      It won't grow it so much bigger it will mainly keep it high and tight looking

      Hi. I’ve been told that you won’t. You will grow the muscle which will make it bigger. Make sure to increase your protein.

      @@Catyasworld4280 hi. I use premier protein. I usually buy the ready ones but the powder is good too. They have the highest protein per gram and less sugar. I would recommend you drink eat with a fruits or something that has sugar. Otherwise you may end up with a headache. They really taste good too and it’s a great way to add in your protein.
