so Thankful for this workout! Was in so much pain with this bloody chronic low back bs. But I could do almost all these moves without too much pain. Helps so much to find a skilled trainer who can give a workout like this that is challenging but allows for all our situations and fitness levels. Nothing like a great sweat session to fix all our problems and create some HAPPINESS. Thank you!!! Looking forward to the next session💙

Awesome workout. Normally I can only manage 30 to 40 minutes max but this workout kept me motivated to finish due to the variety of different exercises. Love it Oliver, keep it up !

Guys every 10 minutes we are burning 200 calories also add up the video that we are watching we are also exercising our eyes so every hour we watch a video we lose 154 calories an hour so add it all up you basically lose 1154 calories, if you have a different weight then it might be different if you are more larger you lose more calories faster if you are less you lose less calories. KEEP IT UP GUYS

I am over 60 years old and was at every step with you all the way through this workout, but I only got 500+ Kcal. So this workout is not hard enough for me or I am just too old and my metabolism or burning rate is just not as good as younger people. Please shed the light. Thank you so much for a great session.
Thank you for this great workout with so much variety. I especially liked the fact that I was able to complete it! ❤ I also appreciated the well structured water pauses and the four different rounds. 😊 I had to adapt the explosive exercises due to my back, but it really worked.
Great workout. Some I had to skip cause my matress is taking up most of the room in my room. Plus i couldn't go the full hour at once so I split it into two 25 min sessions
