This workout is so deceivingly challenging! When I first scanned through it, I thought "no way this is for advanced level. looks pretty easy" but when I actually did it, omg! it got more challenging from the one leg bridge exercise onwards. I felt amazingly good after. Thank you so much for creating such great workout for us, Anna! Hugz all the way from Malaysia!

Had to pause right before the R cutsy squat for 5 seconds because a wave of nausea (again, from the overconsumption of food) hit me STRONG
