    Wooohoooo! 2 Weeks down. How are we feeling team!? Don't forget Sunday is an active rest day. Go for a walk, do some stretching/yoga or whatever you are feeling up to! I'll be back for Monday's sessions with a new upper body strength sesh 🔥

    Non-scale victory: I don't fall over when I do one-legged deadlifts, and I can hold my plank for 40 seconds (I think this is more to do with mentally working through negative self-talk). Feeling strong in every way, thanks Heather!

    I wasn't feeling my best today as the sore from yesterday has yet to die down. But thank you for including the modification and let me tell you guys the modification is not easy either! That was probably one of the hardest HIIt cardio I've ever done. Never in my life I was relief to see frog crunch, rocking chair or reverse crunch as the next workout. At least I can lie down 🤣

    these videos have inspired, uplifted and gotten me through so much!! I'm currently having a rough time with hypothyroid/hashimotos so 0 loss in pounds but my mood is better, I'm writing more music and I have more energy. If I'm having a hard day with immune flare ups I just do half a video, and then redo the warm up and the other half of the video the next day. Thanks so much Heather!! You are the best personal trainer I have ever found!!!

    Loved it! I do everything low impact, and I am so grateful that these options are demonstrated. It makes me feel acknowledged and welcomed. I am structuring my eating around the workouts the way you explained and I notice improved energy. I will not get on the scale! Focusing on improved food choices. I am happy to report that I can do more than one full pushup. I have six months to age 65. I am feeling optimistic that I will be happy with my body.

    non-scale victory: I was able to do 30 secs of plank jumps without any rest despite being totally exhausted by that point in the workout. It made me happy :)

    Sweat was literally flying off of me at the gym. I collapsed on the floor in a puddle of my own sweat. No repeats are my favorite because I tell myself to give it my all each circuit. 10/10

      I tried to do this work out last night after my 12 hour shift at the hospital. It did not go well I ended up stopping it. I just finished it now this morning after a well rested night and was able to give it my 110%. This is a serious workout. Now I have to do day 11 tonight but that’s OK I will eat my food and do day 11 and catch up.

      I also sleep much better when I keep up a workout routine. It has also helped my neck pain caused from stress. Endorphins = nature’s medicine!!

    NICE! The pro of no repeats is not having to do non-preferred exercises but once; the con is not exactly knowing how many more exercises are to come! Good old-fashioned cardio is fun and familiar; a great workout for a cold day! 12-28-23

    This was the hardest workout for me by far I’m not sure if I was just sore from the week or it was just extra killer today amazing sweet sesh def had to push my self the last 10 minutes Thank you Heather for this amazing workout

    This workout almost killed me, seriously 🙄😂
    I thought, I was strong enough, but nah, she has surprised me. I did all the other challenges, worked out with other programs, but this one was super hard. I felt my heart rating in my mouth, but I haven't died 😂😂😂

    My non-scale victory is being able to do the walking plank without stopping once! Haha and showing up everyday even if I was tired (I usually workout in the evenings)

    I just finished day 10 and I feel great!! I am seeing my body tone up faster than other workouts I have done. Your workouts are amazing and suite my style of no talking and fast pace (get to the point workout lol!). I am looking forward to seeing this through the next 50! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

    Ooft. I found that tough today. My legs were still smarting from the previous 2 workouts! My small win is that I've kept up the consistency of the classes (though I started a week after everyone!). Really loving the programme. It helps me unwind after a busy day. Thanks Heather 💙

    Feeling so good 2 weeks into this challenge. I noticed today that a lot of the cardio moves are feeling easier (must be the strength building up). And I did some full pressups in the workout. Which I don't normally manage. You are a genius Heather. Thank you xx

    I ran 8kms yesterday and walked 4kms + swam 1,5kms today. So I appreciated the low impact version for this one! I was feeling sour and wanted to prevent injury. Good call! I'm making progress against my negative ambitions ❤️

    Thank you Heather for an amazing hiit session. the variety and timing was just right. My non scale victory is that despite preparation for Christmas and family arriving and staying i was able to keep exercising in the HR schedule throughout December and now into January. That time by myself to clear my head, get my energy up and my mojo on for the busy day ahead. I cant thank you enough.
