Just remember this stoic quote every day "Don't look how far you've come. Look how far you have still left to go" It's okay to look back once in a while. But focus on the way ahead. You're young and you're "lucky" that you found out about this so early. But now there's still a huge journey ahead. So start going it and don't relax thinking "I'm lucky I found out about this so young. Im so far ahead of people my age" 😉 Good luck, give it everything you got. You can do this!
I'm only 4 years old and since I started watching Hamza about 3-4 months ago and implementing his advice my life has been on an upward trajectory I'm so grateful for. The cult is strong, it got me started on my channel too
17:20 Hamza talks about how if your below 22 and have already started implementing things like going to the gym, meditating and reading, this is such a good thing to hear as I'm a 15 year old who has been going gym consistently for just more than a year now and has now started listening to Hamza in his videos about certain things like reading books like the millionaire fastlane and meditating. The main thing i want to mention is how Hamza talks about if we have already started to do this then we're setting our future self up for such a sick life. Thank you Hamza for these vidoes which I'm very grateful for
13 yr old here, ive started self improvement 2 weeks ago, i already sat down and read a book, ive started meditating and i feel a big diference, ive started with my dopamine detox, thank you.
thank you for this video, ive been in a huge rut during my self improvement journey and this is exactly what i needed to hear. today is my birthday and i just turned 20, and i feel like a huge disappointment. But after watching this video it's helped more then you can imagine. thank you
Hey man, lift your head up and keep going. It’s a journey, you’re going to face ups and downs. Keep moving forward, you got this. Hamza’s videos are great tho haha
My brother, to be 20 years old and talk about yourself as beeing a disappointment is just not right, you have a whole life ahead, be strict with yourself but dont put time limits on your goals. If you already found this path of self development and have the right mindset, you are exactly where you need to be. Keep grindin and the good things will come! Better slowly and surely than fast and incertain.
Yup Fr I feel this, I didn’t do any athletics in high school and my junior year I joined football and basketball, and now I’m 1 year old, coming up on 2 in about 4 months. I love your vids!!
I am 17 years old and I have this mind set of perfection and becoming the best version of myself. I want to be better at no matter what and see my goals, but also the frustration. I forget to appreciate where I got already too commonly, but that message right there hit me in the heart containing positive frequencies only brother, thank you so much for that. Being a janitor is speeding my introspection. I have lost fucks for what I do or care. I'm 21 and clean toilets. Who cares what I do with my life next. Ima do what I want. I am thinking to go to university for the first time in my life now and am much more set and stone. You are absolutely right about the harsh feelings of reality being a positive. The harder it hits you the more it teaches you, no one knows what they are doing and you are nothing and can surpass the people not knowing what they are doing. I only make 2k a month, my friends think I'm behind but I know my mindset is building up for success. I can't let their negative view points affect me and keep teaching/telling myself to trust my intuition. Hamza what you should make a video on next is the next step. Once you have the mindset of how to hold on to it because it's very easy to look around and accidentally think someone is right about something when actually you have already been through 20 lessons ahead of them but don't realise it, then your anxiety comes in again when you should of just stick true to yourself...
14:24 I can relate so much to smoking weed and having negative thoughts it’s genuinely horrible, I’m glad I’m not with my ex who smokes all the time. But I’d genuinely think I was a loser and couldn’t do anything with my existence. Far better path though now, thank you bro
I needed to hear this. Thank you brother! I struggled with mental health a few years ago, but then I started to stop feeling sorry for me and made changes. I joined a gym and that one simple decision changed my life. Of course, I am far from where I wanna be - but I believe in myself so much more. And that's the thing, you got to believe in yourself. As David Goggins says, fuck what people thinks about you. STAY HARD!
Reminds me when I was sittinf in my room staring into nothing, in the middle of online class, realizing all my middle school ambitions went to shit and I shouldn't set any long term goals cause I never know when everything collapses

Salam Hamza bro I can relate to this sooooooo much. I recently just graduated from uni and turned 22 last Saturday and I feel everything you said in this vid. I never found myself "academically gifted" and felt like I was so behind when my classmates where getting jobs in Pepsi, Apple, Google, etc. I felt so depressed seeing everyone posting their success on linkedin but this video just reminded me that that's not my path. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS VID AKHI! Keep doing what you're doing 💪💪💪

