Oh my word!!!, Thank you. used to make this as a chi'd growing up in the Caribbean. I have not had this in near 50 years since moving to 🇬🇧 and completely forgotten how to make. Right now my taste buds are remembering the taste😋😋😋😋. Gonna go get me some cassava tomorrow and and bake. Have you the recipe for sweet cassava/coconut pudding?.
Where I come from in Saint Bess, we would laugh at this for this is what we would bake for the pigs after we had baked for the family using whatever head or lumps that where left, 😂 still big up. Down here we make 3 types 1. Bammy bread which is a very thin bammy that is sun dried and can be stored for very long times and is crisp, usually eaten at breakfast with your coffee, 2. The thin flexable type like what you have done and used like a rotie 3. The dutchy about half inch thick and great when steaming fish. So mi get it so mi give it
You didn't add salt and sugar this must be vary tasteless. In my country they do buñuelos from cassava, they need eggs, salt, little sugar and anís then roll it a roll it and give it a number 8 form and fry it. After that is serve as desert with some syrupe.
Thank you for not missing any details. Very helpful!

Amazing what you did there. Very healthy. Did you throw away the liquid? Seems a shame as so many nutrients in it. Although is toxic if not processed.
No the liquid will turn into startch if you leave it out at room temperature so you can use it to thicken your soups and gravies
Did you sugar,salt or yeast
No
Don't you have to boil the cassava to remove the cyanide first?
No
