My question is tht should i do this workout in every bicep tricep routine of mine or should i change the variations of ur other bicep tricep workouts?

Arms: bicep ez bar pre chair curl 6 sets minimum 15 rep dumbble hammer curl 5 sets minimum 15 rep barbell curl 3 sets minimum 12 reps tricep: close grip bench press 6 sets 15 rep cable pudh down 5 sets minimum 15 rep dumbble kick back 3 sets minimum 12 rep
Those exercise are best thatsway running for years, if u cant make ur arms with help of these exercises than forget bodybuilding.