When I pass by teens my age,Im nervous, especially if they are girls. I also feel lazy and depressed in life. If nothing good changes in my life I may kill myself. Since the age of 11 I was bullied and wanted to be respected and have girls and friends, but that didnt happen. The thing that kills me right now is loneliness. I cant do something without the idea of how much fun or girlfriends and sex other teens are having or will have, and Im just here all day in my home, having no interesting thing to talk to others and ussually just watching them and dont knowing what to say. Thank you for your content, its a light in the darkness and it really makes me feel as if Im not alone watching your videos. Mashalah!
I’m thankful for this video, I’m 22 been doing calisthenic sense 18 and slowly figuring out how to be a functional adult. Cheers hamza appreciate your message.
i started athletics last june starting out with cricket. I feel that was when i was born. Im 1 year old now picked up basketball, track and xc and way more athletic and actually feeling productive
Even though this channel is mainly directed at men I just wanna say that hamza was spot on in this video. I left uni april 2020 with a psychology degree too and most of my friends landed graduate jobs pretty early home and even one of them has now a mortgage so at times I felt like a failure, then quarantine hit and decided to just focus on myself and decided to teach myself how to trade forex from youtube. Its now been over a year and I can comfortably say I easily make around 15K - 20K a month just sorely from a skill that has nothing to do with uni or the academic system and I still live at home. Anything is possible with time and consistency. I just had my 24th birthday in september.
@ICEcold VON it's basically investing into the foreign exchange market and predicting where a currency price is gonna be in the future and you can make returns from it
I'm 19, I really can relate with hamza, especialy with his younger self, I've been meditating, reading few books from time to time, keeping constant hygiene, taking bigger and bigger breaks from youtube and video games and I can feel how it's altering my life in a good way. I can actually feel how I'm beggining to drift away from the crowd, people are aware that I'm doing something they don't and I don't do something they do. My priorities have changed drastically. Unreal.
As someone who graduated in engineering and could never get a job in engineering, just know no degree guarantees anything. Even STEM. and I put in over 1000 job applications (yes I counted that first year) before I lowered my standards and applied to anything and got about 10 interviews.

I love this guy literally, I always at the end say :"do the hard work especially when you don't feel like it" at the same time he does, I am 16, been in the gym and entrepreneur lifestyle, mindset for more then a year now, the fact that he said that is if you are younger than 18 and go to the gym and if you are in the entrepreneur industry you have a bright future that dropped me a tear, a good one, of happiness, I know I am going to make it, enjoy the process, the outcome will come, and will scale, will multiply, money will multiply, muscles will get bigger you become a better man. Love it❤️
Best wishes to you, brother. Focus on yourself, you got this.
Hey man what type of business you doing now?
@@samuelpaz3218 I am working as a freelancer, want to expend to multiple sreams of income as of right now such as flipping, print on demand, affiliate marketing etc, trade time for money, and slowly get into investing and long term business.

Just remember this stoic quote every day
"Don't look how far you've come. Look how far you have still left to go"
It's okay to look back once in a while. But focus on the way ahead. You're young and you're "lucky" that you found out about this so early. But now there's still a huge journey ahead. So start going it and don't relax thinking "I'm lucky I found out about this so young. Im so far ahead of people my age" 😉
Good luck, give it everything you got. You can do this!
Shameless 1stMan plug. I dig it!
I'm only 4 years old and since I started watching Hamza about 3-4 months ago and implementing his advice my life has been on an upward trajectory I'm so grateful for. The cult is strong, it got me started on my channel too
Wtf 🤣🤣
Videos ain't gonna change shit. You have to. Years go by quick boy.
Happy birthday bro
Yup Fr I feel this, I didn’t do any athletics in high school and my junior year I joined football and basketball, and now I’m 1 year old, coming up on 2 in about 4 months. I love your vids!!
Comparison is the thief of joy
I lost my wealth around 23 and felt so depressed. Now I'm 27 feeling motivated to restart what I've started.
¡Gracias!
I am 17 years old and I have this mind set of perfection and becoming the best version of myself. I want to be better at no matter what and see my goals, but also the frustration. I do all the stuff you listed here. How you said that at 17:17 made me so thankful, gladful and happy for improving myself more and more every day slowly but surely. I forget to appreciate where I got already too commonly, but that message right there hit me in the heart containing positive frequencies only brother, thank you so much for that.
The feeling had got me so hard, i just had to comment it lol
Feel the same way
Man, I have been feeling behind as fuck. I am 20, just started community college in August, a little over a year after graduating high school. I am going to be transferring to a university next fall, with the goal of majoring in biology, as a pre-med. Your videos have helped me a lot since I found you, and I really do know what I want to do now, but I still felt really behind until I watched this. Thank you.
Make sure your doing it for you
Think about that
Make sure your doing it for you
Think about that
lol man you 20, you are not behind, you will feel what hell is when you are 30. so work on yourself, earn have fun dont wait like me till age 30 to figure your life,i would do anything to go to 20year
I'm 16 and I feel behind in life 😂
Thanks Hamza, this was really eye-opening. I am officially a newborn today!
Discovered this channel a few days ago and it's a great source of motivation. It is possible to make it and do well in life, it takes work, but it is possible
Last weeks i watched a lot of 1stman's videos and that joke with him make me laugh so hard.
Kris and hamza we need a podcast together
Oyeee ?
The real life begins when your mind doesn’t affect you emotionally, spiritually, mentally, etc.... once you understand you think your thoughts then your world begins
im 35 years old, thank you for this.
thank you hamza. currently 22 planning on how im gonna retire my parents and move my family to the middle east. thats my only goal in life. and to have success and women to but i think every guy is on that grind before they get enough of it and it starts meaning little to them. i stress out everyday thinking how im gonna push forward and make a life for my family so this really sat me back down. turned 22 15 days ago. cheers for that bro when im successful ill personally come see you and shake your hand mate honestly ur doing gods work
w bro, im 18 and recently i finished school, i decided to not going to uni and i dont know what type of bussiness do, but im reading the millionaire fastlane and other self improvement books, and i have the same goal bro, i want to retire my parents and leave them debt fre, good luck bro
My Grandfather had 2 failed businesses but he stuck through to make a very successful third business he persevered
I felt the epiphany at 27, the feeling of finally being myself.
I’m 13 and feel this.
27 and still doing my undergrad & broke. I'm building my business portfolio to make me future proof.
Fuck man I'm 28 being feeling behind in life for years and starting to doubt following my own path was the right thing but your so right society has devolped people who live the typical life to feel like they are doing the right thing and are successful while anyone who wants to follow themselves is always told they are behind and constantly making mistakes. Thanks bro
getting into the gym was the best decision ive ever made-we're all gonna make it brahs

