Nice video. We use similar processes in Haiti to process cassava root. Also, we pronounce it as 'farine' instead of 'ferine'. I really like the cassava bread made with the starch. I see a different recipe for Trinis & I'll be sure to try out both! Also a suggestion, why not send the liquid from pressing the ferine in the bags, to another bucket? There's probably more starch in that liquid.

It is something like flour made from the cassava, after processing it properly. Cassava needs to be cooked or heated to be consumed
