier than i was when i was bored. It seems like evrything have a sense if u focus and find it interesting or positive. The best thing is that, im not even tired, but from productivity i need break sometimes.
This video was blessed thank you Hamza for this cult
We are exactly where we deserve to be. If we want better future we have to sow in the present. It is possible to have a monthly income of a regular job with a business. I did it.
im 13 and im worried that ill have an obese future thanks bro
Thanks man
Another Life Saved!
Needed this a lot fam I want to start document my artwork and talk about mental struggles ect. But I been in this echo chamber filled with doubts
but he made a video on how to set goal and he said make crazy goals, crazy goals like: make 300 good habits in first month, finish a book in 2 days, everyone doesn't have same mindset, set crazy goals if you feel like it or set calm goals if you feel like it, but i think he means take your time
and also if you tried to build habits and you failed a day, that doesn't mean all progress is deleted, they are still here and won't be deleted even if you didn't do these habits for a year, it's just that if you made the chain longer, you gain a bonus xp, if you failed a day, the bonus xp is canceled but the xp you got won't be deleted, and of course we need to level up faster so we don't really want to cut the chain
I'm 13 and i feel behind in life because people my age are having a succesful business.
You're fine my guy. I just turned 15 2 weeks ago and I, too, was introduced to self-improvement/Hamza at 13. In these 2 years, I learned all this theory but I never put it into practice until recently and it hurts just thinking about the time that could have been put to much better use. It would be interesting to hear what businesses your peers are operating lol but you're definitely not falling behind in life.

If you feel behind at age 19 and actually start working on yourself at 19 then you are not behind, you are ahead of everyone else. The problem comes when you'r 27 and all you did was play videogames and engage in online politics and still live with your mom. Being born at 27, not at 19 is the problem. Maturing at 19 and fucking girls at uni is the dream most guys who have this problem wish they did.

I’ve always played sports and took my studies seriously throughout my teenage years. I always seemed to think that I had everything figured out during those years and during the first half of university. But ever since properly starting my self development journey when I was 20 after being dumped by my girlfriend at the time, that was when I realised I’m still a kid and that I have so much more things to learn.
Embrace the process and just know that failures and frustrations are part of growth.
Great video 👍👍

Hearing that 22 is the average age for starting to do what you're passionate about gave me a lot of confidence. I'm 15 and have started working on myself and just trying to get through school to focus on my passion. Guess I've got a 7 year head start let's goooo
Me too I'm 15 We way ahead in terms of knowledge, but that won't mean anything unless we put in the work!
I'm a bit older than you guys. Let me tell you i had many waves of this sudden motivation and passion you're feeling to do improvements and changed and let me also tell you school will ruin it all. I've had to hold many ideas i was really motivated in at the moment just to study some shytty exam. Your life starts on summer. There you can actually see what van you achieve. But be careful because you might not be able to keep it all once school comes back (e.g. maybe u don't have time for going to the gym anymore). I like to thinking of high school summers as a lite version of what your life will be like once you graduate and actually have full freedom. You get the chance to planificate it all. But unfortunately school simply gets in the way all times
@@9_9876 You are so right, I have been wanting to do this improvement stuff since September, but of course you know, school....
Anyway I am not gonna make excuses...
Yea I'm very grateful that I found what I was passionate about at 13 - started doing routinely at 17-18 - but still feel a bit behind sometimes due to lack of consistency
I’m also 15 guys, I’m lucky becuase my school is super duper easy and I barely need to do any outside work, I can meditate, read, lift, do cardio, and work on other things for at least 6 hours of the day
Very blessed
I really like where you mentioned that securing good grades does not secure you a high-pay job. Nothing is, really, secured. Sitting here with my 99% in Grade 11 Maths does not secure me a future better than anyone else in my school. You really don't have to play the game you have been given either. There are always other ways to earn money. Practical, critical, well-adjusted people aren't always the ones who got the best grades in high school, but they are the ones who found ways to earn good money.
Where do you see yourself going?
I really enjoy learning about trauma and mental health so I’m leaning towards going into medical school to become a psychiatrist. I might also do some sort of academic tutoring business too

The saying "good things come when you least expect it", is probably a phrase that would help in this scenario, but pay attention to the caviat. Recently one of the best things happened to me, and that is I finally quit video games for good. But this decision only came after being in this self improvement sphere for a good 2 years and a half.
