I've completed this video a few times now. I have weak back muscles and was told to pay extra attention to strengthening my core muscles. This video is definitely helping - I was able to hold the positions a lot longer than previous tries. My favorite part of the video is how calming Maddie's voice is. It's like being in a yoga class. I'm able to relax and really focus on engaging my core. 😋
I love these no repeat workouts. This was definitely a killer. I'm certain I would've dreaded every single one of those if I knew there were repeats. 😂

Thank you, that was super hard and super great. I am working on strengthening my core and pelvic floor after an injury and I am wondering if you have any videos that would be good for that? I find some of these extra hard right now. I don't know exactly what I need but I really need to strengthen my core and pelvic floor while also making sure I do the exercises correctly and avoid triggering pain.
I love these videos however I feel that I strain my neck a lot while doing them. Maybe some neck friendly video or tips in the video to not strain would be great

I think this will be the perfect ab workout to strengthen my core for pole dance class. I tried a few exercises and was huffing and puffing. I'm too tired to follow the whole video but definitely coming back to this
hi 14 year old girl here I am currently trying to tone my stomach for the summer and this is the first serious workout I have ever tried to do, I found this so difficult and at times was in a lot of pain as my core is my weakest part of my body. I am going to try and do this everyday until I can do it without having to stop a bit way through. I did these exercises however a couple of them I couldn't yet do as shown so I simplified them and even then they hurt I am currently 8.2 stones or 53kg and I will try and update and show which days I have done I am going to try and do it every day for a month will keep you updated xxx

Definitely the best core workout I`ve tried for the last few months! My favourite exercises but modified to be harder to complete - perfection!
