I’m not gonna lie, I’m a pretty fit person I’d say. I go to the gym everyday, I have pretty good stamina. Most ab workouts, I feel some pain here and there but let me tell you this workout had be in pain the entire time (which is totally good cause that means your abs are being activated!!!) I definitely think you went off with this one. Thank you, Mad!

I start seeing results after weeks cause abs is where I had fat so I couldn't see the muscles trough it but after a lot of motivation I fell it is worthy

Oh my GODD this was intense but enjoyable at the same time!!!! For any one wondering no this isn’t beginner it’s more intermediate to advance workout.So if you have a hard time keeping up please don’t give up on your goals , you always have to start from somewhere.

I've done chloe ting's workouts and progress has been slow :( so i am going to be trying Madfit's workouts! I'm very nervous about this as I know itll be more intense. Ill keep you guys updated!! **aiming to do this for 1 week! Then I'll go to her other exercises started 16/07/2020 Day 1 - oh my god. the first exercise and the sitting cycles KILLED Me. the planks at the end feels like a rest!! my hair is sooo messy you'll laugh. i took 2 breaks in the second set of the first exercise Day 2 - rest day haha my body was sore from yesterday and didnt have many motivation Day 3 - phew. easier than 1st day for sure. my legs hurt thoo Day 4 - legs was dead but I pushed myself and did it ! Day 5 - lesgooo Day 6 - oh my. it toook me sooo long to motivate myself to do this today. but i got thru it. **its getting easier! Day 7 - rest day aha too lazy Day 8 - i pushed thru it but i was extra tired bc my legs burnedd
Love this workout. Haven't done it in a while. Changes so quickly that even if a particular exercise is kicking my butt, there's something new in 60 seconds. Forgot how it defines my abs. I'm 55 and loving it.Thanks Maddy.

This workout seriously WORKS!! I had visible 11-line in a week, and defined muscles when I flexed just 2 weeks into it. Keep going guys it actually shows results so fast.
@@Ellarainbowful hi I try to do this workout everyday, along with cardio such as running and skipping and now have defined abs ! Although I do have some rest days now and then usually when I can't be bothered 🤣 I am sure you could do it every other day or even less and still see results just make sure to do cardio aswell ! Hope this helps x
I really enjoyed this! I usually do a 30 minute ab workout that allows for breaks, and while I do love it, I love that this one cut the time in half by taking out the breaks! Love all of your videos, thank you

I am not flexible at all, so I always have a hard time in extending my legs when I do the scissors. Is it better to keep the leg straight but not lift it a lot or to bring it closer to my chest with the knees bent?
Hey, I went to school for exercise physiology, keeping the legs straight is just more work for your hip flexors due to a longer level arm, but it’s still a great ab workout if they’re bent! Hope that helps :)
Is your back pressed in the floor? As long as that’s the case, you’re working your abs. keep them bent and work towards straightening them :) (as that’s heavier, also stated by someone else here)
I have made so much progress over the last few months thanks to your workouts, I’ve been trying out so many different workouts over the last few years and I never really found one that sticks. I am not flexible at all, so I always have a hard time in extending my legs when I do the scissors. Is it better to keep the leg straight but not lift it a lot or to bring it closer to my chest with the knees bent?
Francesca Visalli I’m not a professional at all but in the video you can see she slightly bends her legs, so maybe try to mimic that.

Hey, I went to school for exercise physiology, keeping the legs straight is just more work for your hip flexors due to a longer level arm, but it’s still a great ab workout if they’re bent! Hope that helps :)
Is your back pressed in the floor? As long as that’s the case, you’re working your abs. keep them bent and work towards straightening them :) (as that’s heavier, also stated by someone else here)
Anyone else just have to lay down on the floor for a few minutes after this one? 😂

I have made so much progress over the last few months thanks to your workouts, I’ve been trying out so many different workouts over the last few years and I never really found one that sticks. But your workouts are so easy to follow, so effective and are so fun to do - I have abs for the first time in my life!!

It was totally intense but great ! Had to make a few seconds stop between the rounds but I definitely feel my abs the day after. Love it
