I don’t think you realize HOW MUCH I appreciate the way you help coach us on the way to have our backs on the floor, our posture etc. I struggle so much with my posture when doing workouts & I don't see any other content creators that I've watched help me keep my form correct like you. They will comment about posture but you actually give us a visual. Thank you !!

Im a 14 year old girl working on her core and more sculpted abs, and this was amazing. I have been doing your other ten minute no equipment ab workouts and they've been amazing. I try to do one of these daily! Now I have a new one to add to rotate around with. thank you :)
I'm 14 as well, and since I explored at home workout videos and managed to exercise consistently, I've been so much happier. Although do remember that rest days (I have 2 in a week) are important for muscle growth and shit. Keep it up, Olivia!
@@hannajagare6211 thank you! I don't think some people understand that sometimes working out just makes you feel good and sometimes lifts your spirits. Like i have had people tell me I don't need to workout, like just because you don't have goals doesn't mean I don't. I also have 2 rest days, Saturday and Sunday. Also do you have any arm workout recommendations. I have really small arms and want to get them bigger, any tips? Keep it up, Hannah!
Hiya! Im almost 13 (in a few months) and I’ve been doing madfit since march of this year! She really also helped me improve and I feel so much better about my body! I’m so much more confident now! I started off at just doing 30 mins of her workouts per day, and now I do an hour! This just goes to prove that anyone can get results by her workouts and how tremendously you can see change if you put your mind to it!
One week challenge. Start: 12-31-23. Weight: 70KG Day 1 ✅ I’m experienced with working out and weight loss. I did it twice and drank 5 water bottles, it was easy but it burned a lot. Day 2 ✅ drank lots of water bottles. Did it before bedtime. It wasn’t easy since my abs were sore and I used my back muscles Day 3 ✅ did it before bed time. It was horrible lol, no motivation. I see progress Day 4 ✅ more motivation and I did it in the morning, and before bed. Drank like 4 water bottles. It burned a lot more! Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Final results: smaller waist, flatter stomach ab line. Lost 1kg. Weight: 69KG Doing it again! Start: 02-01-24 Weight 68 KG woop woop Day 1 ✅ feels easy, loved the burn
@@ssandycatsit's a healthy rate, a pound or two a week is more sustainable than massive weight loss in such a short time(such as in crash dieting) as this leads to even more massive weight gain later. Disclaimer: weight loss rate also varies with weight, the heavier you are, the bigger the weight loss in comparison to a smaller person in the same amount of time.

Day 20 complete!! My abs are on fire and I’m super sweaty but think I was able to stay pretty consistent other than few quick 1-2 second stops. I was so proud of myself for being able to hold those planks I usually hate them and always have to drop but I am slowly but surely adding time to how long I can hold it 💪🏾
Did you have belly fat when you started working out? Or you were flat from the beginning? I mean to see visible abs first belly fat needs to get burnt... That is why asking 😅
@@iamanushkasahayou cant spot reduce belly fat. Its a combination of diet and exercise mostly putting ur self in calorie deficit. U can do ab exercises u will build muscle under belly fat which may make ur belly look bloated
I've been trying to do 500 abs a day and have done some of the past workouts. They are all 15+ min. This 10 min was enough to make me SWEAT just as much as those 500 abs has. Thanks!!!

I’ve been doing this exercise for MONTHS and was finally able to complete it for the full 2x and without breaks. If this is really hard for you, just be consistent and go slow. You’ll be so proud of yourself ❤

I started using this video earlier this year. At first, I didn't get past the first 3 minutes. Then, I could only do one round. Finally, I struggled until I got all the way through, and now I am generally comfortable with the exersices. even though it still gives me a good burn and I'm sweating by the end. I just started working out at home this year and this routine has become a staple in my journey. I am substantially stronger than I was when I started and so grateful for this little routine. Whenever things get out of wack, I come back to this video to restart. Thank you

