Allow me to give you some advice friend: anybody younger than 30 that claims they have life figured out or has all the answers is somebody you should be extremely skeptical of. I’m a 31 year old physician, engaged to my dream girl, living a happy life. My UA-cam mentors included Rollo Tomassi and Psychacks. Hamza is literally one of the last people I would want my future son to take advice from because I know he hasn’t truly gone and completed through his own journey yet. Frankly, I wouldn’t take advice from anyone under 30. Especially if their only claim to fame is UA-cam. At least take advice from someone who has achieved mastery in something else like Andrew Tate has in kick boxing
Agree, other than the Tate part. I say don’t take advice from any of these gurus, cult leaders, whatever name they like these days. I’ve watched a ton, they’re all the same salesmen in different suits, that’s all. Also, Hamza is a complete degenerate. His views on women, and his recent breakup and naivité are enough for me to have nothing but pure disrespect for him. He is the opposite of a man. He is soft. He needs validation. He needs “cookies” to feel like a winner in life. He hasn’t understood that there are really only so many cookies you need in life and the rest is just extra calories you don’t need. He is a ripped guy with the mentality of an obese fat addict. His addiction is more acceptable by society, that does not make him any better. His soul is a fat, lazy, feminine, disgusting man - he is exactly what he hates.

Hamza bro I really admire this video, especially due to the fact of how passionate and angry you get to the camera at all the cretins that try to drag you down, these guys have absolutely zero idea of what it's like to be a man wanting to achieve greatness in the modern world, hat's off to you bud.
Things that i really want to subtract to increase my potential are :- - getting conveinced by my friends to eat junk food. - thinking about BS thoughts - thinking that I have control over myself and i wont relapse on my habits again. - opening phone or instagram for no reason - yt shorts and reels - wanting everything like women , success , fame , money , respect , all at once without trying to get them. - getting hyped up on sunday thinking that i did hardwork the whole week so i deserve a sunday. - watching yt or any other Dopamain activities when bored , and thinking that my friend also does the same. - Lastly , I'll subtract a complex life and have simple life so that i could use my brain at its full potential. Hey hamza am excited for your book bro , hope it wiuld be available for india too.
Amazing to see you destroy the crabs saying youre too extreme or arrogant , keep it up brother . Also , the things you said to think about that are probably limiting your success i just did this week coincidentally by thinking the same thing , cut off everything and everyone , fixed what needed to be fixed , now im on a new path even 2 years in on my self improvement journey .
The whole brain point system made me realize why i can't work hard enough to retire my family etc. I have ADHD and through the day (sometimes very early) i lose A LOT of brain points on unnecessary thoughts and anxieties. I have quite an abusive family, who doesn't really help me with getting medication, but I'll figure it all out soon enough. Maybe after that, my productivity will finally go up, because my brain is less distracted.
one thing i know about people with adhd is that they have very below average focus on things that dont interest them but they have superhuman focus on something that they are passionate about. thats how many youtubers became sucessful even with their adhd, like markiplier. i think you should try to find something you are passionate about that you can also earn wealth from, and turn your curse into a blessing. i wish you luck on your journey my brother 💪
Hamza, this video is fucking relatable. I am 18 and I am making really good money online at this age. It costed everything you mentioned in the video. I cut off all of my loser friends, hardly had time to spend with family, stopped bakwas stuff like social media, tv shows. Guess what happened in 6 months? completely changed my life. Never been this rich and in this good physical shape before. My jeffery friends? still losers doing the same shit they were doing 6 months ago.

