I have been vegan for a year and been suffering from migraines since I was 11.Basically 17 years of migraines with aura.Since I went plant based,I have had minor migraines like once in every 4 to 5 months and not 3 times a month like I did before,and I have never felt better.
I am 24 and been suffering from migraines since I was 13. I’m going to try this I would have migraines for days at a time and I am now 8 weeks pregnant and they are even worst to the point I just wanna be Locked up in my room and just cry. So I’m just going to stop cold turkey and try this. Thank you !

Hoping my diet is the problem because it’s such an easy fix! I’ve had chronic headaches for 15-20 days a month for 6 years now. Every test came back perfect and the doctors just want to shove more pills at me. This diet has to be my answer!
There is much more to it than diet, the brain needs proper stimulation and sleep as well. If every test they've done has come back perfect then find the tests that will not. Also make sure to take care of the musculoskeletal which is often overlooked
I’ve gone on a whole food diet and it was amazing for my chronic fatigue but like you said about the 2 ends of adding fiber to your diet , it was a lot to adjust to for my gut ( I have crrohns) . Ultimately it didn’t seem to lessen my fibro pain and headaches so I only stayed on it 2 months . Now I’m one week into vegan diet and it’s been easier so far on my gut but no improvements in headache or fatigue yet but I’m staying hopeful .
