I hate to say this, but the reason no one is addicted to second-hand smoke is that the nicotine was already absorbed by the original smoker; the person who gets it second-hand is only getting the smoke.
A neighbor of mine solicited a decoy lady cop. He got hit with a fine, 1 year of probation and now he has to register as a sex offender. Boy, this country sucks!
@theoryofeverything90 Anyone who agrees that smoking cigarettes has any value or benifit what so ever is ignorant, yes. What possible enjoyment does anyone get out of paying $8 a pack to slowly cut of oxygen from every cell in their body and brain? At least if you're smoking weed you get something out of it, a creative edge a nice euphoria, appetite, making food taste better, music sound better, making you laugh. Name one thing good coming from smoking a cigarette.
@Slipknot808 Well, seeing as I am an ex smoker myself in retrospect, only thing I got out of it was an addition to nicotine. I would'nt really say that I enjoyed it much except for the methol flavor a little bit. I would challange you to provide me any document that says there's less nicotine in todays cigarettes. Even if thats true which I'm sure it's not most of the shit you end up with in your ciggs is reconstituted tabacco swept up from the floor of the factory, many brands treated with.....

It should be up to the owner of said establishment but you can't promote overall public health when you have owners of places like that that hold that opinion. If the bar owner had half a brain he'd be more concerned about his own health not breathing in 2nd hand smoke every day/night. Plus the fact that he'd be losing non smokers buisness. If you're too lazy to walk outside and light up there, that's your problem. Inconvenience is a bitch ain't it?

The bar owner isen't losing anything by this law because it stands for every establishment.

You are inhaling some form of "toxin" every single time you breathe, they are being spewed into the air as we speak and not from cigarettes.. what makes cigarette smoke especially dangerous from the others you breathe every day?
@SnugglePuma Simple solution, don't give smoking establishments your business! There have already been bars that went to non-smoking by choice and that's the logical solution to this problem. Have both smoking and non-smoking bars by choice of the owners.. not using force because you feel your health *might* be at risk. That is not how a free society handles issues like this.

The "B follows A so A caused B" logical fallacy at work.
