i’ve started meditating for maybe 2 weeks and it’s such an eye opening experience i see myself changing in real time. I also started to really learn and study copywriting for the past week and i honestly feel happier than ever. I also learned to leave my phone on do not disturb and in another room whilst i work and my focus is easily 3x times better

I had this fight with myself today- I nearly „reward myself” with KFC. But then my will power won’t allow me to but my Jeffrey brain kept telling me „it is okay to be weak”. I fought with my thoughts for like 10 minutes and end up making myself a high Protein oatmeal (currently on Bulk gained +4 kg) I am proud of my progress because I knew i would indoulge in that fast food about few weeks ago. Thank you Hamza and other men in this tribe

Thank you, DJDJ, for editing this video. I know Hamza is the voice of this channel, but you are just as important in this movement. The clean fast paste editing is appealing and helps retain the attention of those whose attention span is not so great. Your work and all the other editors are helping spread the word of self improvement so more young men like me will change their lives. So, I just want to say thank you.
It never hurts me when you call on our bullshit as you deliver it so authentically and respectfully, making us more oriented towards being more disciplined on getting away from bad habits and keep on grinding up the good ones. It just feels good to tell that every single day I meditated, worked out, journaled'll just drive me further and further to my lifegoals, so I can't get how people can be so enraged when watching a Hamza video. He's the father that reminds us to not fall into complacency, to stop fucking around and getting back on the road, keeping the momentum on. And I ain't that far on self-improvement, even though I discovered it 4 months ago, but hell if I'm that low to be angry about him saying that I'll feel like shit if I relapse which is true. been watching your videos for the past 2 weeks, written down essential notes and then started applying them to my everyday routine. I'm so thankful for your channel and felt a change in myself in becoming more Adonis than a Jeffrey. Thanks Hamza.
Hamza you should make a video about levels of success at certain ages like 16 to 20, 20 to 25, 25 to 28, 30 plus etc. I feel 16 to 20 is all about learning about what you would like to do with your future, coding, fitness, finance etc. 20 to 25 is about putting your head down and just trying to progress as much as possible due to the exponential nature of work which many are unaware of. And 25 to 28 is the time you can lose it all or bring it into your 30s. Then direct them to 1st man for that 30 plus life Edit: I'm speaking from experience as I went from Jeffery to Adonis at around 19 after training for 5 years. Although I didn't realize I was still a Jeffery. I bulked and lost my physique and tough times made me realize how weak I really was. By 22 I was very depressed and overweight due to my bulk. Luckily hamza helped me get back and further than where I was. You can just as easily slip back into being a Jeffery. So when hamza talks about the importance of goal setting, meditation and Journaling he's not just talking to talk these things will change your life. The earlier you start the better. Cuz if you get derailed you have time to get back as long as you keep trying. Do the hard work especially when you don't feel it.
I literally read about this today in Brian Tracy's "The power of self displine" instead of rewarding yourself with cheat days buy smaller or well fitting gym clothes. I love what you're doing hamza.
I genuinely love you man , i was addicted to my phone … every morning i would spend hours on tiktok or yt shorts. To lazy to brush my teeth , make some proper breakfast social anxiety etc. Because of you hamza no one else. The combination of YOUR videos made me what i am now. I have a proper morning and night routine , I couldn’t go to the gym from my mom and dad because i was to young (14) so I didn’t wanna make an excuse so i started calisthenics. Eating more healthy and feeling better. Thanks for calling my jeffrey actions out i love you hamza 💙
One of the best Videos in a while. The message is good and clear. I had the Problem that i didnt take Action but i was literally binging these Kinds of Videos. It honestly just feels good to take Action, working out, reading, meditate, journaling and you can See your life improve and the Problems fading away. Thank you Hamza.
Hello Hamza, nowadays I go outside every morning and it changed my life instantly. My sleep is better, I get knocked out in 20 mins or less around 1030 pm and its amazing. I took action and it changed my life. Unrelated to the circadian rhythm, you have made my life so much better, I started watching, maybe 6 months ago and now I'm consistent with the gym, somewhat consistent with my studies. I have achieved the goal of improving myself and you have been the facilitator Hamza. i love you brother and keep doing what you do.
