    I really like this presentation. I love the value chain that is created. There are many ways to utilize and to transform local produce into new products. Eat what you grow and grow what you eat. We must also creat enough to keep for emergency. We are talking about storage at critical locations around the country.

    The flour said gluten free on the package but the lady said she mix 70% cassava flour and 30% wheat flour. Only cookies and chinchin are 100% cassava.
    Or did I misunderstand. So is the bread 100% cassava or is it mixed?
    Its important not to mislabel gluten free due to health issues for celiac patient.

    • @agromediagh
      @agromediagh  2 роки тому +2

      yes
      good observations
      the cassava flour in itself is gluten free
      for the bread, she adds 30% wheat flour though
      you point is however well noted and would be considered

    Dear friend,
    Have you ever eaten Indian pakoda. I don't know what is name in English. We use cheakpeas flour but best is kassva flour.
    You make several vedio on this product.
    People use all purpose flour but kassva is best.
    Why kassva is best because of flavor and softness of pakoda.
    In USA and Europe people can make patoto pakoda, cauliflower pakoda or brinjal pakoda or green pumpkin pakoda or green raw banana pakoda.
    Inform your friends to use it and make vedio.
    Jay shree ram.