This is true, the brain point thing is real, i used to wake up early at 4am to study, but i would first spend like 10 minutes on Facebook, then study till 06:am, i have realised that sometimes i can't be that productive, after watching this video first thing when i wake up i open my books and then study. I become so damm productive 🔥✍🏽, it is real.
Hamza, I make a list of tasks I need to get done everyday to build my business and my life. I cross them off as I go, once I cross them off one by one till they’re all done sometimes I don’t know what else to be doing and I don’t do much for the rest of the night
Pice of advise:optimizing your productivity is great and something that has helped me.But,I also fell into a trap.I only did work when I was the most productive.Dont fall into that.dDo the most mental demanding tasks when you are the most productiveBUT ALSO work when you aren't

guys, I don’t know where else to write this. I have no friends, I don’t have a good girl nearby. but I recently made my first $10,000 at 17 years old. I lost myself. I lost my vision and goals. Nothing lights me up. for the second day in a row I watch porn several times a day, just walk, just eat and sleep. I do not know what to do. I don't know what I want to do. I blog about my journey, about thinking. but I myself fell into a damn trap. I cry almost every day and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I am in a lot of pain and sometimes have suicidal thoughts. I feel like a failure. I want friends and beautiful girls (of which there are a lot in Moscow). but I understand that at this stage I am not able to attract either friends or girls. I am lost. I think I should start preparing for a 20 kilometer half marathon to start doing at least something. I don’t know who will read this, but know that you are handsome.
hey, congrats on your first 10k by the way. I think you are talented enough to do more than that. You lost your track and that's ok, but don't define yourself by current situation, you'll get through that man, keep your head up and you are handsome too

I like the idea of simplicity but I also learned that living in a small town can degenerate your social skill and growth. I believe a simple life mode can be taken anywhere including a big city. I can choose what to "subtract" and still sacrifice greatly for things that will have long-term value. I love this video. Thank you Hamza.
To answer Hamza's question, actually, the question I also have lately. I would admit that sometimes I got distracted by checking people's lives on IG, worrying about some stupid things like what I will eat and wear. Eventually, all of these are not important, it just wastes my energy that I should spend doing the better thing. So, I will eliminate the bullshits one by one, clean my brain to fully focus on my goal.
Hey Hamza, I have a suggestion for you bro. I've just been missing some of the more advanced self improvement and business videos you used to do. Can you do more of advanced content (things you are currently learning to improve your business, life, etc) on the hamza unfiltered channel? I think that would be awesome! Thats just my take, thanks for everything bro.
Things I could sacrifice: -vibrant social life -dating multiple beautiful young women -smoking the best weed -scrolling social media (i’ve reduced it but i could completely eliminate)
things i can subtract 1. my school 'friends' (and distance myself from my close ones) and going to newton hall 2. talking to literally everyone i meet (and giving a second thought to whether im liked or not) 3. Sleeping late bcs im reading webtoons (so i can wake up at 2/3 properly) 4. doing menial tasks and claiming it's 'organisation'. 5. making aspects of my life harder on notion to feel more fulfilled 💀 6. dating till i reach $1 mil (for real ill come back to this comment on June 1, 2025 ) 7. doing menial tasks in the library and coping with the 'well i went to the library so i made progress'. instead if i think i have 0 to do just learn more mandarin lol 🇨🇳 8. if im not gonna take immediate action or put systems in place to do so dont watch, read it or consume it. (this is for actionable advice etc.)
For me, this mindset was more harmful than helpful. I started to only focus on music and disregard my studies, physique and friends. My mental health was suffering. So I think of it more as like - prioritising important tasks - schoolwork, physique, music and social time.
I found this video to be both useful and inspirational. Especially the part about "living a simple life". I will keep the word "subtraction" in my mind going forward. Cheers, friend.
I could subtract: -Messaging for 1hr a day (currently subtracting it) -Looking 5min a day to Instagram -Eating in the mornings I think maybe there's more, but I will start with these 3.
The things I could do at the moment to win are: -Give up instant pleasures: -Do not give too much energy in non-valuable social scenarios (Keep looking at my dms, trying too much to look/be cool ) -Dedicate more time to study and read. -Meditate twice a day. -Stop checking my phone every 10 minutes. -Lower my screen time on social media ( Become a creator, not a consumer) -Stop comparing myself to the losers in my class. Please Like this comment and I will come to add more things

