I’m such a big fan of Gordon Ramsey. He really takes me away from my tough life. I’ve cooked his recipes sometimes and I’d like one day to make a beef Wellington. I just watch from a far.
I've made his recipe, its v good, but fillet is so expensive, I've dine it as a small one form2 people. Out of about 12 quids worth of steak, just had to find a butcher to cut me a piece rather than the flat crap in supermarkets,
I enjoy cooking a lot as a hobby and it’s easy to see why Ramsay is so highly revered. His dishes are phenomenal. If you have a decent amount of cooking experience, Gordon’s Beef Wellington is challenging but rewarding. Try making it one day, just take your time and be through. Amazing dish. Nothing else quite like it.
It’s really amazing to see someone at the top of there profession enjoy there work and be so informative. Seeing Gordon cook and his passion and excitement makes me want to start cooking for myself and my family for fun and try something new.
Ya for sure, have made lots mistakes making his food but i have definitely got a grasp on cooking basics and now i can give it a good go especially with steak. Good energy vibes
I hope Gordon do something like a video essay about running a restaurant. I'm really interested about how they run supply and inventory, how they manage produce that doesn't sell, things like that.
A lot of restaurants use left over product for themselves. Possibly to take home or even after the service everyone uses the left over ingredients to make a meal to share. But most well run restaurants are able to estimate how much they will need of each product allowing no food to go to waste.
Give this man his flowers! 👏🏽💐💐 Despite how he’s depicted in the media, he’s shown us all how to enjoy cooking and be better in the kitchen. He comes across clear to understand and he wants EVERYONE to succeed. Love Gordon Ramsay.
I've watch the entire videos "Under 10 minutes". And it is very stunning because each time Gordon asks for the time during the preparation, it finishes with 00 or 30
I've watched Gordon in all of his shows. I love to watch him, I guess it's his common sense approach to life, and cooking. Food and what we put into our bodies SHOULD be important to us! Watching Gordon cook and share what he's learned over the years is simplicity & common sense at it's best. Thank you Gordon for taking time out of your life to share with us and attempt to make us more aware of how to 'do' cooking in a more simple, basic and sensible way. Just simply... thank you. You're tough, you're smart and you're kind. ( yes.... yes you are!!!) :-)

Hi Gordon I’m currently sat waiting for my son to finish his work experience in your Bread Street Kitchen restaurant Thanks for this you have made one of his dreams come true xxxx
At first: I hope he shows me how to make super bomb ass grilled cheese or something. After: yeah that is way more complicated than Id hoped. Conclusion: I suck and am lazy. Other conclusion: He is a master chef and makes super complex things look really easy.
He is a master chef. But that recipe is extremely simple. Not complex at all. You're mind is telling you its complicated because he does it so quickly and there SEEMS to be a lot going on. But there really isn't. Get all the ingredients laid out on the counter, watch the video, don't worry about doing it in 10 minutes. And start to do each step. You may burn toast or burn the bacon the first go around. But try it again and adapt. That's all cooking is, trial and error, adapting, trial and error, adapting, until you come up with the method that works. Don't worry about presentation at first. Focus on making the food taste good. Once you have reached your goal as far as taste and texture, then start worrying about presentation. I'm 32 and have been cooking as a hobbyist for about 12 years now. I still learn something each time I cook a dish or a meal. I still adapt recipes (ever so slightly) that I've been cooking for a decade. But I promise you, no one cooks a flawless meal on the first try. Its just trial and error. Just don't give up. You will eventually cook a dish and go "holy shit, I made that".
Actually, if you follow him step for step, you will have it all done for the same time or maybe a bit more (max 2 minutes more) You will be surprised how easy it is ;)
He makes recipes that are very accessible for a home cook. Give one a try and gain some confidence in yourself :). It may take a little longer than ten minutes but all you need to do it gather your ingredients and follow the instructions step by step, pausing when you need to. You can do it!
The MOST delicious bacon cheesy cauliflower toast? I spose that's true, since it's the ONLY time this dish has ever been made. haha But it sounds awesome and I'm totally gonna make it. Nice.
I tried this and it was delicious! I didn’t have paprika though. So that was a bummer. But I did find the creme fraiche. I am a beginner type cook, and it still turned out delicious. I would suggest cutting off the fat of your bacon (I used organic bacon, but had tons of fat) so you do not get too much bacon grease.. or pour some out of the pan as you go along.
Reminds me of Keith Floyds cooking shows (let's have a look at the ingredients), must have been an inspiration. You just need some red wine, and then the cooking can start. Good show.
Hi Gordon from S.Mexico! Love all your vids! You don't have to make em so short! Personally i'll watch em regardless of length. Great content and recipes always!!
The cauliflower part of this dish, really doesn't sound as exciting, as he makes it. Maybe it IS amazing. I guess I'll just have to try it and see. 😊 I believe, that along with the parm on top, I'd have to go with a little extra sharp cheddar, too. 😉