So i’m a 13 year old girl and i really want a flat tummy. So i’m gonna do this exercise for 7 days or more. I just think that i’ll have more confidence and i’ll love my body more if i have a hourglass figure. My waist is 66 cm in the morning and in the evening i think is 68cm. Day 1: ✅ I DID IT!!! i definitely felt the burn, i didn’t stop the video for a rest and idk i don’t feel so tired idk if i did the exercises right i hope i did them good. The good part is my stomach was burning during this exercise. Day 2:✅ I woke up with a sore stomach but i was really bloated and idk why so i couldn’t see any changes. This time was harder bcs of the sore abdomen but i still did it!! Day 3:✅ I woke up and i saw that i had a more curved waist but sadly i was still bloated. I measured my waist and it was 65 or 64!! This time it was a little bit easier do to. I didn’t expect so many people were going the like my comment. Sadly i couldn’t make it through a week. I want to come back and to do it properly. Thank you so much for the support and all the comments. I’ll try to come back because i really want a flat stomach and slowly im starting to love my body.🫶🏻 Okay so i’m back. Anorexia is a very addicting thing that can lead to death. It’s common for it to build up to a extreme. It’s possible you “work harder and harder” and end up still hating your body. Make sure that you aren’t sacrificing your happiness to be skinny.
Hey, just letting you know that you are already beautiful, having a flat tummy is not a determining factor in this. Influencers have bloated bellies too! Where else will your organs go? You should love yourself and remember that your body is a vehicle which needs fuel and food to thrive (even if it causes bloating), you're 13 so please don't push yourself too much! You're body is still growing!
Hey girl I think its a good goal to want to keep yourself in shape and its okay to workout, however don't forget to take it easy on yourself since you are only 13 💜It shouldn't be your main focus to be skinny, but to be strong! Don't get too obsessive over your stomach girl it could cause an eating disorder or just stress you out, trust me! I understand if you want a smaller waist, but make sure to fuel your body and not to workout too extreme, you are still so young! Make sure to love your body through all its phases that is key to consistent self love. Remind yourself that you are enough, beautiful and worthy as you are💗 Just a reminder happiness is an inside job not an outside job. Happiness comes from within 💛
I’m 13 and struggling with major body dysmorphia. I have been struggling for a few years now but I’m starting a goal until June, and maybe longer. I hate my stomach and this video is perfect to help me change it! I will be doing it 2x a day, once in the morning and once at night. I will keep y’all posted with my results after each time. I am doing this workout for 2-4 weeks! And for any others struggling, just know that you are gonna make it, but progress comes with multiple failures, so don’t give up when it gets tough. This workout was so hard to finish , but I’m so proud of my self for fully completing it. I just know tomorrow I’m gonna be so sore, but it’s worth it in the end! Keep eating healthily because avoiding a lot of carbs and having a huge calorie deficit will reduce your metabolism a lot and make it a lot easier to gain fat in the future. I hope you find that working out can make you happy, because that’s the most important thing.

All that matters is that you're healthy (whatever that may look like, it's different for everyone). You should love yourself and remember that your body is a vehicle which needs fuel and food to thrive.
Its great that your working out! But I would advise doing it for the right reason, thinking about working out as "fixing yourself" can be harmful. Make sure your doing it to be happy and healthy and keep it up!
Hey girl, working out to achieve the "perfect" body will bring you nothing but misery. I have been in the same situation as you and you might think that you have to work out and diet otherwise you're not "good enough." If you want to lose fat then that's your decision but I advise don't be too hard on yourself for you eating sweets and unhealthy foods, our metabolism is high and our bodies can handle it! Hope you enjoy your fitness journey and remember it's not the end of the world if you eat an extra cookie😄 also don't do abs every day, every muscle group needs rest if you want them to grow 💪
This is my first time doing this and I could do it all with only a little 10 sec pause. I really felt it in my abs. I can't wait to do it again tomorrow
I am actually getting better at doing abs workout. I finished this with absolutely no personal breaks, and I am so proud of myself and for you for teaching me to breathe through the fatigue.

this was amazing , rlly felt the core engagement and i will be doing it daily !! day 1: complete, it was pretty hard but i felt it all throughout and ik i’ll be using this one from now on before and after my runs day 2: i did this after a short run today and it was definitely harder . my brother joined me and we completed it w some added breaks . i felt my core tighten throughout the individual workouts and this is my new fav core workout !!

I think I did a pretty good job. I want to get more in shape and feel a little more comfortable in my body. I am going slow and doing 2 10 minute ab workouts a week and then adding on as I go. I think today was good I haven’t been doing this very long but I think that today I pushed myself and it was a good pace.

1 week challenge!! I will come back and update every morning and tell you the results. This will be in addition to eating healthy (1 treat a day like one of those super mini bags of chips) and drinking lots and lots of water. I will do this every morning and night if I can for one whole week! Day one: Morning ✅- I felt a tightness and burning in my abs! Felt great! I stopped once though because it was getting really hard.

I’ve been doing this exercise for MONTHS and was finally able to complete it for the full 2x and without breaks. If this is really hard for you, just be consistent and go slow. You’ll be so proud of yourself ❤

I started using this video earlier this year. At first, I didn't get past the first 3 minutes. Then, I could only do one round. Finally, I struggled until I got all the way through, and now I am generally comfortable with the exersices. even though it still gives me a good burn and I'm sweating by the end. I just started working out at home this year and this routine has become a staple in my journey. I am substantially stronger than I was when I started and so grateful for this little routine. Whenever things get out of wack, I come back to this video to restart. Thank you

So i’m a 13 year old girl and i really want a flat tummy. So i’m gonna do this exercise for 7 days or more. I just think that i’ll have more confidence and i’ll love my body more if i have a hourglass figure. My waist is 66 cm in the morning and in the evening i think is 68cm.
Day 1: ✅ I DID IT!!! i definitely felt the burn, i didn’t stop the video for a rest and idk i don’t feel so tired idk if i did the exercises right i hope i did them good. The good part is my stomach was burning during this exercise.
Day 2:✅ I woke up with a sore stomach but i was really bloated and idk why so i couldn’t see any changes. This time was harder bcs of the sore abdomen but i still did it!!
Day 3:✅ I woke up and i saw that i had a more curved waist but sadly i was still bloated. I measured my waist and it was 65 or 64!! This time it was a little bit easier do to.
I didn’t expect so many people were going the like my comment. Sadly i couldn’t make it through a week. I want to come back and to do it properly. Thank you so much for the support and all the comments. I’ll try to come back because i really want a flat stomach and slowly im starting to love my body.🫶🏻

