Been following your videos for a couple months now. I was diagnosed with a nerve disorder that has since spread to both of my legs. Your pilates workouts got me back to being able to lift weights and do cardio again. I went from being in a wheelchair to lifting weights in 10 months thanks to my wonderful doctors, PT, and you. @@louiseanthony8205 I started out going to a private instructor once just to make sure I had the right form. Most of the exercises he gave me focused on my lower back. Then after those started to feel easier I moved to Heather's Pilates Hiit workouts. I did them everyday for 3 months before I felt confident in my ability to life weights. :) Best of luck to you! Nerve issues are no joke.
Heather, I've been doing your workouts exclusively for two or three years now, and my body is the best it's ever looked or felt - I even have abs, which is wild to say. And I actually look forward to your workouts, another thing I never thought I would say 😅 along with the physical improvements, my mental health has improved drastically. Alright, so I'm coming over from 1.0. I want to tell you that I LOVE that you have included modifications at the beginning of the set, we lost the ball and are doing bridges (even if the ball isn't gone forever Ill have this bridge example as a modification), you are giving time between the last set and the cooldown and you're doing them with us in "real" time (2 years ago) so we don't feel rushed into poses. So good!
how do you like this one compared to the first 12-week program? I did the first one twice and just did day one of this one! trying to decide if I want to continue or repeat the first program again.

If this is your first challenge with Heather just understand you don’t need to look for another trainer ever! I’ve been doing her workouts for almost 3 months (not consistent by the way😅) but the 2 challenges I did plus her short workouts on the days I was being lazy gave me my dream body. Started at 203 now I’m at 172. She is great and I’m so thankful for her. Like and Subscribe because she deserves it👍🏾 Update Sept 2023…. Still not consistent 😂 3 days a week I try to workout now but I’ve completed a year of her workouts plus VDS GYM videos and I’m loving the results. Originally started my fitness journey at 233lbs now I’m 168lbs with no fluctuations to my weight. Please don’t give up and trust the process. It takes time!💕
I've been working out with HR for almost 2 years now. I'm loving it and have made so much progress. The *ONLY* thing that I feel never gets better or easier is the push ups!! Does anyone else have the same? Not sure what I'm doing wrong or how to get better at it!
Hi! I’m in exactly in the same situation as you and it’s so frustrating :( my arms don’t seem to be able to hold the whole body and once I’m half way. if I push myself a little further, they collapse. I believe our arms are just not strong enough. In my case, I’ve always had a very week upper body. I’ve improved a lot with Heather but I still can not do a full push up.
Same here … I started with knees push up but I read that it’s better to train with table push ups (or wall push ups for a beginner). So you do table push ups and when you can do it in a easy way you go to push ups on the floor. When I do push ups on the floor I don’t go very low thus I prefer to practice via table push ups. And maybe try to lift heavier with the time to increase your strength ? That’s my plan 😜

It’s fun to follow along as they are being released. I’ve done it once before it was only a 10 week program and looking back that’s when I got the best results I was more consistent that’s why. This is going to be a fun 12 weeks

After almost 3 years of starting the 12 week program 1.0 and never finished, because I have never been consistent I finally completed the 1.0 program on Friday and I am very proud of myself for completing it and not giving up like I would always do and more importantly with -20lbs less… Today I start the 2.0 I’ll be doing 3.0 when I’m done thank you so much for all your time and dedication to all of us who can’t afford a gym membership 🥹🫶🏼❤️

Total upper body burnout!! My arms were shaking during the cooldown stretches 😫. I was happy to see the two modified exercises, although I had to add another one of my own. Omg!! Day 1: was the day of realization for me... my body is shaking, I almost gave up because my toddler started working, crawling through my legs, i almost cried, thinking I couldn't do this, and i gotta tend to him ... but when I saw him start doing the exercises with me, I guided him, and he helped push me on saying you can do this, Mommy... I believed it, and I started speaking out the positive words and motivating myself and made it through! Thank you, Heather!!
As a D1 athlete I think I am in a pretty good shape but after Christmas holiday I haven't been feeling in that way so I wanted to start getting back into it and I knew about Heather. This workout was absolutely amazing, my triceps are on FIREEEEE but it was worth it. I hope to continue every single day! Thank you so much for this

It is finally here!!! I am so excited. This time around I KNOW I will follow this through, just like I followed 14 Days Fierce, 12 weeks 1.0, 7 Day glow up challenge, and 6 weeks low intensity workouts with Heather. 12 weeks are my favorites though. I feel like a 'student' enrolled in some course. I feel accountable. I like watching seasons change while I am in the middle of this program. I LOVE it. Thank you Heather from the bottom of my heart.
I Just finished the previous 12 week challenge again last week (For the 3rd time).. It really helped me get back into exercising regularly since I've been struggling after having covid last June. and been grieving the loss of my dad since July.Hoping this will help me build my strength up again.Last year took everything out of me. I'm tired of feeling weak and tired. I've become so uninterested in working out lately - I work out 5 times a week at home, just choosing YT videos and it just became so boring to choose myself and have to consider "So what should I do today?" every.single.time. I have been working out consistently for almost six years, and yet I find it hard to hit all muscles consistently. Will now do this (with heavier weights if necessary) and I'm looking so much forward to it ❤ I just did this workout and I'm already excited for tomorrow! A belated thank you, Heather!

