I started Madfit 15 abs a year ago. It's the 15 min ab with a lot of leg lifts/bicycles. When I first did them, I couldn't keep up..stop at the 7.5 min mark. I've since gone back to it. Took me months to not take any breaks but still needed a brief recess at the 7.5 mins. I did this one today, and managed to make it through both rounds. Happy with my progress!

I'm 28 right now, and during this exercise, I thought my abs were set on fire! 🔥 It's so evident that fitness is your passion because you do so many types of exercises and post videos frequently. This is a killer!! I love love love the burn. It makes you feel like you're entire core is really working and burning. I just had to pause as soon as I hear the countdown at every exercise. Aiming to complete the whole thing without pauses!! Let's work it ladies!!!

I've been working out now more than I ever have before (mostly your workouts) and I'm definitely noticing a difference because I only needed one extra pause. Well, and a dropped my legs completely and a couple of times for the leg raise one. Those always kill me though, so I'm feeling great!

Great quick intense workout. I live your videos. I have low back problems so typically have to modify a few exercises in most ab routines. This one almost fits the bill for my needs. I only had to replace the Russian twist. They’re a no-no for low back problems. But I just did planks instead. Gotta keep the abs in shape to keep the pain & weakness there away.

I have done this abs workout over 10 times now, and I love it. I set a reminder at the same time nearly every other day. I love the intensity of the workout.
Really liked this one, saving it for later! Took me a few extra seconds to get the form and rhythm down but the second time around was better. The plank toe taps and the russian twist get-up were my favorites. Great cue to lead with your lower abs and not your shoulders for the plank toe taps, definitely felt like I was doing that and adjusted and felt a change for sure in the exercise.

I was able to do all the exercises with no rests except for crisscross legs up & down. I just cannot keep my back flat , so I modified by simp,y lowering & raising my legs--still not very far down. I did this routine after doing one of your 30 min full body workouts with light weights. Many thanks for all your varied workouts. They are so helpful in keeping my 77 year old body fit and limber.

Love these workouts, been doing them for two years. Just know you have to change you diet to get the results you’re working for. Abs really are built in the kitchen.

Definitely a challenging workout! I do core 3-4 days per week and still had to take at least one tiny (5 secs or lest) break per exercise. Long intervals are hard but that pulse at the end was very satisfying!
This one is so so good!!! I was sore from my full body workout on monday and thought id go light on ab day today....picked the WRONGGG video for that but so glad i did! Pushed through and feelong so good about myself!!!

After 2 months of MadFit and good eating, I was flat as a washboard with some awesome muscle definition. A quarantine and 10 lbs. later, I'm back and I'm sticking to it this time haha

I did the full one minute for each exercise, but modified some of them due to too much strain on the hips in some exercises (old running injury), but it worked great anyway. Loved the format of one full minute per exercise. It makes it intense but not stressful 👏🏻

This is totally doable. Today was my first day and it was hard, but I had to take a phone call right before the midway 30 sec break and I also had to look at the first rep of each exercise since it was my first time. It definitely helped that I had completed the 30 min stretching video by MadFit with my daughter as she wants to be able to do the splits one day. Doing a stretch workout before this made all the difference for completing it with confidence!
Killer workout. I couldn't make it all the way, so took active breaks by pausing and doing some tricep dips, modified pushups, and squats when my core needed a break. Kept my heart rate up and me feeling motivated.
Woah! I did it!! Only did 45 second break before the second set to make sure I didn’t have any work emails. 😜 Was going to do the 10 min intense six pack but saw this was new so did it instead. Appreciated the guidance on the plank toe taps to lead with my lower abs instead of my arms. Feeling strong!!! 💪🥰
