    I am a 11 Y old and I suffer with migraines and headaches for about eight years headaches and migraines suck...

      I am so sorry, you are so young to have to go through this. My migraines are triggered by msg,lack of sleep and certain foods. I wish you the best

    It's 4 am and I'm awake after 2 hours of sleep from 11 to 1 am😞 with migraine