Thank you hamza, i needed this clairfying. I didnt had a pen and paper, and i wasnt gonna wrote it until you said 'or wrote it in comments' it helped me to subtract these BS things even more, may Allah help you hamza. Amin.
Oh no!! When I was watching Hamza’s videos and taking action on his videos I was making so much progress but then I felt I did what I needed to do with Hamza and I thought he wasn’t needed for me once I saw a short podcast of him saying “when should you stop watching my videos” (I think that is what it is called) and so I stopped and months went by and my life fell apart miserably and I became more addicted to social media again and I don’t know at this point the necessary steps to take to forget I was even using social media.😢
That video is remarkable. Just did the steps and must say it feels so alleviating simply abandoning whatever and whoever is is weighing you down, like most peoples slave mind chains, so that you can rise above it.

JazakAllah and Thank you.
Hamza bro I really admire this video, especially due to the fact of how passionate and angry you get to the camera at all the cretins that try to drag you down, these guys have absolutely zero idea of what it's like to be a man wanting to achieve greatness in the modern world, hat's off to you bud.
came for the "bakwas" stayed for the well-spoken wisdom.
Currently doing Monk Mode keep up the work Hamza you've been helping so many people out.
8:55... This is how you know this man never makes a scripted video and everything is by heart, what an absolute chad !!
Things that i really want to subtract to increase my potential are :-
- getting conveinced by my friends to eat junk food.
- thinking about BS thoughts
- thinking that I have control over myself and i wont relapse on my habits again.
- opening phone or instagram for no reason
- yt shorts and reels
- wanting everything like women , success , fame , money , respect , all at once without trying to get them.
One of the best videos you made
Amazing to see you destroy the crabs saying youre too extreme or arrogant , keep it up brother .

Bro this is th video i wanted
thanks a lot hamza you changin lives out here
Focus is so important, thanks for the vid 🙏
Hamza, this video is fucking relatable. I am 18 and I am making really good money online at this age. It costed everything you mentioned in the video. I cut off all of my loser friends, hardly had time to spend with family, stopped bakwas stuff like social media, tv shows. Guess what happened in 6 months? completely changed my life. Never been this rich and in this good physical shape before. My jeffery friends? still losers doing the same shit they were doing 6 months ago.

@@neregardezpasmabanniereder789 Some of them said they want to take their life serious as well so I guided them how to do it. After some time, I asked them how much progress they made.
Zero. I lost hope for them.
I love this type of content, it just fuels the dim flame i have inside.
Great work
Bro i love you. There is no other youtuber that gives me this example on how seriously should i take my goals. God bless you, see you at the top 🧨
Thank you this is a good advice ❤❤
I have been a subscriber since 2020 and i have watched your character development get better and better and you would oftenly talk about competetion in men in your videos and how they would overtake you and take away the things that you desire in life. I never really gave it much thought back then but as a 20 year old i now fully understand the true meaning of competetion among men on self improvement and the hustle and this really scares me maybe my age had me thinking at the bottom of the iceberg.
I'm 18 yrs old I started going gym before 2 months ago and now I've been in gym 2 and half month and never be absent my gym day(skip) bcoz I was having this words in my mind to compete the adones men like hamza" I head from hamza he skipped his gym 2, 3 days last two months." And I was like be diffr wit hamza.

God, I was just stuck trying to eat the frog, can't create anything and then clicked this video!
And actually, by watching this video I kind of got the que again of what content I was going to create for!
I was trying to just meditate and walk around to put my brain in the Alpha state, but it didn't work by doing it purposely.
Thank you always, Hamza!
I am happy to see you just evolved after only a few videos when you were speaking about your date last time in your hotel!
One thing I am substracting now is to just live in my office, so when I get up I start those push ups and make it even easier and faster to EAT the daily frog.
I feel jacked, let's sprint.
I’ve now watched this video 3x
2 Chronicles 7:14
"If my people who are called by My name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land."
Powerful video Hamza. You really are back in your prime.
guys, I don’t know where else to write this.
You lost your track and that's ok, but don't define yourself by current situation, you'll get through that man, keep your head up and you are handsome too
Bro u look good I think you should work on your social skills to attract and make more friends and congrats for your $10k

