I was 274 4 months ago and now I’m 245 pounds today. I have been using your 10min abs session everyday and seeing my stomach area decrease in size and today I tried your HIIT workout today and glad it came it 4 days ago cause I wouldn’t be in shape enough to complete it but thankfully all my hard work paid off and I completed it first try! Thank you 🙏🏽.

This was a great workout for me since I've been suffering with lower back pain and a knee injury in left knee. Thankfully, this workout avoided those trouble areas for me and still got me a very good and sweaty workout. Thanks Oliver!
