I was wondering if you could suggest a progression series on how to work on your upper strength as a woman. Or maybe a video about how this journey went for you, I am really focusing on being able to do push ups correctly and to keep building up my strength. Thank you and be safe and happy!

I freakin’ LOVE no repeat HIIT workouts!! I am a sweaty mess but it was so satisfying to get in all the exercises and use some heavy weights for some of the compound moves! Thanks Heather❤️😁

Hi Heather. I began your 12 week about 1 year ago. I have repeated 3 times as well as adding your shorter more targeted ones as I progressed. I have had a shoulder injury and a hip injury from pushing myself. I take total responsibility for both. So during the times I hurt so bad I did very low impact and decreased my weights. I took to my chiropractor for many visits with electrical therapy and physical therapy to get better. I forgot I also had a knee injury. It swelled up twice the size. I also took to my chiropractor for that with his adjustments and electrical therapy. I am happy and so thankful to prayer and faith as well as the other things I mentioned, that everything has recovered. I have had a right hip issue for many years, do to the type of work I did for over 15 years. But today I did this workout with two 2 lb wrist weights for the first half. Then putting the weights on my ankles for the second half. And I kept up with you Heather. I'm 61 years young and I thank you for your dedication! Thank you, thank you! RD

Fun workout!!! I started with all no repeat workouts of yours, then switched to full body HIITs with weights, then to no equipment HIITs, and now I’m back to the no repeats. I like to have about 1/2 min he exercises with weights and half cardio. You’ve really got it all and are just amazing. You’ve made my life so better and reduced my anxiety and that is a fact. This was the perfect work out for me. Exact right pace, great mix of exercises, felt the burn and the sweat, but could still complete all the exercises. PSA the ankle tap squat jumps are way harder than they look!

I alternated between 10/15 and a single 25kb. This was sweaty and I felt like it was a good mixture of cardio and strength. Def something I will go back to! Loved it! Active cal 280.

I alternated between 10/15 and a single 25kb. This was sweaty and I felt like it was a good mixture of cardio and strength. Def something I will go back to! Loved it! Active cal 280.