@@ManveerSingh895 I am quite advanced in social skills. Thanks to my personal brand, I have a good number of acquaintances, but not close ones. it's all superficial.
@@dangilma Quran [102:01] : Competition for more ˹gains˺ diverts you ˹from Allah˺,
until you end up in ˹your˺ graves.
But no! You will soon come to know.
Again, no! You will soon come to know.
Indeed, if you were to know ˹your fate˺ with certainty, ˹you would have acted differently˺.
˹But˺ you will surely see the Hellfire.
Again, you will surely see it with the eye of certainty.
Then, on that Day, you will definitely be questioned about ˹your worldly˺ pleasures.
My friend, know that our purpose in life [humans] is to worship God, that's why we were created for, not to run after worldly pleasures. Grinding and making money is important and we should strive as men, but this should not divert us from our main goal, which is worshipping and striving for God.
Quran [20 : 124] : But whoever turns away from My Reminder will certainly have a miserable life,
delivering a sermon, saying, "O men! The Prophet Muhammad used to say, "If the son of Adam were given a valley full of gold, he would love to have a second one; and if he were given the second one, he would love to have a third, for nothing fills the belly of Adam's son except dust. And Allah forgives he who repents to Him."
"do the hard work especially when you don't feel like it" hamza ahmed
To answer Hamza's question, actually, the question I also have lately. I would admit that sometimes I got distracted by checking people's lives on IG, worrying about some stupid things like what I will eat and wear. Eventually, all of these are not important, it just wastes my energy that I should spend doing the better thing. So, I will eliminate the bullshits one by one, clean my brain to fully focus on my goal.
This is the Hamza that we all want, keep up the good work bro 👊!
Things I could sacrifice:
-vibrant social life
-dating multiple beautiful young women
-smoking the best weed
-scrolling social media (i’ve reduced it but i could completely eliminate)
Love the brutal honesty bro
Just made some time to watch this video today. The brain points analogy really clicks. I will be consciously using that more in my life.
Woke up, started watching this, didn’t even let it finish and started grinding, working for 3 hours. Writing this now as I’m on the toilet
Hamza spit a fucking brilliant quote at the end then he realized how fucking awesome that was 😂
things i can subtract
1. my school 'friends' (and distance myself from my close ones) and going to newton hall
2. talking to literally everyone i meet (and giving a second thought to whether im liked or not)
3. Sleeping late bcs im reading webtoons (so i can wake up at 2/3 properly)
4. doing menial tasks and claiming it's 'organisation'.
5. making aspects of my life harder on notion to feel more fulfilled 💀
6. dating till i reach $1 mil (for real ill come back to this comment on June 1, 2025 )
7. doing menial tasks in the library and coping with the 'well i went to the library so i made progress'. instead if i think i have 0 to do just learn more mandarin lol 🇨🇳
8. if im not gonna take immediate action or put systems in place to do so dont watch, read it or consume it. (this is for actionable advice etc.)
Brain points is exactly the way the dopamine mechanism works
That roadman thumb ''yeah get over here, yeah?''
Thanks Hamza. This one specificaly hits hard
The race analogy is amazing, the slower you run the worst your life is.
This is the most relatable video you have ever made for me, I genuinely thought you was talking to me on FT.
Apart from the fatty bit tho
For me, this mindset was more harmful than helpful. I started to only focus on music and disregard my studies, physique and friends. My mental health was suffering. So I think of it more as like - prioritising important tasks - schoolwork, physique, music and social time.
Brain points hmmm interesting,
This is why I listen to this man.
I found this video to be both useful and inspirational. Especially the part about "living a simple life".
I will keep the word "subtraction" in my mind going forward. Cheers, friend.
I get this. How do I start a business is my biggest question I’ve had for a while.
Charlie Morgan is a beast. Huge respect him for his studying videos
I could subtract:
-Messaging for 1hr a day (currently subtracting it)
-Looking 5min a day to Instagram
-Eating in the mornings
I think maybe there's more, but I will start with these 3.
I needed this man
Gonna grind harder henceforth
The things I could do at the moment to win are:
-Give up instant pleasures:
-Do not give too much energy in non-valuable social scenarios (Keep looking at my dms, trying too much to look/be cool )
-Dedicate more time to study and read.
-Meditate twice a day.
-Stop checking my phone every 10 minutes.
-Lower my screen time on social media ( Become a creator, not a consumer)
-Stop comparing myself to the losers in my class.
Please Like this comment and I will come to add more things
Oh Hamza... My pookie bear.... Where can i even begin? I will just sing... You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy when skies are gray, you will never know dear, how much i love you, please don't take yourself from my life again
Man, I just sacrificed some potatoes watching this right now. I’ll have to give it to my brothers, man. Thanks Hamza

