If you join this movement I can assure you that you will have to go head to head with the modern world and sacrifice things your Jeffrey brain has been used to having for your whole life. I have been trying to stop fapping for around 3 years and wasnt really going anywhere, but now something strange happened. I met a girl a month ago, wasnt even really attraced to her but for some reason I had no need to fap or watch porn. This is going to sound like im coping really hard but I think the best way to become the guy who doesnt fap is to first become the guy who doesnt watch P. Starting out any time you think about p just fap without it and the post nut clarity will snap you out of it. Yes youre still fapping but do this for a while and the P stops controlling you and you depend on it less. Once your ready, become the guy who doesnt fap either. I used this approach over the last year and I'm down to fapping less than once a month. For me this approach made it 10x easier.