I was so low energy this morning at the gym, half assing my workouts. I was so happy to see my friend who pushed me to finish even when i wanted to stop, hes a true brother
cheers hamza for all ur videos it helped me so much with not bullshitting and getting things done, whenever i watch ur vids it helps me focus and I've started setting habits and goals and I've started meditating and actually going for walks and it made me feel so much more in control of myself and alive
Thanks man, your videos are what guided me towards a positive way of approaching the hard parts of life and helped me get over gym anxiety. I now go to the gym 4-5 times a week instead of only 1-2 due to being stressed out.
Hi, I’m 12 years old and I recently started watching your videos. You really motivated me to start working out again (I stopped 2 months ago) and I quit procrastinating on UA-cam Shorts (I also quit video games 2 years ago). I find your content really inspirational and I will be posting updates every couple of months below. Thank you so much for your motivational videos! Edit 2 months later: Still going strong with workouts and eating healthier than ever 💪. Currently visiting Bali but still staying on the grind even with all the challenges of travelling!
Hamza saved my life, I was depressed (my whole life), and didn’t know what to do next. I was a Jeffery, playing videos games, watching p*rn, eating like crap, making excuses, smoking weed, etc. but deep down there was a part of me who needed to come out, Hamza and Tate shook that person out of me. The first video I saw of Hamza was “why you should quit playing video games” I took that information and ran with it, then I came back and kept learning, changing, and adapting to who I really was all along, the masculine part of me that was snuffed by public school, and my mother. Thanks to Hamza and Tate, I’m no longer depressed, I love myself, I have my drive back, I’m boxing, going to the gym, eating clean, not smoking weed, planning out businesses, enjoying being a man. Thank you Hamza, I would be dead (mentally or physically) if it wasn’t for you.
It's nice to see that there are self improvement, "become a real man" kind of channels like you out there, that aren't also like Andrew Tate, basically flexing their wealth all the time, scamming young men with useless discord servers and constantly belittling and insulting women, I got so used to seeing those self-proclaimed "alpha males", that I thought at first your channel was similar. But I was wrong, though I don't agree with everything you say, you still give so much honest and helpful advice for young men like myself, and unlike all those "alpha males", you seem to genuinely want to improve people's lives. I just want to thank you for what you're doing, we all appreciate it so much, keep it up.
tip number 3 really hit different as a student. I didn't even realise how rewarding getting a good grade by playing video games instead of studying impacted my grades so much. It's hard to tell when you're killing your own momentum sometimes
Step 5 is such a huge one, I used to watch these self Improvement videos and not actually work to be a better more masculine man. After finding this channel and being called out I’ve took the words to heart and actually took action upon myself to improve, to hit the gym, to meditate, take time to evaluate my emotions and situations I’m in. I do still need to work on my confidence with women but with time and effort I know I’ll do it, I will get better at talking to women.
I found your channel about a week ago and I've been watching everything you've been saying, but when you said to stop watching this type of content without taking action it made me realize that I haven't even started bettering myself. Thanks for teaching us how to be better men.
I love how you quote that status study. I did a project on it in hs and it was very eye opening. Very cool to see a UA-camr bring up things like this. I appreciate your approach to improvement from this unique lens. Never stop ❤️
Ive started journaling and it’s helped with overthinking SO MUCH, thank you a million times over. I have 2 questions though. I need help with actually cooking the better foods for my diet because I’ve been buying them myself and spending too much money. Also I personally don’t need this but I’m sure it would help a lot of people to make a skincare guide to. Again thank you so much!
Thank you hamza! I have been going to the gym 5-6 days a week since summer and have started running at 6-7 in the morning and meditating and have also bought books recently. Its because of you and Andrew tate! Thx
Hamza. I just woke up from an all-night dream about being on a physical training camp with you and the tribe. Loved every minute of it. I'm going to make that dream a reality!
That 3rd habit is the most different but most amazing concept I’ve ever heard recently. I’ve never thought about how twisted but normalised it is to reward yourself for making good progress by punishing yourself. I’m actually mind blown
I agree with him, but he's definitely being hyperbolic. One cheat meal isn't gonna undo months of eating properly or put a dent in the discipline you've built up while learning abstain from eating like shit. He's also ignoring a decent amount of nuance, like how insane it is to sustain being sub-10% body fat and the drawbacks of staying that lean. People get lean for the competition and don't intend to stay there year-round.
