  • One of our clinicians teaches a class on assertive communication for survivors of child sexual abuse. Assertive communication is the ability to honestly express your opinions, attitudes, and rights while also respecting the rights of others. This type of communication includes setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, being firm when needed, delivering messages clearly, and acting with respect, fairness, and empathy. It also allows you to acknowledge both your feelings and the feelings of others.
The Younique Foundation employs more than 100 experienced professionals, including a full team of licensed clinical practitioners. We carefully vet each staff member who joins our team and are fortunate to have talented and dedicated individuals who bring depth and passion to our efforts.
    Services offered by Saprea:
    - A free healing retreat for survivors of child sexual abuse
    - Survivor-led support groups
    - Educational online resources on both healing and prevention
    - Community education classes and resources
At Saprea, we liberate individuals and society from child sexual abuse and its lasting impacts. We have services that help child sexual abuse survivors find healing from the traumatic effects that have often followed them into adulthood, as well as resources for parents and caregivers to learn how to lower the risk of child sexual abuse in their own homes and communities.
