I really appreciate this man. He's the first doctor that I have seen who takes time out to truly inform his patients on any surgery they plan on having with him. I love these behind the mask videos. My only thing is that I didn't really hear about him before and now everyone wants him lol. I just hope he doesn't get too big that he starts taking on more girls than he should in a day to the point where his work begins to slack. I know a lot of these centers do just that, take on too many females at a day and everything gets hectic...quantity over quality. So please please please Dr. William, don't lose sight of your amazing work ethic and caring for your patients all because of popularity and notoriety. You're an amazing surgeon for what I've seen and heard and I'd just really love for it to stay that way.
Not to mention, I just heard that Dr. William is booked all the way out until next year May!! What??? Is this for real?

He’s at 305 Plastic surgery but you can just Google search Dr. William Miami, it will bring you to his page. The deposit is only $1000 & his waiting list is at least a year. You can book it and pay it slowly like the rest of us lol. It gives you plenty of time to book flights/hotel/etc. His quote was less than what I paid for my celebrity arms 360 procedure @ ArtLipo. His results are comparable to DR, and the price is too if you’re Dominican and have to account for extra costs of visiting the DR.

@@DrWilliamMiami thank you so much for all of your videos! I am having a difficult time finding a lot of informational hip and side aft which is what I am most concerned with. My bbl is scheduled for Nov 30th and I have a more boxy waist so the fat transferred to my hips is vital to me. I was wondering what you suggest for post surgical and stage 2 fajas that do not compress the hips/ sides? I have researched and most of what I find all confines the hips but leaves the butt portion mesh! Please let me know your thoughts? Thanks again!!!

My suggestion is to buy all the comfort products for your bbl , months a head , like bbl lounger, or mattress, bbl pillows to sit , extra lipo foam , have healthy meal prep and freeze for later ,
I was going to say this too! I did this when having kids. I made meals for weeks in advance bc I knew I would have trouble cooking after surgery. And its a good habit to start to keep from running to get fast food, thats full of sodium.

I am stunned by your work and your super awesome videos. I believe I’ll be booking in the future but it has to be with you. I’ve been doing my research and finding the there is sometimes difficulty with coordinators of the facility and over booking causing canceled procedures. I will be going to 305 to see you but I’m nervous about what i may have to go through to get my procedure. Also would you do a breast lift at the same time as a bbl?

Hello @AshleyCollier my surgery is February 14 and I can’t lie I have gotten a late start with preparing, my question for you is are you using there recovery home or if not have you found a really good reputable recovery home I think that’s one of my biggest issues I’m having also finding a good massage therapist for massages after surgery. Please is your may, provide me with any helpful information I would greatly appreciate it.

I never plan to get any sort of cosmetic surgery, but the pre post op diet plan and exercise is good for the body in general.

Why does no one post their post-op review? How did the surgery go? Are you happy with the results or are you suffering in chronic pain like so many that have gone through this butchery?
@@bootburner4544 I personally did not suffer, in fact all the stories I heard about suffering scared me a lot but I still decided to move forward with it and I am very happy I did, I am on my 6th week of recovery and feeling great!

This video was brief yet informative video and I liked that it’s comming from the one n only, the doctor. I was hoping to hear of tips (or your experiences) regarding microdermals in the lower back of some patients. Is this piercing a mandatory removal? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
Thank you. I have all patients remove their dermal before surgery as we can not get that area sterile with the dermal piercings in place, hard to perform the liposuction and could have problems with swelling after surgery so for all those reasons we have them removed before surgery.

I so want a BBL
Can you focus food. I have had some surgeries and the amount of protein i needed a lot to heal. Also the use of Arnica gel and tablet. Premaking meals and freezing was helpful
what are you looking for in the blood work in labs so that I can tell my doc also does kidney issues rule you out for the bbl procedure?
That's one thing I can say that my cost is gonna be minimal cuz I live in Miami and I'm going to stay at recovery home. I'm doing this alone so I gotta have a support system for this. I'm gunning for December this year.

With due all respect Dr. Williams, Lymphatic drainage isn't massage and never has been. Manual lymphatic drainage was created by Dr. Vodder in Germany in the 1930s. And the sale as Post-op Massages there are in fact massages that moves fluids but not lymphatic fluids. I used sale it under the same name until I came across the double international certification with Dr. Bruzon on MLD Vodder. Your information is very good since in my State most of my clients can't tell that their surgeons have gave her the excellent information that you provide in your channel. Thank you Dr. William.
As a licensed massage therapist I would have to disagree with you. I'm specialized in this and it definitely moves lymphatic fluid and encourages it to drain through the urinary system. There's different kinds of MLD
@@truemassagebodywork Sir/Madam, by definition Manual lymphatic drainage isn't a massage however, certain fall with the Manual therapy umbrella. Again, at the microcirculation level the so call massage doesn't move lymph fluids via the lymphatic capillaries but it does through blood stream. Thank you for your response

Thank you very much for the informations Doctor William.🙋🏽♀️ I have 2 questions. No 1 is I'm 156m and my normal weight was 52kg. I gained 6kg for lipo last year and I'm currently 61kg. (continued gaining after surgery to sattle fat ) My new doctor says I should gain another 5kg. My question, after healing, when and how much am I allowed to lose weight. I don't want to ruin my resolts. Question 2.I had a liposuction Nov. 2019 on my stomach, flanks and Back. They put the fat in too my Brest that time. They only got out 600ml and said my body is too tight. I told the doc I would come for a second round and he said they can't take the fat from the same place they would have to do my arms and legs. Since I don't have no other more place to take the fat from for a third round I decided to do the bbl and later get Brest Implants. Now my question the new doc says it is no problem to suck out the same place. Is that right. Both docs use the vaser and the first doc said it's impossible cause of the scar tissue.