The 5th habit hit me realy hard. I'm cutting down on social media usage, and I think im doing well, but instead of scrolling on instagram, im scrolling on youtube shorts, and all I see is another short motivational video, that I just watch and watch. It seems good, right? Motivational video? YEAH. But no, its horible, it works the same way as other video. Additionally im watching Hamza's videos a lot, and guess what. Im not taking action. Shit bro, u got me that one. I have that wrong belief, that if im watching it, I am productive, which is ridiculous. Thank you so much for that one. Its time to get my shit together. Do the hard work, especially when you dont feel like it
Point 3 specifically is really helpful. I’ve certainly fallen into the trap of “rewarding” myself with things that feel good, all the while forgetting that these are the habits I’m working so hard to abolish! Appreciate the advice Hamza, I could never thank you enough for devoting so much of your life to helping us grow.
cheat days are fine. this is the only one i disagree on. cheat days might be a little overboard but cheat meals are proven to motivate you more so you dont have problems with binge eating
I just finished meditating with Medito for the first time, it was oddly very emotional for me and that’s very wierd I cried…I haven’t cried in years… I will be doing this again. Big thanks to hamza and all self improvement creators
hamza you should make a video on how to call with a girl and setup a date or just in general how to call with a girl and have a good vibe, i thnk it would be very helpful for alot of people someone correct me if im wrong and this video has already been done before
We love you HAMZA❤️❤️❤️!!!! So today was like my uh weeknds because yesterday we had like an examination so i am rewarding myself through watching your vids, taking down notes about the tips(i did this when i literally saw one of your vids about the routine/how to fix your routine guide or something like that for like months ago I'd say, and i am so so glad that i had watched and discovered your channel, bro literally gave me such motivations in life no cap, I've continued doing workouts, fixed my eating habits and coping up with getting a much better mental health or somewhat a motivation) I'm 15 years old now btw(turning 16 this april) and i live from 🇵🇭.. so glad youtube recommended me such unique, motivational, helpful, and straight up no bullsh*t contents bro👍
Funny thing about controlling emotion: as a teenager I learned how to do this, but it was unrefined. Because of trauma and a divided household, I was constantly going through a lot of emotions and acting out and after one particular event I decided how to fix it was to just stop being emotional. So I did. I turned off my emotions. All of them. Not all the time but when I was at home I was flat and emotionless and it was probably one of the worst most depressing things of my life. When other people especially family would come over they would always ask if I was ok even tho they knew I wasn’t. But when I was outside my home I was a completely different person and I liked it so I would always find ways to stay out of the house. One of those ways was beginning my fitness journey which helped me a ton so then I was working all the time and working out in my free time and after I moved out I decided it was ok to be an emotional person again and so I would let myself feel everything all the time and I didn’t realize until just this week how bad it’s left me. All that progress I gained was lost. All that discipline. A lot of the money I worked so hard for. And then enter hamza. Just him telling me I have the power not to just turn my emotions in and off but to control what I feel and when is life changing. So for all you kings out there it’s not about feeling or not feeling, it’s about accepting when it’s ok to feel. And when it’s not. It’s ok to be sad and remorseful. It’s ok to be happy and silly. It’s ok to feel angry or annoyed or anything else because we are only human. But what’s important is to be able to control these feelings and lot let them control you. When you are angry, don’t let that anger make you break your favorite glass. Get in the gym and let that anger help get you a new pr. I found it helps to run or walk when I’m upset. When you’re happy and want to be rewarded, don’t celebrate by eating a whole pie. Celebrate by being around your loved ones. Celebrate by hugging your girlfriend or mom or grandma or sister or taking your little brother to a baseball game or just some sort of positive experience rather than the fleeting sensation of enjoying that piece of pie. I know I have always struggled when someone offers me cookies because I absolutely lovvveeee cookies. The day I started saying “no, I don’t need that in my body” was the day that everything else got easier. If you’re a man who feels he needs to cry that’s ok too. Do it. But understand tears fix nothing for men. For women tears make people feel bad, but for men you will just make a mockery of yourself. It’s ok to cry, but don’t let that be the first, last, or only thing you do. Chase greatness or you will never achieve it. Bless all of you my brothers🙏🏽❤️

Today I was on my phone too much, got upset over how my work went, skipped leg day, had some bullshit black pill thoughts and I'm watching this. Time to get back work. Fight the good fight guys!
