      bro mein weekly 3 day karta haun first day bichef or chest fher 2 dayay rest 3rd day trichef or shholder 4 th day rest then back and leg is their any wrong mera abhi 12 din hua suru kia koyi galti hoto batana ea rutine kia acca hein???
