I'm 16 and a little over a year ago I was above 200 pounds in body weight. It took me months to find what works for me diet and exercise wise but these videos combined with PopSugar Fitness cardio workouts have helped me drop my fat the healthy way. I've found the motivation to work out 6 times a week. Thank you for these videos. Hi Maddie! I’ve been doing your workouts for a while and I have to tell you that you have one of the best setups for working out that I’ve seen. From the background music which is not too loud but not too soft, to your voice which is perfectly clear to hear to the quick intro, the simple instruction for the moves, not too much talking, the pleasing aesthetic background, the big clock with count down sounds....all of it, and of course the content and moves, many of which I’ve never seen. it's called "snapping hip syndrome". There are some exercises that you can find on UA-cam and that are pretty helpful

I did her workout and I can't believe the results. It's been exactly a month. I did her Burn Fat HIIT workout and then this one. I didn't loose weight but I lost 3 inches on waist, 1 inches booty , 0.5 inches breast , 2 inches lower belly and a inch thighs. Thankyou so much ❤.
Helpful tip : “As soon as you can't lower your legs anymore without your back rising, stop there and lift your legs back up-that's your end point.”

Ah! You do know you shouldn't be doing this every day right? When you do these exercises it makes small tears in the muscle and you should give your body a few days rest in order to recover and actually build muscle!! Doing it every day ends up doing more harm than good! Rest days are so important. Stay safe guys!! Xx

***edit: just completed it 🥵🥵 DAY 6 COMPLETE!!! 🥳🥳💪💪 WHEWWWW!!! Deodorant came in clutch today! Was literally praising God in the middle of the workout for keeping me going. Tough ones today, but that's a good thing. Results don't come with doing nothing. If we are tired, sore, sweaty, we are doing something right!
The first two workouts of each set were the hardest for me. The rest were much easier. & those killer plank knee touches. Loved when Maddie said we aren't here to rest. Great motivational words I needed to here that moment. Love the knee pulls on our backs. Thank God for those LOL!
ALSO, a little tip I learned from Maddie in one of her other videos...stick your tongue to the roof of your mouth to reduce neck strain! Such good advice she gave me!

Day 1: Very hard. Can't work lower abs properly.
Day 2: Hard. Nothing changed. I'm seeing results on the upper part of my abs.
Day 3: Hard. Results show on the upper part of abs.
Rest-
Day 4: Medium. Can keep a correct form while doing most exercises. Working on lower abs is getting easier. Results on upper abs.
Edit: 3 months later. I'm back lmao
Day 1: I'm rusty. Form is weak lol
Day 2: Slowly getting back to it. Form is still a bit weak.
Day 3: rest
Day 4: Good form. Its easier now except my neck really hurts when I do the reaching one and the side crunch (it’s been like that since the start)

Over 50; working from home during COVID has killed my fitness & activity level. This was the perfect, follow-along ab routine for the "home gym," i.e. in my office, inches away from my desk! Looking forward to more!
Gonna do one of those log your progress things to hopefully keep me motivated to finish.
Day 1- Exhausted. My form was poor and my arms are killing me more than my abs. Pretty embarrassing because I used to be be able to do 100 sit ups without breaking a sweat.
Day 2- Still tired. My arms don't hurt much but I am breathing heavily. All in all not bad.
Day 3- SORE. Woke up an my abs were killing me, but I still kept at it. Easier than the last to days and my form is much better.
Day 4- Took a rest day cause I got my period
Day 5- Almost didn't do it but I persevered!

Why does she make it look so easy😭😭😭. Like on the plank ones omg girl I can't but I still tried to push myself. I used to be 190 pounds Ik pretty big but I lost 20 pounds in the last 2 months I weigh 170 now and my goal is 130 and I think I can do it I hope I do reach my goal. But I recently been watching u and it's really help and I can really feel the burn in my abs. Really love ur videos I plan to follow along. Thx :)

That was a proper tough workout, I found especially hard the crunch lifting your leg up and meeting with your elbow, by the time I was on my second set with the other arm my back was killing. But satisfied I could just about do the whole workout. Thank you Maddie!

I have been following you for months and seen result. Thanks. Just had a surgery to remove metal plate from my healed broken humerus and back to your guidance after a few days recovery. Can follow all but I replaced planks with legs up and down during those plank minutes. Thanks again for really effective movements.

@@mathildedpt2687 At the beginning I really felt a change in my abs and body. But, the fat is still there. I think that I am going to add a run or an extra workout to my routine AND I will cut out sweets. I think my abs will be lot more noticable when some of my belly fat disappears!
This was easier than the other one...but tbh I literally can't walk. I'm so happy that tomorrow we have dance party, those are so much fun.

sunday: I managed to keep up without resting, I like it and didn´t get bored half way through. I feel less bloated afterwards

So I’ve decided to do this for a month straight:
Day 1: I found it difficult to complete the whole work out but I’m not one to give up.
Day 2: I was aching from the previous day but I still completed it, in pain.
Day 3: (Monday) rest day
Day 4: today it got surprisingly easier. I see definition already!
Day 5: I am now starting to get that line down the middle.
Day 6: I took a rest
Day 7: today I woke up and measured my waist it went from 27inc to 26 sooooo
I know it’s a year later but if your still doing these try not to do abs every day because it slows down progress every other day is better

So I was originally going to split of the January challenge today (6th)into two separate workouts but doing one right after the other was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be! We got this!!!!
I'm already satisfied with only being able to do one round... I don't think my body is able at the moment for the second round... I can't wait to come back and be able to do it completely WITH the second round ! Thank you so much for your work Xx
super workout! I also appreciated that there was very little wrist-involvement. Most ab/core classes get you in high plank or other poses where the wrists are involved, and that is "ouch" for those of us with injuries. I will have this in my ab rotation for sure - together with many of your other videos. Thank you so much

I can't say I enjoyed it. Nope, I really didn't! But I do appreciate the results I'm getting from this video and your other videos, Maddie! I've been doing your workouts for almost a year and I'm so much stronger and fitter than I've ever been. Thanks so much. I did one round, and each exercise for about 25 secs. This is a perfect series of exercises, I will do this everyday and see how it goes. Today, is obvious core and ab weakness, and back strain in the exercises. It’s def getting at some areas that need attention.
Maddie how are you supposed to breathe during ab exercises? In or out when doing the eg sitting up during a sit up. I thought you were supposed to breathe out during contraction to engage but you seem to breathe out when you’re not engaging?
You're right, exhale during contraction.
