    I was worried at first watching the process but once we got to the part where you waited 30mins before applying the gel and shingling, I had an AH-HA moment... That's what I've been doing wrong! I hate when the product is white and doest blend well. Patience is key.

    • @angelic06117
      @angelic06117 4 роки тому +2

      It was an Ah-ha movement for me too as my hair does not absorb products at all! I can literally watch the beads of liquid on my hair strands. Ugh! Imma try waiting a little while before moving on. My hair is super super dry. Prob need to try new products too but always unsuccessful when trying new products

    I need that sink attachment, ASAP 🗣. I must’ve missed it last summer when you gave the tip of putting your dc ontop of your cheap slippery conditioner. Ima have to try that! I started skipping regular conditioners, but I do want to save more of my dc! Also I’m gonna start letting my leave ins sit before I use my stylers. You put me on to the Camille Rose 🌹 Curl Love I cant thank you enough🙌🏾. That and their Honey 🍯 hydrate are my tops. Thank you for this video 🖤

    Hey, cousin! It's good to see all is well w/you. it's been a hot minute since I've seen one of your videos. However, I'm glad to see you once again. Honest to God, your wash n go's have always had the appearance and has set the bar for others to follow, to me. Question - Did you ever experiment w/the 5 step Maximum Hydration Method/PinkCube to achieve your perfectly hydrated strands? Or, has it always been through this current method? I'm trying to achieve like results, and I could use your help. Note: My apologies if you've addressed this question in one of your previous tutorials.

MY CURLS never looked sooooo good, if I must say so myself. Looks like I got a little elongation as well. The wet results are banging. Can’t wait for it to dry. Pulling out the dryer now. I used Naturall Clubs Avocado Leave in and their new Moisturizer along with the Ecoslay Gello Shot gel. I think it’s a Winner!!!!! Hey cousin! I'm happy you mentioned shingling giving a lot of shrinkage. That's why I had put a pause on my wash n gos. My hair seemed to not show it's growth 🤣. And if I don't shingle my hair is so big! Does the coiling at the end give even more shrinkage? I tried it once before from a previous video of yours, and I believe that's why I stopped that 😂. Trying to decide my style for wash day tomorrow 😊

    • @FinallyAmber
      @FinallyAmber  4 роки тому +1

      Yes you definitely get more shrinkage finger coiling always! I usually would rather go for definition vs. stretch so I don't mind the shrinkage. You can try banding to stretch it out more!

    I do the opposite. I put on the dc and then add the cheap rinse out on top.

      The order doesn’t really matter as long as they both are on your hair and the cheap conditioner is there for slip 👌🏾

    Does anyone know how often she clarifies her hair? I just got bentonite clay and i love it can i use it once a week? I have low porosity as well.

      Once a month. Check my low porosity playlist! I wouldn’t recommend using the clay but one time a month. Any more than that can start to interfere with your hair’s moisture and elasticity

    How do you tie your hair up when its not completely dry?

    • @FinallyAmber
      @FinallyAmber  4 роки тому

      The same way as normal, the scarf method from my night routine. Nothing changes. It’s not soaking wet and has the gel cast from sitting under the dryer for an hour.
