I met John five years ago when one of my sons had to rehab his ACL repair. My son completed his physical therapy after surgery and then the therapist referred us to John. My son's leg was still quite weak, and he worked with John for about six months and his speed and strength improved immeasurably. He is very modest, but he has worked with several professional sports teams and is super knowledgeable, so it only made sense to bring him in and use his expertise for BBL recovery.
You can start to exercise as soon as you feel well enough to do so. Only restriction after a BBL is no sitting. Otherwise I like to get my patients moving. Start with level 1. There are 7 exercises and each exercise has 3 levels.
Really whenever you feel like it--the main restriction is no sitting after a BBL, but if you feel well enough to do the exercises jump right in. There is an easy beginner level so I always suggest starting there and then work your way up as you recover. I have plenty of patients doing starting these exercises at 2 weeks after surgery.

Good before and after. There are 7 exercises with three different levels. These were designed for people having a BBL. They are meant to help you. It is a misconception that they will burn your BBL fat. These exercises are GOOD for your BBL. I strongly suggest them before and after a BBL.
What are the risks of a pump putting pressure on the new fat? I lifted heavy for lower body before bbl and I used to get quite a pump. I can't wait to work out again but dont want to compress my new booty yet.
I would ask your surgeon, but I have my patients start them as soon as they feel well enough to do so. I think it helps to improve blood flow and open up the lymphatic channels to get rid of fluid.
Hi Dr, your videos are amazing. Can I do hip thrusts and dead lifts? I had my BBL less than 2 weeks ago, and I already feel good to work out. Also, can I do yoga? I heard you shouldn't stretch because the skin is attaching to the muscle, so if I stretch, the skin could be loose, but I'm not sure if it's true and I feel my ribs very tight and stiff. Personally I encourage my patients to exercise after surgery as soon as they feel well enough. I think Yoga is wonderful and wouldn't worry about any skin stretching with yoga.
They do things that the surgery cannot. They build the gluteal muscles--it's like you are building up your frame before the BBL to get the best results and then working on enhancing your results with gluteal development.
I like people to start working out as soon as they feel well enough to do so. Seated leg press is fine to do after a BBL but I would also make sure to include this plan as John Sinclair really understands how the body and muscles work.

Proper exercise and diet are needed to maintain the shape of your BBL. The payment is nothing but the recovery process is not easy. You have to work on preserving your 'ass'ets!!!!
