I usually consume cooking content on UA-cam to get tips for my own creations, but I think this is the only channel that I've made multiple dishes in the exact manner of the video, as well as tons of tips. Hope to see Stephen get the gold play button on the wall soon, just a matter of time.
Same here! Have an abundance of tomatoes from our garden, so of course, now I have to make this Tomato Soup (and grilled cheese). He’s got some great recipes! ✌🏽
These are the kinda shows Food Network is severely missing nowadays since they prefer competition/reality TV shows nowadays instead of instructional shows. Thank goodness for youtube creators. I don't often subscribe to cooking channels, but this one is definitely subscribed. He presents his recipes very well.
I am so glad I stumbled upon this channel about a year ago. So many amazing recipes, and all very well broken down and explained so even the most inexperienced cook can conquer them. Keep kicking ass, my man!
You have a unique way of teaching. You impart information accurately and openly based on love and experience. Then you let people work according to their own needs. Many thanks.
I just realized that I started to watch UA-cam cooking videos 10 years ago this month. I am now an adult with responsibilities and other hobbies so I don't pay much attention to the scene anymore. That being said, I always make time for your videos. They are nostalogic yet modern, informative yet entertaining. Great job man, you've really made your mark on this site and I know you'll hit 1 MILLION soon enough 👏❤
My man, I started to follow you at 14K subs, imagine that, almost 1M!!! You're the one Stephen!! I miss at little bit your parent's kitchen not gonna lie, but I'm also so profoundly proud and happy for you my man for all that you have accomplished. It's incredible. Godspeed, Stephen!
I follow and watch few cooking channels but yours is by far my favorite in how you film, how you describe every step of the process and how all your recipes makes me want to replicate them.
Anyone who thinks mayo is superior to butter for a grilled cheese clearly doesn't know how to make grilled cheese. The whole reason mayo became a trend online is that short form food videos go viral when they do things differently, because no one ever recipes they see on Tik Tok, so it doesn't matter how they taste, it only matters how they look. Therefore something will get views for looking good and being unusual...even if it tastes like shit. Just go and watch any video where people try internet grilled cheese recipes. They invariably include a recipe using mayonnaise instead of butter...and the conclusion is invariably "this isn't awful, but it's just worse than butter". Boasting you used mayo on grilled cheese before it was cool is like boasting you used to eat tide pods 10 years ago.
I thought it was going to be way too much paprika. But by the time I added the chicken stock to get it to the consistency I wanted it was just about perfect. May use a bit less next time. Did half the batch exactly like this, and it came out great. With the other half I added about 6 roasted hatch peppers, mild heat and it is EPIC! Thanks for being one of my go to channels.
I agree with you about the paprika. I did a heaping 1/4 cup with half regular half smoked paprika the second time I made it and it was perfect for my palette. I wanna try adding chili's next time!! Thanks for the tip
I just made a variation on this with the sandwich, substituted roasted red peppers on the sandwich in place of the tomatoes and added in some ghost pepper-jack cheese! Amazing
It's crazy. I was craving grilled cheese sandwiches so I watched your grilled cheese videos this past weekend and started making my own and now here you are making another grilled cheese video. Looking forward to try your new recipe!! ❤️🔥
I'm a huge fan of this channel. I have always been a grilled cheese and sandwich guy and watching these videos has really upped my game for the sandwiches I make for me and my kids. I have been wanting to make a good tomato soup and will definitely try this recipe. This is much appreciated! Thanks for the content and Keep up the good work!

Amazing what experience, can do for a shared presentation. I’ve watched this before, & again in this moment. Your willingness to share the spotlight with your brother & his contributions, says a lot about you as well. Success to you brother.

This looks AMAZING!! It’s a BCT!! Definitely making this soup. Just made grilled cheese the other day. I used to use mayo but have switched to butter. Clarified butter is supposed to be the 🐐 though according to That Dude Can Cook.
It's crazy how intuitive cooking methods are. I figured out after many years of cooking grilled cheeses and quesadillas that flipping them often at the end is a good way to melt the cheese without burning. You recommend this as a chef and it took me many years to figure it out on my own.
Scored a box of tomatoes $3.99 cha ching lol Made the soup.I have enough soup for all your Subs. Your on a winner mate.👍👍👍 The parika is just the right touch. The only thing i added was a touch of chilli. As for your blender i have a Froothie Optimum 2.6 all it needed was one go on smoothie function.Highly recommended.

This was a great video and drove me to make my own. Soup with roasted san marzanos picked last night and golden heirloom in the sandwich
This is THE best grilled cheese video I've ever watched.
Such a beautiful sandwich!
One of the best cooking channels
I made this tonight. It's awesome. Thanks for the recipe!
New subscriber....just loved the teaching of this show. Looking forward to seeing more
This looks AMAZING!!
@_NotAnotherCookingShow. Maybe it's not a good argument for it being intuitive now that I think about it. It took me many years to figure it out. lol
You are a trooper man the way you have to hold your go pro to get those shots.
I invented that grilled cheese years ago! :D A grilled cheese with bacon, tomato, and oregano! YES!
Love the video and all the precise tips! Thank you 🙂🙃
I would never in 1,000 years, would've considered V8 an ingredient in Tomato soup. Chefs kiss. :D
Scored a box of tomatoes $3.99 cha ching lol Made the soup.I have enough soup for all your Subs.
Your on a winner mate.👍👍👍
The parika is just the right touch.
The only thing i added was a touch of chilli.
As for your blender i have a Froothie
Optimum 2.6 all it needed was one go on smoothie function.Highly recommended.
Kerrygold has an aged reserve cheddar, comes in a black package. One of my favorite cheddars for grilled cheese and mac n cheese.
I’ve learned so much from your channel, thank so much!
New to your channel-loving it! Semi-professional home cook here (small-scale caterer as a side-hustle-which keeps me well-fed). 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Love tthe expertise and the gradulal ingury to finger wrap during grating
I just ate, but after seeing this I'm hungry again. Great job!
He is a FOOD ARTIST NOT just a cook or chef! ❤🌠
Agree with you on the blender. Had the same one. It's plastic and isn't as strong as it should be. Mine cracked and stuff leaks all over the place.
Aren't those Vitamix blenders super expensive and trendy?
i like how you included the comment about the blender
I can't get my head around how much paprika you used. I'll have to try it myself 😂👌🏾
The grilled cheese is awesome.... but, I can't wait to make the tomato soup. That looks divine!
I absolutely love your Driven Skills.! 👑🌟💯💛
I always learn something new watching you cook
I go a few ways, fresh Amish butter or Duke's or Kewpie. For cheese, medium sharp cheddar, Cooper sharp, munster and gruyere. The Fontanella is something I need to find. Just found 🤞🏼guanciale close by. Someone has 1 of your pasta recipes in mind. Thanks 👍🏻
I just tried this and it’s outstanding.
