dear sir, my name is abid and i am living in Saudi Arabia, i have a question which i asked to many trainer and some doctors but no one give me right answer, so question is this when i have to start workout at gym while workout i feel very painful headache so please tell me something about it what i should have to do,,,,,,
1. Exercise at no. 2 i.e side raises. This not only engages your side delts but also the traps as we are raising our arms at an angle very close to our body, we are not keepong our arms straight to our sides. 2. Behind the neck barbell shoulder press. This exercise is not recommended by many pros as it can damage the shoulder in long run. Basically the structure of bones and muscles don't work well with this exercise. Check Athlean X and Muscle Geek channel to further understand my point.

+Invincible DK do one routine each week. W ehave about 3 to 4. That would give u 4 weeks worth of shoulder workouts