Thank you so much hamza. Though i’m very young, your videos helped me realise what I had been doing wrong the whole of 2022. My parents were really busy with work because we moved to a new place so I was at home by myself alot, but what did I do with that time? Wasted on yt shorts and cod mobile. I made the top team for basketball, but instead of training hard and going for runs I sat on my ass playing video games. I’ve rectified alot of this during the holiday and I know how I’m going to improve. Happy new year everyone! ❤
I've started going to the gym lately trying to better myself because my mental health has been really bad and you've made me want to get better thanks hamza for life changing advice
i agree with the "Stop rewarding yourself by punishing your progress" rule but I also believe that u should always get some sort of "reward" for yourself after u accomplished something , like I am productive 6 days a week and in those days I'm focused only on imposing myself but Sunday is my big rest day where I don't do anything and will just lay whole day in bed watch movies , play video games (still eat healthy tho) but then as soon the day is over I am again studying and working out and doing everything i am supposed to do and obviously what works for me may not work for other but having the mentality "grind for those 6 days at ur best u will rest on Sunday" is doing it well for me and even if i waste every Sunday I'm still fine w beein productive 28 days of the month n chillin' for those 3 or 4 sundays
I can tell you how you can absorb Hamza's videos better Step-1 = Open you diary or a notebook and take a pen Step-2= Start taking notes and write down all the steps and things he said Step-3= Write a 5 or 10 step plan on how you can implement all the tips told by him that time and the next day Step-4= The next day, keeping all the tips in mind, start applying, then see the results, if something is negatively affecting you when either you are applying it wrong or you need to change somethings. Take that point and apply it as many times as possible after knowing what to change. THIS will help you to understand his videos better and BECOME better, stop binge watching self improvement videos, start implementing self improvement videos, then only your life can change. I have been doing this since last year, I started doing it when i was 16 and now i am going to turn 17 in March. Anyways, I hope this helps
I’m going to be honest. I am an absolute fuking Jeffrey. My mentality is very poor. I am very ambitious and I want to change my life. Plz help me out, I tend to give up too easily when things get hard. I literally watch you videos everyday and hours later my mindset is shit. Plz help. Thx Hamza🖤
thank you hamza. i’ve been trying in this last few weeks to become a better version of myself. i’m not all the way where i want to be, but because of watching your informative videos i’ve been able to take the first steps. thank you.

I just want to thank you for what you're doing, we all appreciate it so much, keep it up.
Hamza, you’ve actually changed me so much. Thank you for the discipline and teaching me self respect
tip number 3 really hit different as a student. I didn't even realise how rewarding getting a good grade by playing video games instead of studying impacted my grades so much. It's hard to tell when you're killing your own momentum sometimes

Congrats on 1.5 mil!
congrats on 1.5 mil!
I found your channel about a week ago and I've been watching everything you've been saying, but when you said to stop watching this type of content without taking action it made
me realize that I haven't even started bettering myself. Thanks for teaching us how to be better men.
I love how you quote that status study. I did a project on it in hs and it was very eye opening. Very cool to see a UA-camr bring up things like this. I appreciate your approach to improvement from this unique lens. Never stop ❤️
All ur vids change me in the best way thx Hamza
Thank you again for dropping more valuable tips Hamza ❤ We men need to look out more for each other.
Stay strong brothers!
I hope you've recovered from your personal problems.
Thanks for making our lives better.
You may don't realize how much you've changed our life.
Thanks man. Really appreciate your effort.
Following you for around 3months and I'm seriously observing positive changes within me and around me.
