    I've completed this video a few times now. I have weak back muscles and was told to pay extra attention to strengthening my core muscles. This video is definitely helping - I was able to hold the positions a lot longer than previous tries. My favorite part of the video is how calming Maddie's voice is. It's like being in a yoga class. I'm able to relax and really focus on engaging my core. 😋

    I love how your videos are physically challenging but so calm and nice to look at. I can feel myself gradually getting stronger with your videos and I'm so grateful for all your content. I still have to modify to versions even easier than the ones you offer though🥲And seconding some other comments, I love no repeat quick workouts like this!

    After dance lessons if my teacher comes with some exercises I will say that those exercises are way too better and I will propose that we'll do those.

    The best ab workout vid out there. Perfect balance of demo, talking, music, notifications, and difficulty. Jus a great produced video. When i started looking for these vids i favoured men trainers. Im glad i watched madfit. ❤🎉

    hi 14 year old girl here I am currently trying to tone my stomach for the summer and this is the first serious workout I have ever tried to do, I found this so difficult and at times was in a lot of pain as my core is my weakest part of my body. I am going to try and do this everyday until I can do it without having to stop a bit way through. I did these exercises however a couple of them I couldn't yet do as shown so I simplified them and even then they hurt I am currently 8.2 stones or 53kg and I will try and update and show which days I have done I am going to try and do it every day for a month will keep you updated xxx

    I love that’s it’s easy to follow and it’s slow and controlled. You have transformed my body. I’ve been doing your workouts for about 8 months now and I definitely feel stronger. Thank you for having so many different workouts it’s never boring 😊.

    I love these videos however I feel that I strain my neck a lot while doing them. Maybe some neck friendly video or tips in the video to not strain would be great

    I think this will be the perfect ab workout to strengthen my core for pole dance class. I tried a few exercises and was huffing and puffing. I'm too tired to follow the whole video but definitely coming back to this

    Thank you, that was super hard and super great. I am working on strengthening my core and pelvic floor after an injury and I am wondering if you have any videos that would be good for that? I find some of these extra hard right now. I don't know exactly what I need but I really need to strengthen my core and pelvic floor while also making sure I do the exercises correctly and avoid triggering pain.

    Definitely the best core workout I`ve tried for the last few months! My favourite exercises but modified to be harder to complete - perfection! Since now I`m gonna' do it frequently to become stronger because some of the exercises were really difficult to overcome. However, I`ve managed (not without struggle:). Thanks, Maddy!!!

    It's intense grl.. i mean my core are crying now.. 1st day trying this and i m so very much excited. The best part of this set of exercises are that they are not very tough to do but they are extremely intense because it's 45 second each.

    The plank position ones are always so hard for me because we are engaging our entire body all at once. But I’m getting stronger and hopefully will continue to. Love your videos! Thank you ❤

    Hi madi this video looks amazing I'll deffo try . Madi I used to exercise from many years but in whole 2023 I couldn't done any exercise even onece because of some work reason. I used to try ur every new video.     Love your ab workouts and have been following them for a while now! Just wanted to ask, I noticed at the end of some of your ab workouts you do an ab stretch but on some you don’t.     Thankyou. Did this after a metcon amrap workout and it was great because it was like an elongation of muscles at same time as working core etc. now for a cool down stretch ☺️