Hmm, and here I am once again for 12 Week. Third round for me. I cannot think of anything better. Another good thing about long programs - 12 weeks is almost the whole season - so I will basically spend my winter with this routine. It gives me some sense of structure. I promise to get to week 6 this time around. I got lazy and I quit after week 3 last time because I couldn't manage it with my lifestyle. I finished Day 1 today. I've never wanted to cry so much in my life for not being able to do some of the moves example laying tricep, push ups/combos and I was a slippery mess. I think I jumped my table from a 20 minute workout to 40 minute workout. But I will take it one day at a time if I want to reach my goal, hold myself accountable and know there is a good side at the end. I'll keep it going and thank you Heather.

Love that you included modifications (I had back surgery last year and the modifications were so helpful!) i finish day one now ! i can made 80% of the program, amazing i feel tired i'm 59 years old my weight is 99 kg and I'm 1,80 high during the work I reach 150 heart bet after in three minute of rest 85 so I think is a good recovery

Heather one small feedback: I really like it when you keep your weight sets on the side during your shoot instead of keeping them hidden as you did in this video … it gives me a good sense of what weights to chose for each set as I follow your session . Would appreciate it if you could go back to keeping the weights out ☺️ please 😘
I generally can handle the same weight limit as Heather uses as per her video description so when she kept them on display then I don’t really have to think much about which weights to use by looking at which one she is using … but in this video weights are not on display 🙁 I don’t want to think 😂

Wowza! Challenge is the key word here! My endurance definitely went down because I was doing short videos and haven't been as consistent with my workouts. This one was killer - my arms were shaking about 2/3 through!
Because I loved the program so much, I decided to go for a second run after a week of rest. O-M-G! The difference between me in february when I started this journey and now... Is insane! I am so much stronger. It feels so good to do the same exercises again and noticing that this time around, I CAN DO IT! Can you please kindly share your results? I have lost almost my post pregnancy weight, just stucked on last 4 kg and little bit lower belly to go. Someone has suggested me to do this program. I am very excited to do this to get the results. Can you please tell me what you have achieved from this program?
If this is your first challenge with Heather just understand you don’t need to look for another trainer ever! I’ve been doing her workouts for almost 3 months (not consistent by the way😅) but the 2 challenges I did plus her short workouts on the days I was being lazy gave me my dream body. Started at 203 now I’m at 172. She is great and I’m so thankful for her. Like and Subscribe because she deserves it👍🏾
Update Sept 2023…. Still not consistent 😂 3 days a week I try to workout now but I’ve completed a year of her workouts plus VDS GYM videos and I’m loving the results. Originally started my fitness journey at 233lbs now I’m 168lbs with no fluctuations to my weight. Please don’t give up and trust the process. It takes time!💕

I've been working out with HR for almost 2 years now. I'm loving it and have made so much progress. The *ONLY* thing that I feel never gets better or easier is the push ups!! Does anyone else have the same? Not sure what I'm doing wrong or how to get better at it!
Hi! I’m in exactly in the same situation as you and it’s so frustrating :( my arms don’t seem to be able to hold the whole body and once I’m half way. if I push myself a little further, they collapse. I believe our arms are just not strong enough. In my case, I’ve always had a very week upper body. I’ve improved a lot with Heather but I still can not do a full push up.
Same here. Idk why i still don't get better with it. I do full for first 4 reps then goes down to my knees after.

Same here … I started with knees push up but I read that it’s better to train with table push ups (or wall push ups for a beginner). So you do table push ups and when you can do it in a easy way you go to push ups on the floor. When I do push ups on the floor I don’t go very low thus I prefer to practice via table push ups. And maybe try to lift heavier with the time to increase your strength ? That’s my plan 😜

It’s fun to follow along as they are being released. I’ve done it once before it was only a 10 week program and looking back that’s when I got the best results I was more consistent that’s why. This is going to be a fun 12 weeks

After almost 3 years of starting the 12 week program 1.0 and never finished, because I have never been consistent I finally completed the 1.0 program on Friday and I am very proud of myself for completing it and not giving up like I would always do and more importantly with -20lbs less… Today I start the 2.0 I’ll be doing 3.0 when I’m done thank you so much for all your time and dedication to all of us who can’t afford a gym membership 🥹🫶🏼❤️

