      Arms: bicep ez bar pre chair curl 6 sets minimum 15 rep dumbble hammer curl 5 sets minimum 15 rep barbell curl 3 sets minimum 12 reps tricep: close grip bench press 6 sets 15 rep cable pudh down 5 sets minimum 15 rep dumbble kick back 3 sets minimum 12 rep

    Hello sir! I have done this workout today and literally my arms are pumped right now! I used to go to gym before corona first wave! Started again now! My question is tht should i do this workout in every bicep tricep routine of mine or should i change the variations of ur other bicep tricep workouts?