1. Breakfast
2. Hanging out with friends till late night
3. Watching Self Improvement Videos
Hope to meet you at one time, i really do. You’re a smart guy just don’t forget that, not many people have that awarness🙌
The Problem is Theres Never An End to Self Improvement Even if you hit A Peak Youll Never Be Satisfied And youll just be paranoid if someone else will surpass you and you never Catch a Break,Maybe im Crazy I dont Know but I wish you guys the Best Journey but Remember to be Grateful and Acknowledge your progress
Phone addiction, hoping that everything would fine in future without doing work in present, feeling shit about what am doing studying, college, places where I lived
I needed this bc I’m actually running a 800 meter race on friday
what are a few things and people that I could subtract to make faster progress to my goals
"Think right now, what is something that you can subtract from your life that is giving you too much bullshit and will give you brain points to put into your craft"
me: get me the hell out of school, then we talkin
yeah the brain point analogy was really good
Great work man keeping doing the hard work💪
Wow hamza I am loving you more day by day thanks for spitting truths❤
I could subtract playing roblox and fortnite.(videogames) Watching caseoh vods and random youtube videos that isnt releated to my buisness, i could probably if i tried could subtract eating garbage food and only focusing on eating eggs vegtables etc,i could go outside more even for a hour of walk, rather than locking my self in home. Thank you hamza, i needed this clairfying. I didnt had a pen and paper, and i wasnt gonna wrote it until you said 'or wrote it in comments' it helped me to subtract these BS things even more, may Allah help you hamza. Amin.
Simplifying and subtracting is so important so that we can focus on what counts. After all everyone only has so much energy 🤷♂️ thanks for the vid!
THIS VIDEO IS FCKN DOPE!!!! I JUST WOKE UP FROM THE REALITY
i just wanna say thank you. you are the one who changed my life. i wish you are my old brother. please make this like video
What to substract: Music, PMO, checking notifications (going on social media when I don't need to), junk food, Twitter and news
Every ig reel is like 30 brain points
G video Hamza
-pmo
-sweets
-eating at night
-not being mindful(I need to meditate more)
-scrolling on social media
what are a few things and people that i could subtract to make faster progress?
This means Adonis protocol is only after you build and okay level of success
Oh no!! When I was watching Hamza’s videos and taking action on his videos I was making so much progress but then I felt I did what I needed to do with Hamza and I thought he wasn’t needed for me once I saw a short podcast of him saying “when should you stop watching my videos” (I think that is what it is called) and so I stopped and months went by and my life fell apart miserably and I became more addicted to social media again and I don’t know at this point the necessary steps to take to forget I was even using social media.😢
things to subtract:
-porn
-junk food
-negative best friend (already done)
-body weight
-bullshit books and items that just take up space
Ay man without you, thousands of people would be fked in life including me. Thank you.
'BAKWAAS' was epic my guy
That video is remarkable. Just did the steps and must say it feels so alleviating simply abandoning whatever and whoever is is weighing you down, like most peoples slave mind chains, so that you can rise above it.
its good to see you lock in and sacrifice the ego of image
