    1. Exercise at no. 2 i.e side raises. This not only engages your side delts but also the traps as we are raising our arms at an angle very close to our body, we are not keepong our arms straight to our sides.
    2. Behind the neck barbell shoulder press. This exercise is not recommended by many pros as it can damage the shoulder in long run. Basically the structure of bones and muscles don't work well with this exercise. Check Athlean X and Muscle Geek channel to further understand my point.

      Anyone on youtube i dont consider them professional, they must be good or can be good its not relevant.
      I shoot videos based on what i practice.
      I have beem training people for 12 yrs full time and have trianed over 2000 people.
      Have 50,000hrs of fitness training experience, trained with ronnie coleman, fred smalls, george farah, jay cutler to name a few.
      I owe and operate gyms.
      What workouts out for me, might not work for u.
      This you can only learn with time and with experience.
      People with so many health issues walk through our gym and leave satisfied with service.
      Not to say.. Who is good.. Who is bad. I wont and cant give out a wrong advice just for views.
      Look around when we shootm thats a half a million dollar set up we have to shoot youtube videos brother.
