Thanks for the test. The results looked good. I buy frozen salmon for convenience and was interested in cooking it from frozen. I think I will continue to let it thaw out overnight or thaw in a water bath to save on electricity and keep the heat out of the kitchen.

We got fresh salmon at 7.99 a pound so im going to check out one of your other videos on doing it fresh as this gave me a craving
