I don't know if you are in the need of more money, Dr. William Miami, but there is a GREAT NEED for you in Beverly Hills!!! I had my TT & Lipo in BH and they tell you NOTHING of all this. They just take your money and do the bs post surgery appointments and tell you nothing about massages, rajas or rollers or NOTHING of the kind. You are very needed in LOS ANGELES. If I knew about you before my surgery I would have seen you instead and saved A LOT of money!! Listen to this man, ladies, he is TOTALLY CORRECT in all he says!!!

i just got my lipo 360 in BH yesterday! the surgeon recommended a person in BH who does lymphatic massages and apparently 3 of her patients tried him and the 3 came back for their post op appointsments and they looked like they were at 6 weeks when it was just 1.5 weeks! let me know if youre intersted in their info :) he charges 150 for 50 minutes. my surgeon told me she has never met him. but it was someone her patients went to who yielded good results so she shared that info. but to be clear, she never met him! i was desperate for a solution to deswell becuase i was going to hawaii in 5 weeks haha
@@Gigichew I had my TT/LIPO in Dec. 22. I'm doing great. Be careful who you let massage you.I had a creep who said you had to be completely naked for him to do his work. He was an older man, Latino.

Thank you. You likely can still benefit from using the FibroGuard at your stage. I say likely because all of the work using FibroGuard before its release were studied on patients starting two weeks after surgery. But I think there is likely benefit to starting it later but I just don't have the experience with this situation to say for sure. I know it works wonders when started at 2 weeks after surgery.
I'd love to hear more about queloid prevention!
I know there are many things that can be done to prevent and treat queloid, but it's hard to find info on it, specially in the context of plastic surgery.
The best way to prevent keloids is to massage with a silicone gel and wear silicone gel sheets on your incisions. Also you and your surgeon need to keep a close eye on them as you heal and inject with steroid if needed. If there is a high likelihood of developing a keloid you might speak to your surgeon about injecting the incision with steroid at the time of closure.

I was taking a look at the OGEE Recovery products and noticed you didn't have any boards or foams available. Since you didn't have one created, are there any on the market you would recommend?
We carry boards and foams and should be listed on the website shortly.
It's very useful and organized. Thought how to use roller on upper back (bra fat areas), if there is foams and boards should be used? There no blogs all over UA-cam explaining it. I'm considering doing lipo but don't know how to prepare for upper back recovery!
You don't need foams or boards for the upper back---just the faja. The dermis in the upper back is very thick and tends to re-drape nicely just with the faja.
Should you use the fibro guard after a tummy tuck as well?

What is considered a traditional massage? Versus a lymphatic drainage massage? I’ve been just getting lymphatic drainage massages.
Traditional massages are performed by massage therapists that are not certified manual lymphatic drainage experts and is more of what most of us think of when we think about a massage. Hello! No I don't do biopolymer removal. I don't work on patients with biopolymers in their gluteal area. I will perform liposuction of the trunk but I don't transfer fat in patients with BPS or remove them. I would look for a surgeon who specializes in BPS removal if you are interested.

After a tummy tuck are you supposed to wear your faja right after? Confused between this video and another one I watched from you. Thank you for any guidance!
For my patients I start them off in a gentle binder and then at 2 weeks get into the faja.

Does the incisions drain while you have on your Faja? If so, are they draining on the foam and you have to change the foam out?
Yes they do. You are correct.
I have my lipo next friday. Tights and calves. Do I still gotta use boards & foams ? 🤔 Already got the rollers and 2 fajas.
I would ask your surgeon but personally I only suggest boards and foams for lipo 360.

Arm garments are difficult as there is so much variability I usually use ace bandages.

Am I misunderstanding you? You recommend "traditional massage" in the first few weeks? I'm a MLD/Post op lymphatic drainage provider and this seems backwards. Please advise. Thank you.
That's what I suggest. 10 traditional massages over the first two weeks and then 5 MLD massages over the second two weeks after surgery.
I'm having an eggplant and breast lift at the time of my lipo would it still be okay to start massaging the day after for the lipo area

I was only given darn boards (no foams) and im already12dpo...Is it too late?? My fajas feel sooo darn tight now tho😢 Do i need to order a better faja wit sleeves due to arm lift? I have been getting massages but I'm just swelling like crazy right now.
No it's not too late.
Reduce salt,more pineapple ,walk I know it's hard but it must be done.

I got Lipo 360 on tuesday, and i feel like I'vee been run over by a truck..not for the faint of heart.. low grade fevers, overall malaise this isnt fun
The first few days are rough after liposuction but it gets much better.

A more natural BBL like the Ogee but with breast augmentation I don't foresee any major changes.

This "to do video" after liposuction, is the opposite of your "do not do" after a tummy tuck. Does that mean you can not do both surgeries at the same time?
You can do a tt with lipo. Yes.

I am skinny my surgeon told me to gain weight and come back I did gain around 1,5 kgs only and he performed the surgery! He managed to remove 2 liters of fat and used 400 ml in each butt cheek now I am 3 weeks post op and fat is running out of both cheeks and it is a lot I am so worried and my mental health is just so horrible I can't stop crying!!! Is this normal?? Please anyone knows aything about this??
I would see your surgeon. Personally I have not seen that before and I would advise you to see your surgeon soon so he or she may examine you and find the cause.