Total upper body burnout!! My arms were shaking during the cooldown stretches 😫. I was happy to see the two modified exercises, although I had to add another one of my own. Omg!! Day 1: was the day of realization for me... my body is shaking, I almost gave up because my toddler started working, crawling through my legs, i almost cried, thinking I couldn't do this, and i gotta tend to him ... but when I saw him start doing the exercises with me, I guided him, and he helped push me on saying you can do this, Mommy... I believed it, and I started speaking out the positive words and motivating myself and made it through! Thank you, Heather!!
As a D1 athlete I think I am in a pretty good shape but after Christmas holiday I haven't been feeling in that way so I wanted to start getting back into it and I knew about Heather. This workout was absolutely amazing, my triceps are on FIREEEEE but it was worth it. I hope to continue every single day! Thank you so much for this

It is finally here!!! I am so excited. This time around I KNOW I will follow this through, just like I followed 14 Days Fierce, 12 weeks 1.0, 7 Day glow up challenge, and 6 weeks low intensity workouts with Heather. 12 weeks are my favorites though. I feel like a 'student' enrolled in some course. I feel accountable. I like watching seasons change while I am in the middle of this program. I LOVE it. Thank you Heather from the bottom of my heart.

I Just finished the previous 12 week challenge again last week (For the 3rd time).. It really helped me get back into exercising regularly since I've been struggling after having covid last June. and been grieving the loss of my dad since July.Hoping this will help me build my strength up again.Last year took everything out of me. I'm tired of feeling weak and tired. This is starting off great tho and I'm so excited🤗 Thanks Heather I don't think you realize how much your workouts help people like me who suffer with Anxiety and Depression❤
I've become so uninterested in working out lately - I work out 5 times a week at home, just choosing YT videos and it just became so boring to choose myself and have to consider "So what should I do today?" every.single.time. I have been working out consistently for almost six years, and yet I find it hard to hit all muscles consistently. Will now do this (with heavier weights if necessary) and I'm looking so much forward to it ❤ I just did this workout and I'm already excited for tomorrow! A belated thank you, Heather!

Hmm, and here I am once again for 12 Week. Third round for me. I cannot think of anything better. Another good thing about long programs - 12 weeks is almost the whole season - so I will basically spend my winter with this routine. It gives me some sense of structure. I promise to get to week 6 this time around. I got lazy and I quit after week 3 last time because I couldn't manage it with my lifestyle. I love Heather's videos, especially her weight related videos. I can do the exercises easily and I always feel the burn by the end of the workout. Here's to 6 weeks!!

I finished Day 1 today. I've never wanted to cry so much in my life for not being able to do some of the moves example laying tricep, push ups/combos and I was a slippery mess.
I think I jumped my table from a 20 minute workout to 40 minute workout.
But I will take it one day at a time if I want to reach my goal, hold myself accountable and know there is a good side at the end.
I'll keep it going and thank you Heather.

I completed the version 1 in December. Had a bit of low back pain and today is the first day of the version 2.0. It starts harder but great. Feel on top of the world.

And here I am again!! Second time around. I am much stronger - still doing some push ups on my knees, but still! I love this program. I also like that it is 5 times per week, so I can plan my weeks better around it. My cloth fits better and my arms are getting these nice lean muscles just in time for summer. Thank you again Heather. You are incredible.

Just started the 12 week journey today, feeling excited, motivated and tired! I'm 4 weeks postpartum and looking to getting my body back in shape and stronger than before. Thank you for the gift of these free workouts so I can workout at home with my baby next to me, it makes getting the workout in possible!!!
Love that you included modifications (I had back surgery last year and the modifications were so helpful!) I also added a resistance band around my legs when I could :-) I've been doing your workouts for over two years and have lost 5 lbs and, more importantly, am much stronger. Thanks for all you do!!!
i finish day one now ! i can made 80% of the program, amazing i feel tired i'm 59 years old my weight is 99 kg and I'm 1,80 high during the work I reach 150 heart bet after in three minute of rest 85 so I think is a good recovery

Heather one small feedback: I really like it when you keep your weight sets on the side during your shoot instead of keeping them hidden as you did in this video … it gives me a good sense of what weights to chose for each set as I follow your session . Would appreciate it if you could go back to keeping the weights out ☺️ please 😘

I generally can handle the same weight limit as Heather uses as per her video description so when she kept them on display then I don’t really have to think much about which weights to use by looking at which one she is using … but in this video weights are not on display 🙁 I don’t want to think 😂

Wowza! Challenge is the key word here! My endurance definitely went down because I was doing short videos and haven't been as consistent with my workouts. This one was killer - my arms were shaking about 2/3 through!
Because I loved the program so much, I decided to go for a second run after a week of rest.
O-M-G! The difference between me in february when I started this journey and now... Is insane!
I am so much stronger. It feels so good to do the same exercises again and noticing that this time around, I CAN DO IT!
