Non-scale victory: I don't fall over when I do one-legged deadlifts, and I can hold my plank for 40 seconds (I think this is more to do with mentally working through negative self-talk). Feeling strong in every way, thanks Heather!
I wasn't feeling my best today as the sore from yesterday has yet to die down. But thank you for including the modification and let me tell you guys the modification is not easy either! That was probably one of the hardest HIIt cardio I've ever done. Never in my life I was relief to see frog crunch, rocking chair or reverse crunch as the next workout. At least I can lie down 🤣
Can't wait to try this one. I love a no repeat. Thanks for showing the modifications. That's a huge help if we're not up to all the jumping. Awesome workout Heather!

these videos have inspired, uplifted and gotten me through so much!! I'm currently having a rough time with hypothyroid/hashimotos so 0 loss in pounds but my mood is better, I'm writing more music and I have more energy. If I'm having a hard day with immune flare ups I just do half a video, and then redo the warm up and the other half of the video the next day. Thanks so much Heather!! You are the best personal trainer I have ever found!!!

Loved it! I do everything low impact, and I am so grateful that these options are demonstrated. It makes me feel acknowledged and welcomed. I am structuring my eating around the workouts the way you explained and I notice improved energy. I will not get on the scale! Focusing on improved food choices. I am happy to report that I can do more than one full pushup. I have six months to age 65. I am feeling optimistic that I will be happy with my body.
non-scale victory: I was able to do 30 secs of plank jumps without any rest despite being totally exhausted by that point in the workout. It made me happy :)
Sweat was literally flying off of me at the gym. I collapsed on the floor in a puddle of my own sweat. No repeats are my favorite because I tell myself to give it my all each circuit. 10/10
The next time Heather calls something "a serious workout", I need to pay more attention. This is a serious workout! Feels amazing afterwards, and proud.
I tried to do this work out last night after my 12 hour shift at the hospital. It did not go well I ended up stopping it. I just finished it now this morning after a well rested night and was able to give it my 110%. This is a serious workout. Now I have to do day 11 tonight but that’s OK I will eat my food and do day 11 and catch up.
I wish the rest of our world would be like us…encouraging , grateful, diligent, not critical, seeking health, listening to a wise person (Heather), and just to trying make the best of things even though it’s tough, exhausting, and takes time, management and a decision. Thanks HEATHER!

I ran 8kms yesterday and walked 4kms + swam 1,5kms today. So I appreciated the low impact version for this one! I was feeling sour and wanted to prevent injury. Good call! I'm making progress against my negative ambitions ❤️

My non scale victory is that despite preparation for Christmas and family arriving and staying i was able to keep exercising in the HR schedule throughout December and now into January. That time by myself to clear my head, get my energy up and my mojo on for the busy day ahead. I cant thank you enough.
