Its probably the carb, i would youtube how to clean a carbeurator and then start from there. Also check the sparkplug. Make sure your battery is charged as well

I agree. I doubt it runs because that's the first thing I would do so you could hear it purr. Probably don't run. Probably didn't happen. Too much custom stuff for a 70 year old man to do. Maybe his grandson's who went off to the military. I have my doubts about this story.

Nice, i got one in December of this year and i finally got to ride it yesterday. Wow it was fun, first manual machine i’ve ever rode too.
