@@Villagelifeug This, to me, is one of the most valuable videos I have watched in a very long time. I'm looking at the Terror, the Complicity of Nations, and the pure Lies and a Murdering of Humanity by not one, but many Colonizers, now wearing Jacket, Ties, with Brief cases, ringing in Limos "Who The Cap Fit"
      Sorry🎉
This Video is my Ice Breaker. Seriously, I Love Avocados as my #1. And is so Wowed by how ingenious a Process it is!

Don't allow your avocado to waste like love. You can use the peels and seeds for avocado tea, and the seeds can be blended with your smoothies. The seeds are rich sources of lipid, protein, vitamins, minerals, and bioactive. You can easily get what your body needs from it.

Correction..We Africans know the benefits of what we farm, most who own farms for food crops keep it organic.
      Crop rotation
Seed saving. N we literally gift
      Visitors with own produce
It's the post colonial Influence of consumerism that make many not worry about the source of the shelved food in supermarkets...but
Most are leaning back to traditional food types and herbs
In my village Kikuyu land I learn
most from the villagers than I ever did while traveling
Natural medicine is all around us
Ask me am a nurse who left Dubai to come home KE....to do just that.._relearn our ways.

We, in the name of the Almighty, declare that Africa is and always has been a blessed continent.

    • @WilliamMitchell-t2h
      @WilliamMitchell-t2h 3 місяці тому

Black people are not cursed. That lie is about Europeans trying to justify colonization, subjugation, and pillaging wealth from Black people around the world. They want you to believe GOD is punishing us, but it is a lie. They are just criminals robbing entire continents, because they have the military might. This is why Black people need to excel at math and science so that we can develop superior ways of defending ourselves against these aggressors and reap the benefits of our legacies. Much respect and love.

Thanks for spilling it all out.
A cameroonian and i produce and sell avocado oil.
Peolpe complain of it being expensive. So the first thing i do with my customers is teach them how to make it for free.
But its so unfortunate how many of them try it out and say the process is hard.
That residue you use for pigs is also very great as a hair conditioner.leaves the hair soft and shiny.

      Hello❤️
Take 1tbsp or more depending on the length and thickness of your hair.
Mix with any liquid of your choice ( water, yogurt, milk, rice water etc ) .Mix well to get rid of lumps .
You can also add in other herbs or ayurvedic herbs like henna and oils.
Apply on the hair and deep condition.
Rinse out with water. I rinse out with warm water to enable all residue leaves my hair and then follow up with a cold water rinse.
Do not mix a great chunk of the avocado residue because it swells up, as such a little goes a long way . Go little by little

We have bigger ones than these in Africa and very sweet as compared to those in Europe

The ones u find at Walmart or Costco are called Haas avocados strictly grown for export to International markets, highly modified with NO taste at all as compared to those in the video, the ones u want are those with a sweet tasting flavour highly nutritious but they also take a long time to come to maturity, so hyper capitalist have no time for those since most consumers of Haas have never tasted anything different so they keep importing them and marketing a Hell of out of them.