Thank you hamza! I have been going to the gym 5-6 days a week since summer and have started running at 6-7 in the morning and meditating and have also bought books recently. Its because of you and Andrew tate! Thx
Thank you so much hamza for everything you've done to me and everyone else 👏🏼
I've lost 7 kgs. I'm gratedul for having you in my life ❤
congrats on 1.5 mill
Hamza.
I just woke up from an all-night dream about being on a physical training camp with you and the tribe.
Loved every minute of it.
I'm going to make that dream a reality!
Thank you hamza, your changing lives.
Do the hard work, especially when you dont feel like it
@Dave thx bro
Tysm!
Me too. I really needed to hear this advice.
cheat days are fine. this is the only one i disagree on. cheat days might be a little overboard but cheat meals are proven to motivate you more so you dont have problems with binge eating
Keep up the great work Hamza, you're changing lives 💪
Nice pfp bro
@@spanishinquisition3173 Thanks man!
@GuitarSlayer_69 Thank you very much 👍
Did he delete a video recently about becoming infertile?! I couldn't find it and I recall putting it in watch later
I'm happy that I joined the tribe.
💪🏻
Thanks man, I needed somebody to point out my bs.
I just finished meditating with Medito for the first time, it was oddly very emotional for me and that’s very wierd I cried…I haven’t cried in years… I will be doing this again. Big thanks to hamza and all self improvement creators
hamza you should make a video on how to call with a girl and setup a date or just in general how to call with a girl and have a good vibe, i thnk it would be very helpful for alot of people
someone correct me if im wrong and this video has already been done before
We love you HAMZA❤️❤️❤️!!!!
Great video this, informative and to the point.
Hamza is the replacement Top G whilst he is in jail.
This story really is wild and its an eye opener for me as i can naturally control my emotions but damn i respect your grind
@@fatheransegisel3586 thank you sir🤞🏽everyday me has a different path with different skills they must learn. This is one of mine. See you at the top my guy
@@j.r.3945 and you too buddy hamzas helped me so much with girls that its way too good
Great advice💪
I just realized that everything my dad thought me all these years can be foumd here. I'm grateful that I have cultivated myself nicely and hope we all are going up and improving ourselvses
Nice. Thanks for making these videos. You've changed my life and the lives of other men.
Today I was on my phone too much, got upset over how my work went, skipped leg day, had some bullshit black pill thoughts and I'm watching this. Time to get back work. Fight the good fight guys!
Congrats on 1.5 Million Hamza. You've saved myself and many other men and for that you have my upmost respect.
This guy has inspired me I've been doing the gym for 3 months, honestly thank you Hamza
Congrats on 1.5m brother
For everyday that I don't go to the gym, I punish myself by taking a cold shower. I made taking warm showers my reward for going to the gym.
I like that idea
Hot water is bad for your hair I'd avoid it there
The fact that hamza is saving and changing the lives of many young men is honestly insane to think about. We hope u stay safe hamza!
It has finally happened. I watched too many Hamza videos and now, as soon as he says "specially when you don't feel like it", i blow a kiss as well
Thank you so much hamza. ❤
7:00 the actual fcuk was that 😆
Thank you Hamza, my mindset has gotten better.
Same here :)
'Celebrating my nofap streak by relapsing!'
Thank You Hamza🫡🫡🫡
congrats on 5 mil bro, i wish you the best of luck for the rest of your journey
“Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.” ~ Benjamin Franklin
I can tell you how you can absorb Hamza's videos better
Step-1 = Open you diary or a notebook and take a pen
Step-2= Start taking notes and write down all the steps and things he said
Step-3= Write a 5 or 10 step plan on how you can implement all the tips told by him that time and the next day
Step-4= The next day, keeping all the tips in mind, start applying, then see the results, if something is negatively affecting you when either you are applying it wrong or you need to change somethings.
Anyways, I hope this helps
step 4* brother besides that everything is cool
I love how you have made this Jeffery up . And how you say Adonis . Love the banter bro
you’ve changed my life man, thanks.
I’m going to be honest. I am an absolute fuking Jeffrey. My mentality is very poor. I am very ambitious and I want to change my life. Plz help me out, I tend to give up too easily when things get hard. I literally watch you videos everyday and hours later my mindset is shit. Plz help. Thx Hamza🖤
