as a teen, honestly, this was amazing! my summer break just started and I thought I'd tone my core a bit :) I LOVE how this isn't just all planks like a lot of other core exercise sets I encountered, and keep up the amazing work ❤❤
I think this is the first time I’ve ever done a full 20 minute ab workout I usually opt for 10-15 but I’m proud I stuck thjs one through! Thank you Mads🥰

This is by far the best 20 minute workout I’ve used! Short and not too difficult!
So glad I found your workouts! You’re amazing and have helped me so much. You’re always so reassuring with the workouts, when otherwise they might be a little intimidating for a beginner, but you explain everything and make it all seem do-able
I like how you do the reverse crunches, with the thigh turnout and further apart. The usual really close together style just really gets my quads and it's hard to feel the ab work, whereas wider apart I could feel it and focus on that!

I just finished this workout and loved it! It wasn’t too intense where I couldn’t do the moves, but I still felt the burn! I also overall just loved the workout in general, and I usually don’t like ab workout :)

Loved this workout! Best core routine yet!.. I really liked that you incorporated more oblique exercises into this one.. the 45 seconds on/15 seconds off is perfect and 20 minutes is exactly what I'm looking for to target core after weight lifting. 10/10

Love this. It challenged me a bit, but when I was doing the oblique crunches on my right side my hip was hurting like the bone was sticking out on the hard floor but I had a padded yoga mat under me.
Dear Maddie, this was a great workout! I’m glad that you can laugh at yourself too. Sometimes I have to laugh at myself when I’m doing one of your videos for the first time and I have trouble coordinating which appendage to move 😂. Great music on this one!
That last instruction, about not using the arm on the side crunches was super helpful. Actually made me realize I wasn't lifting from my torso (I have pretty flexible hips, so I can meet elbow to knee...almost entirely by just raising my knee)