Anorexia is a very addicting thing that can lead to death. It’s common for it to build up to a extreme. It’s possible you “work harder and harder” and end up still hating your body. Make sure that you aren’t sacrificing your happiness to be skinny.
Hey, just letting you know that you are already beautiful, having a flat tummy is not a determining factor in this. Influencers have bloated bellies too! Where else will your organs go? You should love yourself and remember that your body is a vehicle which needs fuel and food to thrive (even if it causes bloating), you're 13 so please don't push yourself too much! You're body is still growing!
Hey girl I think its a good goal to want to keep yourself in shape and its okay to workout, however don't forget to take it easy on yourself since you are only 13 💜It shouldn't be your main focus to be skinny, but to be strong! Don't get too obsessive over your stomach girl it could cause an eating disorder or just stress you out, trust me! I understand if you want a smaller waist, but make sure to fuel your body and not to workout too extreme, you are still so young! Make sure to love your body through all its phases that is key to consistent self love. Remind yourself that you are enough, beautiful and worthy as you are💗 Just a reminder happiness is an inside job not an outside job. Happiness comes from within 💛

I’m 13 and struggling with major body dysmorphia. I have been struggling for a few years now but I’m starting a goal until June, and maybe longer. I hate my stomach and this video is perfect to help me change it! I will be doing it 2x a day, once in the morning and once at night. I will keep y’all posted with my results after each time. I am doing this workout for 2-4 weeks! And for any others struggling, just know that you are gonna make it, but progress comes with multiple failures, so don’t give up when it gets tough. Day 1- Morning ✅ My lower abs almost killed me. You weren’t lying when you put “KILLER” in the title! This workout was so hard to finish , but I’m so proud of my self for fully completing it. I just know tomorrow I’m gonna be so sore, but it’s worth it in the end! Thank you MadFit, for helping me and many others achieve our goals!
Day 1- Night✅ I barely made it through the workout! My diet was kinda poor today but I will be working on it! This workout had me sweating both times and I am so stoked to see the results! The results are my motivation and I can’t wait! Love you MadFit!

Keep eating healthily because avoiding a lot of carbs and having a huge calorie deficit will reduce your metabolism a lot and make it a lot easier to gain fat in the future. I hope you find that working out can make you happy, because that’s the most important thing.

All that matters is that you're healthy (whatever that may look like, it's different for everyone). You should love yourself and remember that your body is a vehicle which needs fuel and food to thrive.
Its great that your working out! But I would advise doing it for the right reason, thinking about working out as "fixing yourself" can be harmful. Make sure your doing it to be happy and healthy and keep it up!
Hey girl, working out to achieve the "perfect" body will bring you nothing but misery. I have been in the same situation as you and you might think that you have to work out and diet otherwise you're not "good enough." If you want to lose fat then that's your decision but I advise don't be too hard on yourself for you eating sweets and unhealthy foods, our metabolism is high and our bodies can handle it! Hope you enjoy your fitness journey and remember it's not the end of the world if you eat an extra cookie😄 also don't do abs every day, every muscle group needs rest if you want them to grow 💪
This is my first time doing this and I could do it all with only a little 10 sec pause. I really felt it in my abs. I can't wait to do it again tomorrow

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 20, part 2: Complete ✅ (a bit early)
I had to skip last week's abs workout and finally did it yesterday. That was two ten-minute no-rest abs routines two days in a row, lol. I've been having to modify the other workouts because of my knee injury, so I wanted to challenge myself where I could 😅 I definitely think this workout was a lot easier than yesterday's (aka last week's) - even despite my soreness. I enjoy this one, and the music was particularly good on this video. Thank you, Maddie ❤️

I think I did a pretty good job. I want to get more in shape and feel a little more comfortable in my body. I am going slow and doing 2 10 minute ab workouts a week and then adding on as I go. I think today was good I haven’t been doing this very long but I think that today I pushed myself and it was a good pace.

Day by day I could explore and observed that I'm getting more n more better at doing this, sometimes I get positions correct some days I could see improvement in durability. I've done many of abs workout and trust me this is hardest , not only bcz of no breaks but individually too you did fantastic job! Thanks man!❤😊

Here I am!❤ it was definitely a burn at the start (first round) the second round wasn’t as bad of a burn😊 I definitely recommend this it’s a 10/10 abs workout! Perfect! If you want to challenge yourself and you’re reading the comments and wondering if you should do this workout you most definitely should! You can do it ❤❤❤

I started this exercise 2days ago, I truely love this exercise because its easy to achieve for beginner and you can feel your stomach muscle pain after doing it.