@@porkerpete7722 Well I don't really think that this is all he is. For me he is a guy who sets boundaries, works on himself consistantly, works out, tries to get more knowledge about the things he sees as important enough to spend time on, and he runs a successful business
Am 29 years old and this is wen I seriously want to put in all the efforts cause this is when I have I have found this channel and boy everything u say I true. Man doing all the detox and cutting back on things I didn't even know had an effect on my life and mental health. Change is hard but it's what I need right now cause my anxiety is really taking a toll on me. Can't even function as a human. Already on the road to a better life cause I have already cut out some of the things and introduced new heathy habits like gym and walks and reading etc..I needed this channel man, thank you
My weed story is identical. Every 'trivial' background worry would all surface at the same time and give me a crippling panic session. But the message was always so real, like a coach screaming at me with that LONG ass list of all my shortcomings.
Thanks Hamza, glad i found you. Your wallpaper sucks though.
Love. xx
I’m -5 years old so I’m glad I’m starting early
hamza bro, life is difficult right now, my shifts just got cut in half but the only thing keeping me going is training. your videos help a lot though bro i appreciate it
Thank you Sir, I needed that
I am starting in the cult, now I am becoming a member

1st step: legally change your name to Adonis

Watching these videos, I just feel good about myself that I started working out back when i was 14 and now I'm 17
Nice to know I did something worthwhile in Highschool
I started working out at 14. Im 20 now and still a KV. Still work out though.
@@ponternal rough, girls have never shown you interest???
@@ponternal hey I'm 18 now and I'm still a virgin, only reason I lost all that other shit is cause I fooled a chick because I'm really buff and look extremely good in a black vest(that I wore all the time)

👀Definitely had a stoner phase now I smoke once a day if that remember when it was an all day marathon necessity 😂😂😂😂😂
This is such a valuable video! Thank you man
I needed to hear this. STAY HARD!
This video explains myself right now while In school. Gotta change this mindset asap.
Reminds me when I was sittinf in my room staring into nothing, in the middle of online class, realizing all my middle school ambitions went to shit and I shouldn't set any long term goals cause I never know when everything collapses
Thank you so much 😢😫
Damn Im 22 and just started pharmacy school. I def feel what you're saying about finishing classes and being too drained to do anything else. But for anyone who can manage it all while self-improving, like i plan on doing. You can cop a high end degree & delayed gratification once you graduate and "start" life. Issa struggle fr tho & your mental can be shit
Bro You’ve gave me courage to give up on studying finances and start paramedic school. I will do what I love and I’m currently planning to start a training company and web shop. You’re like my older brother which unfortunately I never had. God bless You.
I'm passionate about helping men with their fitness goals and I know I might not be making loads of money rn but I'm finally doing something I actually LOVE and I'm getting paid to do it. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS VID AKHI! Keep doing what you're doing 💪💪💪
Thank you Hamza for cranking out your high quality content.
Im 17 years old.Can you help me get friends and girls. Im currently going to the gym and lift 70kg bench press, but I dont have any friends,I dont know where to find them and I have social anxiety. Mashalah!

I just had my 24th birthday in september.
whats the best chanell for forex trading to learn from?
@@matrjmiratovic920 depends on the strategy you wanna learn smart money is what I'm most familiar with
@ICEcold VON it's basically investing into the foreign exchange market and predicting where a currency price is gonna be in the future and you can make returns from it
